- The lawsuit between HHA, Marijah McCain and the Arkansas
Attorney General has been settled. Herbal Healer Academy will remain open
for business. Details of the agreement will be forthcoming when the Consent
Decree has been filed.
- Marijah & Stephen McCain and HHA want to thank all
of the members and friends for their awesome support. There is no further
need to e-mail, fax, write or call the Arkansas Attorney General, Arkansas
Governor or the Judge Sims, because this case is closed.
