FMD - Another reason to NOT allow free movement of trucks from South and Central America into the US. FMD outbreak in Peru can cause FMD outbreak in the US. We learned how FMD spreads and how easy it is to carry the virus on the wheels of a truck. It can become airborne and travel almost 200 miles.
