- Here is a copy of what was represented
to me to be the memo from V&E to Enron management concerning the Watkins
matter. I cannot claim that this is genuine, but this is what has been
floating around in the Houston legal community for the past couple of days.
I received it from an attorney friend at a large Houston firm, who received
it from another attorney at another large firm. The contents of the memo
match with the references made to it in the Business Week articles that
are posted to your site. I believe Business Week may have a copy of the
