An Open Letter To Terri's
Wonderful Parents

From Identity Protected
10-22-3

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Schindler!

Many people are cheering the victory that you, and Terri's friends have carved out of a brick-like wall. A wall put there by a judge, whose role was more reminiscent of a monarch's appointee, than a republic's servant. A judge who, a great many folks strongly feel, should be removed from the bench. A judge who meted out a death sentence to an injured, yet living woman, against her parentsâ protests. A judge who trusted an estranged husband, openly declaring his impatience with her taking breath. A judge took an injured healthy woman, and sentenced her to a terrible death, because a husband, who from all appearances to a reasonable person, simply found her inconvenient, and uneconomical.

Having broken all bonds of trust and love, the man calling himself Terri's husband declared his need to get on with his life, and you need to let Terri get on with her recovery, without either of the two of them burdening the other any longer.

Terri needs a divorce.

Please take this matter to family court as soon as possible, and legally separate them, and pursue the divorce as soon as possible. Let a family court judge unburden these two people from one another, and settle the family estate fairly.

Despite the latest victory, many of your friends want more for Terri. We dearly desire to see a ghoulish figure leave your daughter's side, never to threaten her life, nor darken your doors again.

For grounds, you have abuse, threatening, adultery, and a clear intent to abscond with the money remaining from the settlement against her injuries. The corespondent, Mike's so-called "fiance", is alleged to already be pregnant with a second child by Michael, and they openly live together in a common law marriage, preparing for a "legal" marriage, awaiting your daughter's death!

There is no expectation for Terri and Michael to have a normal life ahead of them, and there probably isn't a family court judge in the state that won't save Terri from such a situation, and free Michael to marry again.

If Terri could act for herself right now, Michael would just be a bad memory, but here we are...Michael is shacked up, and pumping out babies with another woman, and now after he tries to kill her, he still expects to be regarded as her husband? Folks, the time for counseling and reconciliation is past. Her marriage is long over, and it's time the paperwork caught up.

While the legal business in the state and federal courts plays out, play another card through the family courts, and remove the basis, under which guardianship was awarded. In the hands of judges, many innocents have died before, and more such mistakes might yet again be made.

Divorce Michael from Terri, and forever remove a ghoul from threatening Terri's life ever again.
