- Citizens of these unified but separately (several) chartered
states of these great United States, lend an ear.

- As of the year of our Lord, 2003, and with the silent,
almost imperceptible passage of new laws by our elected and "non elected"
representatives working in almost total secrecy during states of planned
confusion throughout the nation, directed toward the public at large by
our own government, and during the cover of darkness in some cases, have
betrayed our trust and signed off on legislation which will serve to destroy
our very foundational concepts and rules of self government, namely the
Constitution Of The United States Of America.

- This ill-conceived legislation, namely Patriot Act 1
and Patriot Act 2, in conjunction with a pre planned formation of a New
World Empire (NWO) by virtue of the PNAC Welcome to the Project for the
New American Century planned
prior to September 11, 2001, along with their sister enforcers DARPA -
DARPA Home and the corporate/military
complex boosted by FEMA, will cement the last windows of freedom and lock
the chains securely on the doors of liberty. These self appointed Alexanders,
Boneparts and Caesars have formulated an almost ghostly enemy called "international
terrorism" with which to subdue the nations. An enemy unseen and impossible
to identify, making the war(s) endless until world subjugation and all
of its resources have been realized. They have even created real names
such as Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein and a host of others as pawns
to surface whenever their actions will benefit the status quo of the power
elite, keep the world populus in a perpetual state of fear, only to hide
once more until needed again. We do now indeed fight against powers of
darkness, spiritual wickedness in high places.

- By the mere passage of this legislation we now have incorporated
new words into our vocabulary, or "newspeak" if you will, such
as, "enemy combatant," "terrorist sympathizers." These
new "laws" make every American "suspect" at any given
moment and by any perceived or induced threat by the authorities, placing
our property, our families and our very lives at risk, "enemy combatant"
being a universal coverall for arrest and containment purposes. We are,
in effect, powerless to even pursue any redress of government at any level
by any citizen, military tribunals will eliminate any semblance of judicial
justice.

- Given the frightful gravity of recent actions by our
own empowered government, not only will every citizen become suspect and
surveilled continually, but the following names, those who dared resist
tyranny and oppression would now qualify as "enemy combatants,"
or "enemies of the state," these men dared to take a stand and
resist the tyrannical oppressive rule of King George, resulting in the
creation of the best governed and greatest nation ever to be formed on
earth, including magnificent Rome in all her glory, military might and
splendor, that nation of course being America.

- Today, these men (listed below) would be classed as "enemy
combatants" by current definition, it would again cost them their
families, their fortunes, their sacred honor and their lives to resist
current changes, the ensuing Orwellian oppression and the theft of our
nation. These heroic individuals should remain in our minds and hearts
as we so cowardly surrender the goals they so gallantly fought for and
held in such high esteem. If these men rebelled against total authority,
even though that authority was corrupt to the core and suffered the fate
they suffered, what lies in store for those who would resist gross evil
and corruption in government today? The same God they honored will be the
same God to judge America soon, an America who hates and reviles God and
is even now witnessing God's wrath by the loss of her cherished freedoms.
