judge in Lynndie England's military pretrial hearing has made her recommendation
on whether the Army reservist should be court-martialed for abusing Iraqi
prisoners.

- But an Army spokesman says the recommendation won't be
made public, because it's part of the official investigation.

- The spokesman adds that the final decision on a court-martial
will be made by the corps' commander. It's not known when that'll happen.

- Military prosecutors have recommended charging England
with over a dozen counts of abusing detainees.
