- The other night when I heard the latest news scare, I
found myself muttering....here we go again.....another flu vaccine scare
tactic. As I recall, a similar scenerio took place last year around this
time. This year the reason given is vaccine contamination. I wasn't all
that surprised....mostly disgusted.

- I happened to be tuned in to ABC for this "breaking
story". The reporter listed the segments of the population which
were most susceptible to the flu. Included were children 6 to 23 months,
pregnant women, the immune compromised and the elderly. The immune systems
in these categories are either underdeveloped, under stress, dysfunctional
or worn out. I may be wrong but it would seem that sensitive and frail
immune systems would be the most susceptible to adverse vaccine reactions.

- Lyme Disease patients, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome patients
and other segments of the chronic illness population have often been strongly
advised by certain physicians involved with these illnesses, to not subject
themselves to vaccines of any sort. Many of these patients already have
a combination of underactive and overactive immune systems. Vaccines do
alter the immune system in an artifical way and we need to think about
the ramifications of this. We also need to consider the mercury which is
intentionally added to the vaccines and the unidentified natural vaccine
contaminants.

- Government agencies, drug companies and many doctors
usually don't bring these issues to the public's attention. It is the physicians
who are critical thinkers and sometimes have personal experiences involving
patients with disordered immune systems, who are questioning the safety
of many vaccines and are coming to the conclusion that that those with
already weak or altered immune systems may be more at risk for the side
effects of vaccinations.

- Concerning Smithkline Beecham's Lyme vaccine.....the
company knew all along that 30% of the general population has a specific
genetic marker which would cause an autoimmune arthritis in vaccinated
subjects, which would be worse than lyme disease itself and which would
be incurable. This was written in the fine print somewhere but this information
was not readily accessible to the public. The lyme vaccine was highly publicized
and was being given out at grocery stores, drug stores , etc. People were
NOT being screened for this genetic marker nor were they told about it.
In addition, those who had lyme in the past or who may have a current infection
, were not being advised to abstain from the vaccine. Those already infected
would have a much higher risk of adverse reactions. Many many people who
have recieved this vaccine are now being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue
Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, etc.

- A couple of years back, after the vaccines had been
given, I attended a lyme disease conference. A representative from Smithkline
Beecham was there ...we assumed to speak on the vaccine. His whole presentation
focused, believe it or not, on the different types of lyme rashes. This
had nothing to do with what the doctors attending wanted to know. When
the representative was finished speaking , a doctor stood up in the audience
and asked what side effects were reported concerning the vaccine. This
Smithkline Beecham employee had the nerve to say there were no significant
reactions. The entire audience of doctors, activists and patients let out
a collective groan. The vaccine has since been taken off the market but
the reason given was......not enough demand.

- In order to make large profits on any specific product,
there needs to be a demand. It appears they are currently working very
hard at creating a demand for this years flu vaccine. Most likely there
will miraculously be enough for anyone who wants one.

- A growing number of people are beginning to feel that
we all are one big long term study in the effectiveness and side effects
of vaccines. The baby boomer generation, I believe, was the first generation
to be so heavily vaccinated. Those citizens in the baby boomer age range
seemed to be the first ones coming down with the new chronic illnesses
...such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, M.S, Lupus, etc. Now,
more people at younger and younger ages are beginning to manifest with
these chronic/autoimmune diseases. We need to take a serious look at the
connections here.
- Are children and younger adults becoming ill and disabled
sooner in life than the baby boomers because they are recieving even more
vaccines?

- Are we facing a threat of genetically engineered germs
or are our immune systems becoming so disordered from vaccines and chemicals
that they are breaking down and are unable to defend against the "old
fashioned" germs? I think it's a little of both.

- How can it ever be determined, even by sincere scientists,
how all the many different vaccines interact in the body. What about the
fact that everyone's body system is different? Have you ever noticed the
media suggesting or warning us that combining too many vaccines may not
be such a great idea?

- Now of course the decision as to whether or not to get
the flu vaccine should be up to each person's good judgement. However,
in order to have good judgement we need to investigate both sides of the
vaccine issue and not be influenced by media generated panic.

- Somehow we need to monitor those who would volunteer,
to determine what happens down the road to those "high risk"
groups after they recieve vaccines. It would be helpful to know how many
vaccines and what ones were given throughout life. Do children who recieve
vaccines.....as opposed to those who do not recieve vaccines....go on to
develope allergies, autism, hyper behavior, ADD or autoimmune disease at
a higher rate? What about pregnant women? How do their children turn out?
Concerning the elderly....what are the lifespans of those who recieve
the vaccines as opposed to those who do not? Has anyone heard of such studies
being carried out? I don't think we can trust the drug companies to do
any studies impartially. They do have an extremely strong vested interest.

- It would seem a good idea for private physicians to conduct
their own informal study or survey involving their own patient population...comparing
the general health of those who have recieved vaccines as opposed to those
who did not.....and then find a way to share these results on the internet.
Of course the trick may be to find enough people who have never been vaccinated.

- One more important thing to consider.....I can never
understand how it can be predicted a whole year ahead of time which flu
strain will spread across the country. I know of only one way the authorities
can be so certain. Is anyone else thinking what I'm thinking?

- Many are beginning to realize that we are being manipulated.
Scare tactics are being used to create a public demand for vaccines. One
of the main motives is profit. There are other possible reasons which I
won't get into here. The main point I want to make is that the media/government
is running our lives through propaganda , scare tactics and conditioning.
These are all things we have control over. We can refuse to support mainstream
television and other forms of media. We can use our innate discernment
to find the information we need to know through other avenues.

- There is hope...let's take back our responsibility for
the condition of our health and government.
