- My husband in Iraq for second time....

- My husband spent Feb-July of 2003 in Iraq. His unit the
46th eng bn out of ft Polk, LA did nothing to aid freeing anyone or finding
any weapons of mass destruction they wasted millions of tax payer dollars,
period. They built two seperate prisons and when completed were given orders
to burn everything burnable and bulldoze the rest into the ground. That
is all they did the entire time. My husband came home defeated, not proud
of what he did. Now we are with a new unit out of Ft Lewis WA. My husband
does nothing all day and occassionally attends classes he left 3 weeks
ago estimated time of return...WHO THE HELL KNOWS.

- This is our ninth year of service, in which he has never
been home more than 9 months consecutively.I gave birth to both my kids
with him deployed, I have been Mayor I have been active in the frg, but
this war, is nothing but a lie to extrapolate money. Period.

- How am I supposed to live with this? How are any of us?
I am so tired of the army propoganda that they care about families, no
no no. As an frg leader and coordinator I can tell you no, the Army sees
families as a pain in the ass and that is it.

- The Army passes out antidepressants to wives like candy
and has most of them so doped up they canZt even function to take care
of their own children.

- On top of this they try and require families to attend
political rallies for the president when he comes to "speak"
to the troops. They sent home letters dictating everything from how we
should dress to appropriate responses to journalists in the area. When
we flat out refused they put my husband on extra duty. He signed up to
be a soldier, not a political pawn for a lying tyrant.

- I am MAD AS HELL. He agreed to serve His country, not
be used to the point of mental breakdown. Many of the soldiers he deployed
with who were going for a second time are on all forms of antidepressants,
yet they were still deployed.

- Its complete insanity. And if anything happens to him,
I am taking that flag and shoving it

- We are no longer in a democratic state. This is a totalitarian
hell.
