- TEHERAN (ANI) -- In a tit-for-tat
move, Iran has started taking fingerprints of the US nationals, reports
The Nation quoting Radio Teheran.

- Along with nationals from 20 other countries, the Iranians
are to photograph and fingerprint themselves in the USA, besides registering
with the immigration authorities.

- "Iran has also begun to take fingerprints of the
US nationals in response to move by Washington," said a Foreign Ministry
spokesman while talking to newsmen here on Sunday.

- He added that now every person who will come from the
US to Iran will be fingerprinted and that the decision will be enforced
strictly.(ANI)
