Trying to stay on top of things here, the CDC released its SARS genome today, 4/14/03. I have blasted the complete genome -- some 27,000 base pairs -- and have given you a report on the findings. Additionally, I have checked the transmission vectors, etc., for the closest SARS relative virus, a type of rat coronavirus, and have reported some of the medical-literature discussion that has occurred relative to transmission of that rat coronavirus.
