Bush's NSA Pleads
Ignorance Of The Law!

By Ted Lang

As reported by no less than the mainstream media's central planning and administrative organization's publication, Editor & Publisher, on the occasion of a meeting of the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on January 23rd
, four star General Michael V. Hayden, the former national director of Bush's National Security Agency, demonstrated his total and complete ignorance of the Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution.

Recall that it was General Hayden's NSA that was charged by Bush with the responsibility and Herculean task of spying on all Americans without search warrants.  This is in violation of the requirements of that very same Fourth Amendment.  It is the Fourth Amendment that requires a warrant be issued by a judge based upon probable cause.  While being questioned in his appearance at the NPC, Hayden insisted that probable cause was not part of the Fourth Amendment, and that rather, the key operative term was "unreasonable searches."  My, my, how very convenient for the NSA and its leaders!

By relying completely on that cherry-picked term and minor segment of the Amendment's wording, definable as such by its being completely open to unlimited interpretation by tyrants and despots such as Hayden and Bush, it is they who get to determine what is "reasonable."

Is it reasonable to torture innocent men, women and children, even if no charges can be proven against them?

Is it reasonable to arrest and detain American citizens indefinitely without charges being stated against them, depriving them of legal counsel, and depriving them as well of a fast and speedy trial in a court of law by a jury of one's peers?

Is it reasonable to refuse providing information and documents to the People's Congress as requested by them concerning a Presidential Defense Briefing held ten days after 9-11 establishing that neither Saddam Hussein nor Iraq had anything to do with 9-11?

Is it reasonable to carpet bomb an entire city with internationally banned napalm and white phosphorous in retaliation for the "murder" of four $1,000-a-day mercenaries?

Is it reasonable to invade other nations on the say-so of other nations?

Is anything the Bush administration does reasonable?

Yet, we are to turn over all our rights and freedoms to the demonstrated "reasonableness" of people like Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld and Rice!

What of those know-it-all arrogant and elitist government-is-law-and-law-is government statists, either left or right-wing, who offer that ignorance of the law is no excuse and therefore no defense?  Isn't it curious how the American political State reserves for itself a defense not allowed to the rest of US?

But here's the real kicker in this NSA-General Hayden gaffe!  Check out this fascist jackboot's education: both a BA and MA from Duquesne University!  Are you sitting down?!  BOTH degrees are in AMERICAN HISTORY!!!

Consider all the degrees and education of Alberto Gonzales, or Dr. Condoleezza Rice, or that of child torture advocate and UC Berkley law professor, John Yoo.  These highly educated bastards would gleefully have a child's testicles crushed to ensure our safety.  And if any Rush Limbaugh fan needs that kind of protection and security, they are using up vital oxygen, water and food supplies that could be put to better use by the human race!

Bush appointed this highly educated fascist moron as head of the NSA and then ordered him to spy on US!  Vital documents repeatedly requested by the People's Congress have been consistently denied to them by Bush's secret, fascist administration!  They need to get into your home, your papers, and your personal effects to keep you and your family safe; but they refused to give even the 9-11 Commission documents requested by them.  It is therefore safe and just to assume that any and all charges against the Bush administration are not only justified, but very likely true!

The more I see and hear of the torturers, kidnappers, spy spooks, mass murderers and professional killers of the Bush regime, the more I am convinced that the so-called terrorist attacks we abbreviate as "9-11" were perpetrated totally by the butchers and mass murdering planners of this administration of international criminals!
