which was shot in Bristol Tn. on Sep. 4th, 2004

- I had just started my nightly skywatch when I saw this
object to my west and slowly moving away.I acquired it on my Sony Handi-cam
at 20X optical zoom and watched as the object moved slowly westward ,
making short angular turns, stopping and starting again. In no two frames
did the object look the same as it was always changing. After several
minutes, the object simply disappeared.

- I checked the wind direction at all levels with the NWS
web site for aviation concerns found that wind was generally from the
west for all altitudes that evening which eliminate errant balloons. The
object is quite simmilar to the object which passed a car on Interstate
81 back in June as reported and pictured on the MUFON Tennessee web site.
