- Dear Jeff,
-
- THANK YOU for the great service you do in exposing your
listeners to Dr. Day - whether they will "hear" or not, you have
made the information available.
-
- I am going to try to call Dr. Day this fourth Wednesday
when she is on your program if possible. If not this month, then the next.
I want to let you know what it is about, so that if I get carried away
with my story, you will know when to cut me short.
-
- About four years ago, I saw Dr. Day on TV shortly before
I became seriously ill with I still don't know what. I was about 62 with
several "old age" maladies (so I thought) including skin cancer
(basil cell carcinoma according to the lab test) and arthritis. At the
time when I became ill with intense abdominal pain, I already had a cancer
on my forehead that needed to be removed.
-
- I became so weak and in so much pain that I was incapable
of caring for myself and my brother and his wife took me in. I stayed for
four months under their care. I went through a string of specialists. In
the process, a urologist found a mass and sent me the next day to a gynecologist
for fear it was cancer. The gynocologist sent me to the hospital for a
fancy internal ultra sound and a blood test. I saw the tumor myself on
the screen. They told me it was the size of an orange and I needed an immediate
hysterectomy. Blood test showed not a big chance of malignancy so they
thought it was a fibroid on the outside of the uterus but said you never
can be sure. I elected to delay the surgery. The MD told me it was not
life threatening yet but could be, that I might be okay for 6 months but
not to wait any longer than that.
-
- The gastroenterologist wanted me in the hospital for
an upper GI thing. That day I went home and told my brother and his wife
about Dr. Day and said I think I would like to try what she did. They were
both supportive. I ordered two videos and followed her plan to the letter.
Four months later I was able to go to my own home, still not well but at
least able to take care of myself. At about that time, I noticed the active
cancer on my forehead had healed over and I have had no further incidence
of skin cancer.
-
- Here is the clincher, Jeff. I just returned from the
doctor this morning. I had not gone to a doctor since, because I didn't
want to have conflict with them over what I was or was not willing to do,
and my health seemed to have become wonderful anyway. But I decided it
was about time to go and get checked.
-
- I will be 67 in August this year. My doctor told me this
morning that there is no sign of a tumor. My blood pressure is 126 over
72 and I have absolutely NO MEDICAL PROBLEM! Incidentally, I used to have
difficulty getting out of bed (arthritis) but I haven't had a pain in several
years. The nurse told me before I left this morning, "Dr. Cook is
VERY pleased with you. You should be our poster patient."
-
- I really want Dr. Day to know, and, if possible, I would
like to encourage any listeners who might be on the fence about whether
to try her program. We hear so much from the medical establishment to the
contrary that it's hard for people to believe that this could actually
be true. Most believe whatever is on TV (about this subject or anything
else!!!) and they think if it were true, the doctors would tell us when
probably the doctors don't even know! I am so grateful that Dr. Day has
the courage to stand up like she does and bravely tell us the truth when
I know it exposes her to criticism.
-
- Incidentally, I wanted to keep this short but will add
that I came across someone with a multilevel marketing web page about a
year ago who wanted to hear from anyone who had followed Dr. Loraine Day's
program. Well I thought this is my chance to do something good so I joyfully
wrote him in MUCH more detail than this. He wrote me back a caustic letter
about how she is costing people their lives with her quackery. I understood
then that he didn't want to hear my story. He only wanted to gather evidence
against her and that's what I wrote him back--that I had been mistaken,
I thought he HONESTLY wanted to know if the program worked and that it
does! Of course I told him a few other things, I'll spare you!
-
- Needless to say, today I am walking on air. I made a
decision four years ago that was pretty unorthodox, in our culture, and
am completely vindicated that the decision was the right one. I still have
all the parts that I came into the world with. My doctor is delighted.
But not nearly as delighted as I am. See what I mean? I start this and
I get carried away!
