Wayne Green Responds

My Dear Friends (if I have any left):

In January of this year, David Booth (Dave) confided in me about his March 2003 series of ten visions he had been shown of a great explosion in the Western US. He asked what he should do about it. His vision was consistent with the approach of Planet-X as described in James McCanney's Planet-X, Comets and Earth Changes. Then there's the increase in the eruption of major volcanoes around the world, and increasing number of earthquakes, the geologist reports of the Yellowstone caldera threatening to blow, the changes in the Sun, the heating up of Pluto and Mars, the increasing number of comets and asteroids, the US observatory in Antarctica, the ice melting at both poles, and so onall as predicted by McCanney.

These made Dave's visions seem reasonableparticularly considering Nostradamus' prediction of a pole shift soon after the millennium, and similar predictions by Gordon Scallion, Ed Dames, and Edgar Cayce. Further, there was his experience in 1979 with his verified visions of an American Airlines crash at O'Hare, which gave his new visions credibility.

My advice, since I knew the major media would ignore apocalyptic predictions, was to use talk radio, where there is more leeway for topics. Further, after having been a guest on talk radio programs for over 30 years, I knew it would be necessary for him to write a book.

He asked me to write a foreword for his book in exchange for including a short catalog of my books at the end. You bet! So I wrote a foreword and pared my 28-page catalog down to 12 pages for his book.

Dave surprised me a few days later, saying he'd finished the book. Now what? I offered the use of my Canon Imagerunner 5000 printer (which prints both sides of a page at once) for him to print some copies of the book. That's the way I do most of my books and booklets. He wanted to have a professional published look for his book. I'd been considering getting a binding system, so this was the opportunity. The last time I published my Secret Guide to Health book I had it printed by Cummings Printing in Hookset, NH because I had no way to do a professional binding job. When Dave offered to pay half the cost of the binding system, that clinched it.

My wife, Sherry, shopped around and found just what I needed for about $5,000. Dave's son Justin and his lovely Indian friend, Sharmili, arrived at my house with Dave's pages ready to be printed. I showed them how to use the printer and the binding system salesman showed them how to use the binder. They spent a couple days printing and binding 306 copies of Dave's book. They gave me 50 copies to sell to my customers.

I had warned Dave that if we were able to get on the Coast to Coast AM program he'd need a couple thousand or so copies, not just a few hundred. When the 306 copies ran out, I put him in touch with Cummings Printing to get the job done. He priced the job with several printers and told me he'd ordered 1,800 copies to be printed. The boxes the books arrived in are marked New Hampshire Bindery, Concord, NH.

If the references Dave says were part of the book which were omitted, this would have to have been done by his son, Justin.

Other than showing Justin and Sharmili how to print the pages, I had no involvement with the making of the first 306 copies. Nor did I have any connection with the commercially printed copiesthose with the black covers and red type. The 306 copies done with my binding system used gray or blue cover stock, printed in black.

How could the claimed references be omitted from the commercially printed books? I'm a solution-oriented person...

If the claimed ten pages of references were left out of the books printed and bound by Justin and Sharmili, and also those by the commercial printer, let's print them NOW and mail them to all the book customers. All book sales were by mail order, so the names and addresses should be easily available for a mailing.

I've sold a total of 226 copies by listing Code Red in my recent book catalogs. I'll be glad to send the missing reference pages to them. Note: I have never seen the ten pages of references or even heard of them before.

For the record, I did not publish Dave's book. I did not have an opportunity to even proofread the book, otherwise I'd have corrected my "Forward" in both the index and on page one to "Foreword." I don't make many spelling or punctuation errors.

The only "associates" I have is my wife, Sherryunless you count Dave. No phone call from Dave has ever been ignored. Indeed, Sherry woke me up for one of his calls. Before Dave's trip to Portugal and the Sister Lucia mess, his calls were frequent. Since then, there have been maybe one. Dave has never been rebuffed by me or Sherry. Never.

I've done a careful capitulation of my sales of Dave's book and DVD and offset them with his sales of my books and the cost of making the 306 copies of his book on my equipment, using my paper. I haven't charged half the cost of the binding system, which he had offered to pay. No, I don't have it in writing. I trusted him. As of my April 20, 2004 capitulation of accounts, Dave owes me $42.

My agenda? To help get the word out to the wise about things I think will benefit them. This is the agenda I have with my Secret Guide to Health and all my other books and booklets. I do the research and, as a journalist, I like to get the word out that will help people have better lives.

My past publications have significantly helped the world to have cell phones, personal computers and compact discs. My current publication, NH ToDo, is helping thousands of families have more fun in New Hampshire and helps bring more vacationers to the state.

I don't lie. I don't exaggerate. And I could care less about making money. I've made millions, and lost millions. I don't start a new publication or project because I think it is going to make a lot of money. I'm 82. I put my life on the line for four years in WWII in one of the most dangerous branches of the militarysubmarines. My old boat is on display in Mobile (AL), where you can see pictures of a 22-year old Wayne on display. We had a lot of close calls, as I've described in my submarine book. I'm still attending our crew reunions. There aren't many of us left.

Dave's Code Red disappointed me. I was hoping it would go into detail on survival ideas. My approach to problems is to propose practical solutions, as you'll find if you start reading my over 10,000 published essays.

A Yellowstone caldera explosion has been predicted by geologists to kill everything within 600 miles. It would also probably shove California off into the Pacific. Thus, when Planet-X starts to be visible to the naked eye it might be prudent to find some place toward the eastern part of the country to vacation for a while. Maybe in a steel container or concrete bunker a little below the ground. Even a spider hole could help.

If Planet-X manages to get by us without causing major havoc, I've got my work cut out for me for the next few years.

Wayne
