- Rabies is one of the zoonotic disease pathogens KINOWN
to have been CULTIVATED and TESTED in BIOWEAPON'S RESEARCH PROGRAMS. The
following GOVERNMENT article proves this to be so.

- If Rabies has already been genetically altered for use
as bioweapon, a new virus or mutated rabies virus may be in our very near
future.
