- SASKATOON -- One race controls
the world media, a former aboriginal leader charged with promoting hatred
suggests in a magazine interview.

- "When a group of people, a race of people, can control
the world media, then there's got to be something done about that,"
David Ahenakew is quoted as saying in an interview with Alex Roslin, a
contributor to Toronto-based This Magazine.

- Ahenakew did not specify which race he was referring
to. Last December, Ahenakew, 68, told another reporter that Nazi leader
Adolf Hitler "cleaned up a hell of a lot of things" and the world
would be owned by Jews if not for Hitler. He later apologized.
