After several months of absence, the creature known as the "Chupacabras" seems to once again have become active in the cold nights of Calama, Chile.

This time, there was yet another inexplicable phenomenon reported in an industrial area near Circunvalacion Avenue, where a group of workers found a dead dog, which according to experts in this phenomenon, it presents the typical characteristics that the "mystery being" leaves on his victims.

The dead dog was showing a terrible wound in the neck area and it was practically left without any drop of blood in its body.

Ufologist and paranormal researcher Jaime Ferrer had an opportunity to visit the area to analyze the animal, given the fact that the marks left on the body of the dog were similar to the ones of a "chupacabras."

MORE CASES

Ferrer stated that he was not surprised by the attack. He said that despite the lack of reports about attacks like this in the media, he has been receiving several reports about similar attacks in rural areas.

The researcher added that many people simply don't dare to report these cases, but he,s certain that attacks like this will continue. Also in this case (referring to the dog), it is clear that the animal was not run over by a vehicle. Early that morning, a truck driver reported seeing the dead body of the dog on the side of the road for the first time.

Ferrer also said "the marks left on the dog's body are very similar to the ones from another case like this reported in Argentina."

In spite of everything, there is still a lot to learn about these cases. Ever since these same types of attacks were first reported in Calama, there hasn,t been absolute certainty about what is really happening; therefore, many different speculations will continue regarding this subject.
