- Response to essay/propaganda by Paul Wolfowitz "Support
our Troops" - OPINION Sept. 2, 2003
-
- Mr Wolfowitz tells a HUGE lie in his article - that of
inferring that the invasion of the un-armed Iraq had anything to do with
a so-called "war on terror," and in his citing 9-11 as a motivating
force for this invasion. There is no connection. This has been WELL established,
yet the propaganda still pours forth. Tell a lie often enough and people
will begin to believe it. Shame on you for your participation.
- We need to recall two significant factors that DO relate
to 9-11, for which evidence shows that our own government - or the thugs
occupying it - were involved in insuring that it happened. Sergio Vieira
de Mello, killed in the UN attack, was about to make a public statement
condemning US military recklessness in Iraq. Wolfowitz cites the death
of a Shiite leader who was also playing a role in stabilizing post-Saddam
Iraq.
-
- As in Afghanistan, these deadly attacks have "coincidentally"
happened when someone steps in who refuses to be a puppet for the American
regime. It is not incorrect to label such as the work of terrorists; for,
as noted, the world's scariest source of terror is occupying our government.
- Let us not delude ourselves about the "freedom"
that the Iraqis are facing. The 25-member "governing" board
is NOT governing; it is only being given ADVISORY authority. This is NOT
autonomy, or freedom.
-
- Clearly, the war hawks of this nation have no empathy
to "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Picture
a foreign nation taking over America, shattering our historic buildings,
destroying our historical documents, stealing our treasures, destroying
our electrical grids, poisoning our waters and stopping our access to them,
directly killing hundreds of thousands of civilians and destroying much
of our infrastructure, poisoning us with radioactivity, and installing
their own puppets to "govern" our nation under their authority.
We watch while they siphon our oil for their own benefit, while we endure
heat and cold extremes without electricity or fuel, we cannot cook, we
have no food supplies, and they call themselves "liberators"
for having taken out the evil regime that stole occupancy of our government
and was a threat to the world, yet that evil dictator can't be found -
because they hauled him out to safety before the invasion began.
-
- Unfortunately, since the man the world most fears is
occupying our government, this scenario is not beyond possibility. The
biggest difference between it happening here as opposed to Iraq is that
most Americans are so indifferent and indolent - brainwashed -- that they
would just whine in their misery, but do nothing to try to expel the so-called
"liberators" - a word which is a good example of Orwellian "newspeak."
-
- Let us be HONEST about Hussein. Every "evil"
cited about him was enacted with American support, including the weapons
that he used. Let us acknowledge that Baghdad WAS a teeming, modern city,
and that Hussein used oil revenue not just for his personal greedy purposes
(as our American privately owned oil IS used); let us acknowledge that
Hussein built the schools, the libraries, the museums, the canal systems,
the electrical systems, the best hospital care he could create (while under
draconian embargoes that classified much medical equipment as potential
weapons) and the media systems. He insisted that women be educated. All
this while his nation bore the health burdens of having been poisoned from
radioactivity that we dropped on his nation in the first Bush invasion.
Now our own troops are being poisoned with an even higher dose of radioactivity,
and Wolfowitz says, "Support our Troops," while they strip veteran
benefits, and take away combat pay. Oddly, those private un-bid support
contracts aren't getting that support to our troops. It appears they are
just taking the money, like the Bush-protected Enron, and running with
it.
-
- We should NOT privatize Iraqi oil - meaning we should
not steal it. It is not ours. It is the resource of a nation that sits
on a dry parcel of land with few other resources. We have destroyed what
was created. We need to take these criminal actions to court, and we need
to let the Iraqis rebuild and keep their money and resources available
to their own nation, for their own use. The actions of the thugs occupying
our government have been CRIMINAL every step of the way. Americans need
to be concerned about ousting our own evil regime - for it is breaking
the back of every NOT-RICH American as it takes away our jobs, our economy,
and our government protections while it creates a tax burden that will
NEVER be paid down, as the regime feeds itself with every bomb dropped
and every un-bid reparations contract.
-
- These are horrendous times, and Wolfowitz and the rest
of his regime are tremendously hypocritical CRIMINAL LIARS.
