- Since it is clear that nothing we say here is going to
mean anything to anybody but us I don't mind letting my imagination run
wild. This intimidation game has been going on during and after the Cold
War for as long as I can remember between the USSR, China and USA.

- The intimidation games that involved the Russians and
the Americans are quite straightforward. The each increase their arsenal
of advance technological weapons to assure mutual anhilation if one of
them is stupid enough to start anything serious. Then they each set up
military bases as close to the other as possible. Thus you have the Russians
in Cuba and the Americans in West Germany, Pakistan, Japan etc.

- The intimidation game between Chinese and Americans are
not so obvious but they do exist. Take for example the training of Tibetan
saboteurs, spying from Taiwan, sending the Seventh Fleet up and down the
sea lanes along China's eastern territorial waters, setting bases in the
Asean countries like Philipines, etc. China continue to accumulate intercontinental
ballistic missles aimed at US territory, helping anti-american regimes
in all parts of the world, etc. It got less so after Deng took the reign
in China but I think it is getting hot again since Bush and his wild man
went bersek.

- I don't mind being called crazy but I do not believe
that the Sars epidemic is just a case of natural environmental incident.
I believe there is a human hand in all that. Of course the authority in
China cannot accuse US of having a hand in all this. If she did then she
would not be able to carry out retaliation without bringing on an open
confrontation and war.

- The name of the game is stealth. If it is China or Russia
which is responsible for the blackout they must not boast about it. But
the message is clear. If the Americans continue to help the Chechians and
the Taiwanese or if the CIA decides to unleash another Sars attack on China
then the US would suffer a disaster of similar magnitude. For example ,
if the americans promise China another Sars apidemic in autumn then China
can promise the americans another blackout in autumn too. Believe it or
not. It is up to you.
