- Please write the current moron in power. Let's try to
stop this thing because it is cruel and shameful. Linda, perhaps you can
mobilize the entire gang and ask each of them to write a message to the
PM. Please tell them that a friend who has gone out on a limb for them
before is asking for a favor. This means alot to me.

- Relatively speaking, there are very few things wrong
with Canada. Nevertheless, the seal hunt in Canada is probably the most
disgusting and shameful thing about our country. It is simply inhumane.

- I have just read an article that more than 40% of the
baby seals harvested are skinned alive. My reaction is both visceral and
rational. At any level, such cruelty cannot be justified and represents
outright savagery. In turn, this reflects very poorly on all Canadians.

- Please take a forceful stand against this very cruel
and unusual hunt. Guards should be posted to protect these defenseless
animals from the two-legged variety whose cruelty sometimes knows no bounds
and must be restrained.
