- You have no idea what we are going through in this area
of New York. It is freightening. We are afraid to go outside of our homes.

- We are being sprayed with toxic chemical pesticides.
Ponds and brooks are larvacided. These chemicals have to be getting into
the water. Drinking watershed areas are also being sprayed. They say they
are not, but they are.

- I live near the Carmel, New York and upper Westchester
water shed. They sprayed right over Kenseco and Croton. They also sprayed
right over Hillview Reservoir in Yonkers.

- Lobstermen on the Sound say that this year's lobster
population looks the same as last year. (That is, the few sick lobsters
that are left.) Some are selling their boats and giving up the lobster
business.

- We are an area, I cannot say city, as we are several
States, living in fear. Why?

- The thought of West Nile virus possibly being released
for profit has upset me very much. As was the case with Dr. James Watson
of Cold Spring Harbor who went to oversee those toxic flu shots in Huntsville,
Texas, there was no accountability and there will be no accountability
for those releasing West Nile. I think it stinks.

- There are many folks here who believe that Lyme Disease
was released.

- Durland Fish of Yale, and other Yale scientists had called
for doctors prescribing long term antibiotic treatment of Lyme Disease
to lose their licenses. It has started here. One doctor in Hyde Park, New
York, a Dr. Horowitz, has just lost his license. Why? It seems like Yale
would like to experiment on Lyme patients. Seems like the samek kind of
experimenting which was perpetrated on the Tuskeegee black aviators with
Syphillis. The scientists just want to see what happens if Lyme remains
untreated.

- As you know, I went to the Doctor for suspected case
of GWI. The doctor immediately prescribed long term antibiotic treatment.
Because I was not in the military, the doctor wanted to see if it was
Lyme Disease associated with the mycoplasma. He took further blood tests
and it came back positive for Lyme.

- On my last visit, my 30 doses of medication almost used
up, he refused to give me another prescription. He said that 30 days of
Doxy are sufficient. Now, I must try to find a Veterinary supplier and
order Doxy from them.

- The shock of the vaccine news has now settled into my
brain and I think I can be more objective. Isn't it something about the
antibiotics for Lyme patients? If you know of any Doctors addressing this
issue, it might be very beneficial to have them on the program to discuss
this. Is Dr. Len Horowitz aware of this new trend to take a Doctor's license
for prescribing more then 30 days of Doxy?

- When the Doctor told me I would not get any further Doxy
treatment, I stopped the Doxy and tried to hoard what was left. That did
not work. In a few days, the fog returned, headache and also my knee pain.
I can hardly walk up a flight of stairs. I topple over when I try to stoop
down to pick up something.

- My son is going to Canada next month and will see if
he can purchase some Doxy when he is there. Meanwhile, I will hit the Veterinary
suppliers. Dr. Weeks told me to look up that new HR4210 Emergency Preparedness
bill. We will lose what is left of our rights if that goes through. There
is even a plan to monitor antibiotic sales, both human and veterinary.

- What has happened to our Doctors and Scientists? They
are supposed to heal, not harm. Now they have sequenced the Cholera genome.
That knowledge can be used for good, or for bad. It could help them find
a better medication against cholera, or it could help them target the disease
to a specific group.

- Thank you for all of your kindness in publicizing my
data. I hope that I do not let you down. I really was quite upset when
I wrote the intro to the West Nile For Profit story, but it is a very upsetting
thought to realize that a virus never seen in this Country could be "allegedly"
released on the public...and using public funds to do it.

- I am appealing to all of you to email or contact your
representatives in Congress. There most certainly is evidence supporting
the theory that the West Nile in New York, and now, the eastern half of
the US and possibly Canada, is not of natural origin. There is now evidence
that Peptide Theraputic, and, its subsidiary, OraVax Co. had been planning
a chimerivax JE, which would be used for West Nile, Kunjin and the Japanese
Encephalitis family of flavivirus prior to 1996.

- I believe that a Congressional hearing on the origin
of this virus would be in order.

- If the virus was, indeed, released either through accident,
or deliberately, then those responsible must be held accountable.

Encephalitis ("JE")

to develop vaccines to protect against infections caused by flaviviruses.
Two recent publications from data presented by our scientists at the 11th
International Congress of Virology in Sydney demonstrated the safety and
efficacy of ChimeriVax' in pre-clinical models.

- The most advanced project employing the ChimeriVax' technology
is to develop a JE vaccine, in collaboration with Aventis Pasteur. Pre-clinical
work and manufacture of clinical lots for the Phase I trial has been completed.
An IND is now being prepared for a Phase I safety and immunogenicity trial,
which is expected to commence during the summer. Results from this trial
are expected before the end of the year. The market potential for a new,
improved single-dose JE vaccine is estimated to be between $150 million
and $200 million.

and as a bioterrorism preparedness drill, then those responsible must be
held accountable to the people.
