- Massachusetts - Strange Bright Orange Light Hovering

- WAREHAM -- It was about 8:00 PM on a wednesday February
11, 2004, that two other people and I were in on the second floor in a
room watching TV and I noticed an orange light just hovering in the sky.
It appeared to close and too bright to be a star. This is the 3rd or 4th
time I've seen this object in roughly the same place. The object generally
has 2 or 3 planes in its general vicinity, sometimes appearing to head
towards the craft only to pass under it. I've seen several other reports
of strange hovering orange lights and that is the only reason I am reporting
this. The light generally hovers for 10-15 minutes, sometimes changing
intensity then disappears, without actually moving. I have seen the light
move on one occasion, very slowly a couple of degrees in the sky then
disappear.

- On the 11th of February we got in the car to pick up
a friend from night school and the light was obstructed by trees when
we saw what looked a shooting star of the same oranges color of the light
flying overhead at a speed not possible for any aircraft I'·ve
ever seen, and if it was a meteorite, the odds of it coming from the same
apparent direction as the light we saw are most likely astronomical. Thanks

- STATEN ISLAND -Tops writes, "I'm 37 years old,
and when I was about 14 years old, in 1983, its been a long time."
My friend and I were at a nearby pond and we looked up and saw the strangest
ship. I will never forget it. It was oval to cigar shaped with lights
around the whole ship. It moved very slowly back,forward, up and down
.We both froze and were shocked. I said what in the world was that to
my friend. He was shaking, and I had goose bumps all over. For 2 minnutes
were still looking at this ship, and then, it took off in a blink of
an eye, I mean like turn your lights off and on real fast, sorry its hard
to explain, but there's no way in my mind that ship was from this planet.

- TRUXTON - The witness was standing on his front porch
at 6 AM, on February 27, 2004, and noticed a very bright star in the clear
sky, which appeared to be hovering over the top of the tree line. He states,
'·As I continued to look up at this star, it suddenly started moving
slowly right to left while making a humming sound. It stayed above the
tree line for approximately 15 minutes. I called my husband at work and
he informed me to get the camera. I took three pictures of the object.
I am hoping the photos got a clear shot of what I witnessed. After the
pictures were taken, the object lowered itself behind the tree line. Thanks

- New Jersey - UFO Caught on Video

- ALPHA - On February 27, 2004, when the husband came home,
his 12 year old son and wife were very excited/nervous saying they had
just seen a UFO and caught it on video. They said, the crafts were close,
quiet and moved unlike airplanes. I watched a few minutes of the tape
and being an airplane mechanic by trade, they did not have a classic light
pattern of any commercial aircraft. It appears on tape to be three objects
close together. Too close together off the sides moving irregularly, and
one in center more classic, disc shaped, spinning as my wife said "Like
a top".

- Intrigued, I went upstairs to try to see what I just
saw on tape for myself and again I caught on video this time what appeared,
a very far distance off at this time, maybe 8-10 miles, and an unusually
bright object over eastern Pennsylvania. It was most certainly not in
the airplane flight path as planes taking off from Allentown appeared to
be moving from the NW to the SE towards me at a steady speed. This object
moved from the east due west.I've never really believed but it was unidentifiable
to me. It was strange. Bright at times moving rapidly in the distance

- Virginia - Greenish Gowing Ball Seen Descending

- FREDERICKSBURG -- My husband and I were standing on the
balcony on February 8, 2004, of our second floor apt at 12:49 AM. In Fredericksburg,
we live near the armory. We saw something not really sure of the shape.
We were amazed because we have not seen anything falling from the sky
with this strange greenish glow. There wasn't a sound. It looked like
it was falling in slow motion, toward the Alum Springs Park. The sky was
clear and you could see the stars fine. What ever this was did not look
like any shooting star I have ever seen. I hope we were not the only ones

- Florida - Disk Seen By Four Witnesses

- WEST PALM BEACH - The witness was called to the balcony
to see a UFO by three other witnesses around 11:50, PM, on February 11,
2004. The witness states, "So, I look out and it has an orange shade/glow
and it was oval/plate shaped." The other witnesses told me before
it came it was really close to them. But it was now about four miles away.
Little by little it started to fade, then when it did, I kept staring
at its location but it had disappeared. It moved from one location to
another in a quick flash,leaving a lightening type fade from its movement.
It kept doing this for about 5 more minutes when it finally disappeared.
I and my house mates were amazed. We're still a little shaken. Thanks

- Indiana - A Dark Triangle Moving Through The Sky

- BLOOMINGTON - The witness was at a friend'·s apartment
on February 15, 2004, and I noticed that there was a large triangular
object moving westward through the sky without any lights or sound at
10:50 PM. It moved slowly and I could see its outline because it blocked
out the background behind it and it also reflected a small amount of light
from the city below. Thinking that my eyes were playing tricks on me or
my glasses had a glare, I removed my glasses and was still able to see
the object and the small amount of light reflected from it. I watched
it until it became hard to differentiate from the night sky. At that time

- TITONKA -- Watching stars for physics class we saw three
white tear drop shaped unidentified objects hovering in the sky for about
a minute on February 10, 2004, at 10:30 PM. They appeared out of no where
(or we didn'·t see where they came from), hovered in sky for 45
sec to 1 min....very high up, kind of hard to see...they graduatually
faded away...whitish bright teardrop shape in a triangle shape formation.Thanks

- Canada - The Craft Was Rotating and Emitting Colors

- SPLIT LAKE, MB -- The light was not moving but it was
rotating all the colors on the color spectrum on February 5, 2004, at
9 PM. It was in the air over the lake. I saw the same thing in the same
area a few years back. I am a University graduate with a degree in Political
Science, why are these things here? I will be attending Law School this
fall.

- BRITISH COLUMBIA -- Two witnesses on February 29, 2004,
at 9:30 p.m. saw a very large, bright white object in the northwestern
sky, that stayed in one place for about ten minutes, then appeared to
fade in brightness slowly, then it gradually moved north over the period
of about 15 minutes. It then slowly disappeared from view, it was far
too bright to be a star, and did not move in the fashion of any satellite
that I have ever seen.

- The altitude, if it was in the atmosphere, was about
the same as the Grouse mountain range if being viewed from Vancouver.
The color was bright white, just like a very bright star, although it
was about twice to three times the size of Venus. I did see one plane
fly right in line with the object, although the plane was very far away

- Venezuela - Intense UFO Activity Amid Political Unrest

- Caracas - Escalante Hector Arturo writes, '·While
Venezuela's political future is debated with fights in the streets between
adversaries and supporters of the Hugo Chavez government, a strange phenomenon,
has been manifesting itself in Venezuelan airspace. UFOs were seen in
the October during the uprising and photographs of a UFO over Caracas
were taken. Two months later, a new chance photo of a UFO was taken during
a renewed and well-attended social demonstration in Caracas, creating
even further expectations as regards the phenomenon's manifestations.
The time was between noon and one o'clock in the afternoon. Another "strange"
thing was photographed. It was a dark, elongated object over the western
area of Caracas. During the Mass Demonstration of February 4, for the
third consecutive time it was possible for me to obtain another UFO image.

- At the time, the political situation was worsening. In
this new image, the UFO appears to be hovering over the central districts
of the city, just as a multitude of government supporters met in the La
Rinconada sector to pay tribute to those fallen during the attempted coup
and conmemorate Chavez's first participation in Venezuelan politics. The
November 28 photo with the February 4 one, were in almost the exact location.
They give the impression that this was a strategic placmeent to carry
out a mission that requires their presence during said moments. Surprising,

- MULLICA HILL -- Investigator Evelyn Galson reports, "Ann
has been upset because they have been taking her children now. For awhile
she was being left alone and instead they took Steven and Michele. She
would become paralyzed while in bed and she would hear the aliens speak
to her, in her mind. They would say,'Be calm, don't struggle, we're not
going to harm them. They interest us.' But she would find marks on her
children which would upset her greatly. In 1999 she took Steven to her
doctor, because she found puncture wounds on him. There were three puncture
wounds in the form of a triangle behind his knee. The doctor didn't know
what could have done it and it took 4 1/2 weeks before the marks disappeared.
Then in 2003 she found the same puncture wounds behind the knee of her
daughter, Michele. Her marks only took 10 days to vanish."

- When Steven is taken he sees the aliens as Emperor Zurg
from "Toy Story" but later he sees them as the grays. He says
he gets taken through the floor and that he was in the living room and
he saw his daddy and their pet cat. When Steven goes to bed he tells
his Mom that he wants his socks on, Ann told him he should take off his
socks at night to let his feet air. Steven won't listen to her,he has
to have his socks on when he goes to bed. When they take him he doesn't
want his feet to get cold. I guess he wasn't wearing them one night when
they took him and his feet were cold, so he wants to be prepared now.
Another day when Ann and Steven were watching the show called, "Stargate
SG1", Steven said," Oh, look Mommy they're my friends, but they
don't look just like that, they look a little different." He was
talking about the alien characters in the show, that sort of look like
grays. One night Ann woke up and couldn't move, but she could hear Michele
on the baby monitor, she was talking to someone who was in her room. Ann
knew they were in there with Michele, but she could do nothing to stop

- Kenneth Jankowski writes, "I can confirm Steven's
birth experience as reported in Filer's Files #9, I also had pre-birth
dialogue, and a choice of three women for moms." Over time he will
remember more, if you can show him a black and white photo of his mom
and a color one, and then ask which picture looked like the Mother he
picked. He should pick black and white photo for that is what this side
is compared to over there. In November 1956, I was born breach, and had
the cord around my neck in case I changed my mind. I remember going down
a curvy tunnel with light and dark hues of gray, then entering the operating
room at ceiling level and seeing a clock 5:56 AM. Then I entered my body
while exiting my mom. Then that was it, I do remember some of the discussions
I had pre-birth. I was volunteered, at that time against my will; I had
asked for certain factors and was denied. A funny line now that I used
was '·I don't want to go down there, people stink!!! And I chose

- France - Pilot Report -SVC10 Flight London to Nairobi

- A pilot reports about his SVC10 flight, direct London
to Nairobi on a night flight in 1971: Flying over France, at 30,000 feet,
above a layer of alto-stratus cloud, whose tops were sitting about 10,000
feet below us, I saw out to the left, below us five lighted 21 foot objects,
in loose formation. They were orange/yellowish, not too bright, located
between us and the clouds, and pacing us. As I was captain, I turned the
aircraft this way and that, so all crew could see them. As suddenly as
they had appeared, they suddenly stopped and slowly sank through the clouds
causing a lovely glow for several seconds. We made no effort to contact
ATC.We carried UFO report forms in our operations flight boxes in the
Super VC 10 aircraft in East African Airways but any mention of UFOs
put you in the 'cookie' category, so we didnt bother to make them out.
This was despite the famous East African Airways DC3 sighting, well documented
in many books, where the plane got permission to leave the airway and fly
once round Mt Kilimanjaro, to allow all passengers and crew to view a
five kilometer long solid metal 'ship' sitting calmly above the mountain
on a crystal clear day and NOBODY had a camera on board. Thanks to Brian
