- Now, the question could be, was Martha Stewart set up
by the government?

- Could the purpose of the FDA's temporary rejection of
ImClone's Erbitux have been to induce Waksal and his friend Stewart to
sell out, to drive the price of ImClone/Bristol-Myers stock down temporarily
and later, when FDA approved the drug, for those with insider knowledge
to profit after having bought the fire-sale stock? Or was it merely to
destroy Stewart, a woman who truly made the world a better place?

- The drug only temporarily shrinks tumor growth in colorectal
cancer and is not a wonder drug in any case, but at least it does what
it was meant to do.

- Waksal obviously panicked and dumped his stock at high
prices to the detriment of his stockholders, one of whom was Stewart, his
friend. For whatever reason she sold her stock, it was her business and
no one was hurt by her action, except of course herself.

- It does seem odd that an experimental drug should be
suddenly rejected and then just as suddenly approved, when new studies
should have taken much more time to determine the effectiveness of the
drug, according to FDA standard practices.

- The case against Stewart seems very contrived, but so
does the sudden rejection and then the sudden approval of Erbitux, right
during her highly publicized trial. Talk about insider trading! This has
the appearance of both gross stock fraud and malicious prosecution on the
part of the federal government. If Martha Stewart is the victim of a crime,
who benefits? If her huge stock company, MSLO, collapses, who would be
gratified or profited by such a collapse? Is the federal government responsible
for the collapse of MSLO stock, based on this persecution of Martha Stewart?
Are her stockholders victimized by the FDA, SEC, FBI and Justice Department
conspiracy to destroy Martha Stewart?

- In other words, was it the government's intent to destroy
not only Stewart but her stockholders, too? Because that's what's happening.
Her spiteful juror said the jury's conviction of her was a victory for
"the little guys." How about the little guys who own MSLO stock?
Does her jury realize what they've done to Martha Stewart's stockholders?
And to all of Martha Stewart's employees, who must now find new work? And
for what? For "lying" to the feds? After this travesty it should
be obvious that anyone who tells the truth to the feds is an idiot. A stockholder
can sell his stock for any reason or for no reason at all and he doesn't
have to explain it or "tell the truth" to anyone, let alone some
parasite living on taxed money.

- I read your article on Martha Stewart on Jeff Rense's
page. I think you're right. I've also had other thoughts on why they brought
Martha down.

- I think the powers that be are using her for an example;
you don't get that big, you don't have that much power unless you are one
of them. And you most certainly can't be a woman!

- They chose her, she is resented by many for playing the
game like a man of power would do. It's okay for a man to do it but not
a woman. I have heard comments from men and women that are happy she's
going down for no other reason than she 'shouldn't be playing a man's game'.
She becomes 'that bitch'. They wouldn't say that about a man, that would
just be 'good business'.

- Out of the two most wealthy and famous women; Martha
and Oprah, they chose to bring down Martha. They wouldn't dare choose Oprah,
there would be a huge backlash and they knew it. After 9-11 I also watched
Oprah and she was playing the war game just like they wanted her to do.
I don't know whether she sold out or if she was manipulated by the media
like most of America. So it seems she was safe from persecution.

- Out of all this, I think the main reason Martha was chosen
was busy work. We are given busy work to distract us from what our governments
are really doing. When there are so called 'big stories' put out by the
media you can depend on the fact that it's a distraction. It also serves
to divide us, they are constantly trying to divide us. Gay marriages, religion,
the fake war, race issues, the so called election; these, along with Martha
are all designed to keep us divided. It is imperative that they keep us
in this state, they realize more than we do the importance of unity; the
power of the people is an unstoppable force if it's united.

- The other day I'd sent a couple of letters to a group
discussing the origins of the Constitution, which Jeff has under "Our
Masonic Constitution." She pointed out that the persecution of Martha
is really Masonic, which is what you've described in your email to me.
Freemasons are the power structure of this country (and the world) and
they exclude women entirely from their cult. The wives are kept busy and
pacified in their Daughters of the Eastern Star club. Obviously Martha
would not have allowed herself to be shunted into such a group, which is
where Masons want their women. Masons are themselves very weak and feel
the need to be mobbed up to have individual power. Martha created power
in the market based on her ideas and her understanding of what women really
need and want. Masons just naturally resent and fear such a thing.

- Martha Stewart's high quality, hard-working feminine
quality was in conflict with the Masonic New Age of degradation and mediocrity
and the merging of the sexes. She represents beauty and making the home
a happy and better place. Rather than just yak about platitudes on some
talk show, she really worked to improve things and millions of women understood
that she was a very healthy and uplifting influence. Therefore, I think
she had to be brought down.

- It wasn't just insecure, bitchy guys who resented an
independent, successful woman who brought her down. It was a powerful gang
of attorneys in several agencies of the federal government who have a sinister
agenda. Most attorneys and judges and cops and FBI agents are Freemasons.
That's the sort of power this cult has. And this should probably be investigated
more thoroughly for the crime of conspiracy against her, her employees
and her stockholders.

guilty verdicts by an ignorant, envious jury has put us on notice that
the federal government is at war with the people. The government is our
deadly enemy.

- At the time this broke - or would have been planned -
December 2002, Kmart was on the ropes. But they had one rising star/savior:
Martha Stewart. She could turn them around. She was in the middle of ramping
up many new product plans for Kmart, possibly resurrecting them. I vaguely
recall her negotiating with Walmart and others when Kmart was approaching
chapter 11 too. Just going by memory here.
