The Jackson Breast
Class Action Suit
Commentary

Mr. Rense,

This can only happen in America. I bet the rest of the world is delirious with laughter. It took the government 2+ years to appoint the Kean Commission to investigate 9-11, yet it took less than a week for the FCC (or rather Bush's puppet Michael Powell) to announce a Federal Investigation into the infamous breast incident. What a convenient diversion from the real issues! Now, a Tennessee woman has filed a class action suit against Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, CBS Broadcasting Inc., show producer MTV Networks Enterprises Inc., and the parent of those two companies, Viacom Inc. and others saying millions of people are owed monetary damages for exposure to lewd conduct.

The action seeks a court order to prevent anything like last Sunday's stunt from being repeated on U.S. network television prior to 10 p.m. local time when children might be watching. Quite frankly, all three of my kids were breast-fed and know that women have breasts to feed their babies with. Maybe instead of bitching, this idiot from Tennessee (not to mention all of the other idiots) should teach her kids about proper infant nutrition and the extraordinary benefits of breastfeeding. Of course, the pharmaceutical companies that produce Enfamil and the other brands of baby formula are making a killing as long as breastfeeding and related things are shunned by the general American public. Wal-Mart stores have forcefully removed women from their stores for breastfeeding, but that's another story. The point is, if you took the time to explain to your kids about breastfeeding, you wouldn't have to worry about Ms. Jackson's bearly visible breast scarring them for life.

And speaking of scarred for life - my children and millions of children around the world were subjected to repeated images of exploding airplanes, burning skyskrapers and people leaping to their deaths on 9-11 (many adults were also fairly terrified). We tried to limit what our kids saw, but the images were so prevalent on all of the major networks, that it was impossible to shield them at all times. Maybe I, along with all of the other parents of the world, should sue ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC and all of the other networks that were airing those images repeatedly for months and for airing them during times when children watch TV. Anyways, I am just pissed off at this bitch from Tennessee who has probably spent the last few years of her life looking for someone to sue. I bet her lawyer is also salivating. Lawsuits, and especially class-action suits are after all the American Way. The full story is available online at abcnews.com:

Love your show. Keep up the great work.

Response to Pawel Biesaga's trashy mouth.

In response to the story by Pawel Biesaga, she must have been artificially inseminated (and what a trashy mouth, no wonder her kids weren't shocked by a strip tease)! If she thinks breasts are only for feeding babies. I'm assuming she's female, because if a man is using language like that in referring to women then he would have even deeper psychological problems than I originally thought, although no one should use that word referring to women, it must be something she hears from her husband a lot so she is spreading the hostility around. By her logic, we should show porn movies during prime time to our kids, because that's how they came into being, and they should get a kick out of seeing the reproductive parts. We can say "there's the vagina, you came from there, those are breasts, you sucked those as a baby but they didn't have a penis between them at the time," etc. Why, porn movies could be the new family night activity! What a lovely society!

Her letter is rife with the most denigrating term possible to women, while purporting to be concerned with women's right to breastfeed. Janet Jackson WAS NOT breastfeeding, there were no infants in sight, and I have fed my six babies in every restaurant at which I've eaten at some time or another, but I was offended by the trash on the Superbowl halftime show.

Pawel Biesaga is sadly lacking in morals, ethics and language skills, and is extremely hostile, I'm suprised you'd print such a ridiculous letter!

(I guess if it's OK to call women bitches it's OK to say "penis" on your site. My kids are allowed to say penis, but if they called anyone a bitch they'd be in MAJOR trouble.)
