- Sheikh Abu Asaad Al- Delaimy, a spokesperson for the
Mujahideen in Fallujah has issued a communiqué detailing the outcome
of fighting in the city for the last three days.

- According to Al-Delaimy, 350 Americans have been killed
and 82 Mujahideen have been martyred. This large casualty count does not
include operations carried out by Mujahideen who came from outside of the
city and entered Fallujah from the western and north western parts.

- Al-Delaimy said that many operations were photographed
and/or videotaped and the tapes were taken to Baghdad on Tuesday. JUS will
endeavor to bring forward as much visual evidence as possible once it is
available.

- Al-Delaimy confirmed that 47 Americans were captured
and they have been taken to an undisclosed location. Three Generals are
said to be among the Americans captives. In addition, 243 Iraqi national
guards have been captured. Al-Delaimy made it clear in his statement that
captured soldiers are being treated according to Islamic laws and not according
to The Geneva Convention.
