The Diddling Of America

During his presidency, Lyndon B. Johnson never had to comment in a national forum on whether he had advance knowledge of the assassination of John F. Kennedy. But George W. Bush has now been impelled to remark upon whether he had advance knowledge of the 9/11 terror attacks:

"Bush called it an 'absurd insinuation' to raise questions, as (Howard) Dean did recently, about whether the president had advance knowledge of the Sept. 11 attacks." [Source: "Dean Comments on Capture of Saddam" Associated Press, December 15, 2003, Filed at 4:17 p.m. ET].

This statement by Al Gore's anointed presidential candidate, Howard Dean, and the insipid response by Bush signifies that a bold gamble by the Establishment is afoot to slowly leak the fact that the Bush administration is implicated in the 9/11 attacks. The typical pattern in Revelation of the Method of this type, would be to leak bits and pieces of accusations and evidence and have Bush give vague answers or talk around the subject. If this was not a Revelation of the Method play, then Bush would have offered more than the tepid disavowal cited above.

In this way the American people are conditioned to a persistent buzz about Bush and a 9/11 conspiracy that slowly, by fits and starts, becomes part of the sub-strata of the American psychedelic funhouse. By this means, the slowly dawning revelation becomes not a basis for indictment, but a subject for the infotainment industry, a macabre, sexy rumor that burnishes Bush's potency and aura, and plays on people's jaded sense of awe in the presence of a "Satanic Majesty" who commands such power that he can successfully mount a fabulous doublecross and still thrive.

Watch for hints and suggestions that "Bush knew" about 9/11 in advance, to pop up on the late night TV comedy shows, and for punk rock bands to bear names along these lines. In the Revelation of the Method, the crimes of the Cryptocracy are sometimes leaked by the Crypotocracy itself, in part to trivialize them by embedding them within our high-speed clown culture. Billions of dollars in merchandise are marketed by means of the electronic freakshow. 9/11 is slated to become one such commodity and Bush's involvement in the conspiracy is scheduled to become a fetish of power, accompanied by the sub-conscous sense that, "If he did allow 9/11 to happen, he did so for our own good."

Things might be very different if Bush were to be sued by survivors of the victims of the World Trade Center attack, and the case came to court before a brave and honest judge, with a pit bull law firm acting for the plaintiffs, and a couple of major American media organizations covering the trial fairly and with gravitas.

But Jack Kennedy has been amolderin' in his grave, a victim of a blatant conspiracy, and 40 years later the suviving conspirators have not been brought to justice. The Cryptocracy has seen to it that while a JFK assassination conspiracy is broadly acknowledged, the issue has become so muddled that Americans have a dizzying sense that "everybody killed Kennedy" -- the anti-Communist Right-wing as well as the Russians, the anti-Castro exiles as well as the pro-Castro Communists; the CIA as well as the KGB, the Mafia and the Birchers, etc.

Howard Dean is positioned as an outsider and an anti-Establishment figure, but he has just named as his foreign affairs adviser, Anthony Lake, who served as national security adviser in the Clinton White House. Mr. Lake helped lay the groundwork for 9/11.

There will be many who will discount these arcane dimensions of psy war. I find it intriguing that they do so, when half of the television commercials and most of the popular culture they access are based on these principles. When Americans put their feet up and relax with a beer or a cocktail and watch the old ballgame on the tube, every seven minutes or so they are bombarded by commercials which use the speed, light and sounds of hyper-hypno-consmerism, tied to themes and images of getting, spending and lusting, utterly devoid of morality or ethics of any kind. The medium itself is the message and that medium is a species of madness that would have revolted our great-grandparents. For us it has become the Sunday afternoon fare of dowdy conservative Republicans.

In the new Hollywood movie, "Something's Gotta Give," starring Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson and aimed at middle aged baby-boomers, the likable character played by Nicholson is the multi-millionaire proprietor of "Drive By Records," a rap label. "Drive by" is a reference to an assassination method favored by bloodthirsty gangs in the killing fields of Los Angeles. In all other respects, the movie exhibits the savoir faire and elegance of the haute monde, marred by some bawdy hospital gown humor, yet the movie is clearly indicating that its gallant and eligible bachelor has gained a fortune made possible by the marketing of muzak odes to teen murder and mayhem. The undercurrent of the film's "harmless and romantic fun" is "who cares how he made his dough." The bottom line for Hollywood is that he's a success, he gets the girls and he does so under a patina of personal chivalry.

Americans like to think they can can spend many hundreds of hours immersed in this alchemical programming disguised as screwball comedy and banal television advertising, and not be negatively effected by it. Yet somehow or other America has indeed become a functioning insane asylum. Its patriotism is treason, its Christianity is the creed of Antichrist, its "Christian president" is a member of a degenerate secret society (cf. Kris Millegan's important new book, "Fleshing Out Skull and Bones").

Yes, Americans have reached the stage in the process where they are sufficiently psycho to partake of the Revelation of the Method party game. Yes, at the highest levels of conspiracy, when one has a sufficiently processed population, perpetrators will themselves show us, or allow to be shown, fleetingly, from the corner of the eye, in drips and dollops, what they have done to us. This Revelation in turn causes the victims/percipients to bow lower and with more profound awe and reverence than ever.

Earlier this year we published in "Revisionist History" newsletter, a photogaph we obtained from a small circulation, Israeli-based "for Zionists only" newspaper. The Judaic paper had featured a photo of Osama bin Laden in the garb of a rabbi. It was not intended as a spoof. It was a deadly serious in-house signal.

Saddam Hussein was their rabbi in the 1980s when he declared war on the fledgling Islamic Republic of Iran. Donald Rumsfeld was the Reagan administration's special envoy to Saddam at that time. Now as if by magic, Saddam is the great Satan and Rumsfeld the avenging angel. Osama bin Laden was their rabbi in Afghanistan in the 1980s, but by the end of the Clinton administration's first term, he too had become a great Satan.

Many years ago my mentor, James Shelby Downard, produced a photograph of Lady Bird Johnson grinning aboard Air Force One, next to a distraught and disoriented Jackie Kennedy, as LBJ was sworn into office as President of the United States. Under the photo, Mr. Downard had written a line from Macbeth, spoken by the three witches, "When the hurly burly's done, when the battle's lost and won."

Or as a certain Edgar A. Poe was accustomed to observe, diddling is considered an exact science.
