- Stephen P. Dresch, a former American
forensic intelligence officer with CIA ties, is on the top of Vice President
Dick Cheney's hit list and one man he'd like to silence for good, according
to a confidential source in the United Kingdom.
-
- The source, close to the massive arms
dealing scandal brewing on both sides of the pond involving the Lewis
'Scooter' Libby trial, said Dresch verified in a confidential report that
the loss of W-69 nuclear warheads from a B-52 in 1991 ended up in Iran.
-
- According to the UK source, Cheney wants
Dresch silenced because he was U.S. Secretary of Defense in 1991 and, if
proved true, he would have been in direct violation of international law
for not reporting the lost nuclear weapons involving the B-52 incident.
-
- "Stephen's report would have a devastating
effect if produced at the Trial (now schedule for early 2007) of Lewis
Scooter Libby," said the source, who needed to remain anonymous due
to the UK's stringent Official Secret's Act.
-
- "Stephen's full report would show
that Dick Cheney in 2002 had a reason for wanting to see the Iraq Dossier
sexed-up with the false report on Yellowcake from Niger. Humphry Crum Ewing
was political adviser on military and intelligence matters to John Major
at No.10 Downing Street at the time and he told me recently that even though
he had never heard of the event with the B-52 losing the nukes, because
of other things that he knew, to him it made complete sense."
-
- Adding that Dresch's explosive statements
were verified by other sources, he emphasized the exact location of the
nuclear weapons in Iran were difficult to pinpoint.
-
- "One of the UK persons associated
at the time with the finder in 1991, and dropped out of the loop in 1995,
has anyway since told me twice that the ex-B52 plane nukes went to Iran,"
the source said. "The trouble is that each warhead is so highly portable,
being able to be moved around in the back of a Land-Rover, they could literally
be anywhere.
-
- "Certainly it is very easy to go
to war with the wrong country to try to retrieve them and it also may be
possible that this is contrived terrorism is by the Neo-Cons to provide
the excuse to go searching for these nukes?
-
- Regarding recent reports that enriched
uranium was found in Iran by UN Inspectors, he added:
-
- "I was told that 'only a few
milligrams' of enriched Uranium were found in Iran by the UN Inspectors,
and that he assumed said Uranium had arrived in Iran on used centrifuges
bought from Pakistan."
-
- However, he added that Dresch doubts
Pakistan was the source for the few milligrams of enriched uranium found,
saying it was more likely planted by inspectors to fuel the necessity for
a contrived war.
-
- "I am not an expert," he said.
"I think it more likely that these specks of uranium in Iran were
more likely to have been carried there by one of the UN Inspectors to be
first 'planted' and then 'found', just when the BBC film crew under Olly
Bootle's direction happened to be filming alongside.
-
- "For Dick Cheney it was imperative
that any UN team of weapons inspectors going to Iran did not come back
empty handed."
-
- Certain recent events, occurring in last
January in New York, also reveal the government may be intimidating or
warning Dresch to keep quiet about Cheney's cover-up of the B-52 incident,
as he was exposed and discredited in the New-York Post as being a surrogate
G-Man investigating the links of a permanent FBI employee with the mob
in Brooklyn
-
- "Presumably thereafter Stephen was
on their hit list," said the source "and just maybe it was a
warning indirectly from the CIA not to say any more about the B-52 event
and the lost nukes."
-
- The inside source, who has always reported
everything he learned from contacts in the international arms trade to
British Intelligence, said the lost nuclear weapons is linked to money
laundering within the British Tory Party as well as basis for the ongoing
Middle east War.
-
- The UK and US Governments dare not admit
even now that those nuclear warheads ever got lost," he said. "Seymour
Hersh in the New Yorker reports this last weekend that nuclear establishments
in Iran may be attacked with bunker-busting bombs. Either direct by the
USAF, or the Israeli air-force on a surrogate basis..
-
- "The purpose of these raids on Iran
would be to nullify the potential of any lost nuclear warheads that Iran
may hold. Two sets were certainly lost by the USAF and the UK during
Gulf War I when the Tory Party was in power.
-
- "The smaller 45-minute battlefield
/ tactical nukes were made in South Africa by Armscor at Pelindaba in 1990.The
Israelis provided all technical inputs. A perceived linkage is now being
seen to possibly exist between these smaller lost nukes on one hand, and
a sum of £17.8 million that is shown in Hansard June 22, 1993.
-
- "A Police Inquiry if fully conducted
would probably clinch it.This Hansard report alleges that £17.8-millions
money was laundered into Tory Party coffers via Bank accounts in the Channel
Islands that it claims were specially set-up during Gulf War 1."
