Those Bizarre 'Spider Webs'
Falling Over Saudi Arabia

Dear Jeff -

Thought you might be interested to hear that yesterday morning, Monday, 2-28-01, here at Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, we had a large amount of "Sticky Web" material falling for most of the morning. The substance was actually reaching the ground on this occasion, which made it possible to examine closely.

I first witnessed the phenomena about 5 months ago after reading about the mystery on Rense.com. Depending on the weather conditions and sky clarity, this stuff has been visible virtually every day since my attention was first brought to notice it at the turn of the year. However, yesterday was the first time I'd managed to observe the substance at close quarters and notice it was actually reaching the ground.

While it was airborne it could easily be misidentified as normal "Spiders Web" material, but once you gathered a length of this stuff it was plain to see it was nothing of the sort. It immediately struck me as resembling a thin version of that "Party String" people squirt at celebrations.

I caught a floating strand which was approximately two to three feet in length. It was sticky, white in colour, and if one rolled it between one's fingers, it was possible to create a small ball of this material about a millimetre or so across. In the strand form it seemed to dissolve easily, but if you were quick it was possible to roll it into a small ball. very strange. I tried the same test with normal spiders web and of course it behaved, well... just like normal spiders web.

As far as actual Chemtrail activity over the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia, I can report I have seen no suspicious aircraft activity other than normal civil traffic. Hope this may be of some help.
