- The following precepts are the only ones that avert the
Bush NWO course taking the region and world to nuclear war.

- First: you have already alluded to the most important
facet: that the US has no pretentions for controlling the Iraqi oil fields
and that upon an expedient resolution will relinquish all interest except
as otherwise agreed as part of the process.

- Second: that the USA acknowledges that Islam is a major
religion not predicated upon hate or violence and that the US has no
objection
at all to Islamic people desiring in the majority to doing so, implementing
a religious based government. Thereby, the US accepts the democratic
rejection
of secular government and does not find a nexus between religious based
government and terrorism.

- Third: The US accepts the culture and institutions of
foreign sovereign countries and acknowledges that societal advancements
are realties that arise through the passage of time and an integrated role
of those sovereign countries into global commerce and interests.

- Fourth: that the US will assist any government in Iraq
or anywhere in the world to promote and forge democratic principles when
solicited, or to counter forces contrary thereto as anathema to the
interests
of a sovereign state and the promotion of peace.

- Fifth: Since the US acknowledges a responsibility to
the Middle East nations, it will promote a unified Iraq with separate
states
serving the disingenuous interests among the different cultures represented
by the peoples compromising the unified nation. In furtherance thereto,
in respect to the efforts to remove Iraq from tyrannical reign, the US
and the world community would solicit that one of the newly created states
within the nation of Iraq also include an appropriate territory (State)
for Palestinians wanting to exit their current condition of conflict with
Israel on the strict basis that this one state will be monitored by US
interest to assure that no terrorism emanates from it.

- All Iraqi states will allocate and divide the Iraq oil
revenue with the aspiration that the dissemination and distribution of
Iraq oil wealth will pave the appropriate foundation for Iraq to rebuild
itself economically and spiritually to honor the cultural precepts that
John Kerry and the USA deem they are entitled to serve and protect. Please
