- The sky was clear here in Santa Barbara earlier today,
but it's now 3:45 pm, and here is what the sky looks like at this time.
They are still cross-hatching.

- The skies are generally clear here and when the spraying
starts, the spray quickly thins out and covers the entire sky until late
in the evening, and, at times, even obscures the stars till about
3am.
