produced another criticality explosion.

criticalities at the ORNL gunnite tanks. The repair process overcame the
off gas systems and dumped fallout, Sr-90, Cs-137, around the tanks. Numerous
employees contaminated, including me. Area hosed down at night and fallout
washed to creek.

on Chestnut Ridge at Y-12 that caused a "column of fire" from
hydrogen evolution. Arranged to report only gross alpha-beta activity with
no isotope identification to conceil its presence. Underground plume missing
isotope identification.

- 4. The cover up of burning uranium oxy fluorides, UO2F2,
in the TSCA incinerator and the eventual killing of the downwind pine trees
with the excuse of "only" pine beetles. The products mixed with
water were not desired to be stored, so were dewatered with incineration
resulting in flame ionization and HF releases to environment, additional
F toxic burden to downwind pine trees. TSCA also to use burn additives,
methyl cyanide, to modify metals and fluorides retention by air release
in humans. Inhallation of products related to B-17 aid in metals removal
and high blood calcium reduces calcium-fluoride retention in bone mass.
This to help compensate for cut open process systems releaseing HF to worker
air, as the building air handlers were shut down.

- 5. The cover up of the environmental releases of HF from
the process of smelting the used barrier materials, which were sintered
with calcium-fluoride [DKH], from the gaseous diffusion plant and the fabrication
of proliferation risk to hide these releases from the workers and public.
Cover up of the waste of billions of US tax dollars in failed systems upgrades
to positive pressure.

- 6. The cover up of high HF releases from the Y-12 "green
salt" operations via placement of a hole in aerial surveys to pull
suspicion to the DU burial grounds. Stack HF release levels classified.

diffusion plant via the use of old scientists to claim the systems were
sealed and did not leak. In mid-80's, ORNL sent white lab coat woman [BSH]
to get well and produce samples in communities around K-25 to quantify
the problem. This triggered the extensive cover up plans because of the
fluoride toxic effects from K-25 and the follow thru with idenfication
of cumulative fluoridation effects with public water problems harming the
aging. Workers sick and community affected.

by giving it away and passing along only the urinalysis technique for health
assessment for DU toxic metal effects, despite the fact that DU oxides
is known to bioconcentrate into the lymph system and slow the immune protection.
This conceils health problems in GW exposed and in countries where used.

- 9. The cover up of toxic induced diseases as connected
to inherited DNA effects and not produced by day to day natural environmental
plus additional industry generated toxic damage to cells. Toxins, like
U and F, damage cells and set off the immune system which in turn bioconcentrates
the toxins into the lymph system and shuts down the energy mechanism of
cells, the mitochondria and most sensitive of cell DNA, mtDNA. The mechanism
is the prime effect in cancer and immune disease.
