You will need to enter the option/prefs of your browser and find Helper Applications. If you want Windows Media Player to be your default audio program, find (or enter) .asx in the list of extensions and add Windows Media Player as your player of choice. It may already be preset, depending on the browser you use.
 
If you wish to use WinAmp, find (or enter) .m3u in the extensions and assign WinAmp as your player of choice, or iTunes
 
If Real Player is your player of choice, find (or enter) .ram in the extensions and assign Real Player as your player of choice.
