A friend and I were on the Ohio river close to Point Pleasant, WV (home
of the mothman); We were taking pics of fish we caught and I snapped a
photo of some barges that were beached, obviously scrapped, but anyways,
in the sky in the pic there's an odd shaped object -- appears to be somewhat
circular in shape.

Thanks, Dwight. One interesting thing about this image is that, unlike
many photos of peculiar objects, only the object has the distinct band
of light or energy around it, while
- nothing else in the photo carries the same sort of halo
at all. The object also seems to be consistent with the level of haze judging
by other objects in the distance. - ed
