Release Date:  March 30, 2006
HBCC UFO Research Note: Gosh, it sure does appear that a major sighting/sightings have taken place in Indiana in different communities. I don't know what people are witnessing, but I can say it certainly is really unusual. I have a good number of reports that I have received over numerous orange colors light, but these lights have been doing some very unusual maneuvers, etc. The areas covered so far for these sightings are as follows. North Judson, Indiana,  Lafayette, (Tippecanoe County), Indiana and numerous reports from Kokomo, Indiana. Diagrams have been sent in, which there is a link to one of them below in this newsletter. For another report posted in the last newsletter, that diagram can be found at:

Ball Of Light - A Close Encounter
Date: 1980s
Time: Evening
I can file this as a UFO report, at your web site if, you'd like. I've written about this sighting a few times, before, on some abductees' email lists, but I've never filed it as a formal UFO report.

Here's a drawing, that I recently completed, of one of my white sphere sightings. This sighting occurred during the mid to late 1980s, and was observed late one night, while alone in my backyard, caring for my pets.

This ball of light, first caught my eye, when it was about 150 feet away from me and traveling directly over my neighbor's roof top. It had cleared the roof by no more than a few feet, as it was descending in an arc toward the ground. This white luminous sphere was about the size of a basket ball and loosely engulfed in what looked like translucent blue, pink and violet colored flames.

These multi-colored flames, surrounded the white sphere, moved about, as though, they were being influenced by a very turbulent wind, yet, the winds were very calm that night. These flames were short in length and they didn't form a tail behind this moving sphere. I saw no smoke trail nor sparks. I never examined my neighbor's lawn for burn marks, afterwards.

But when this ball of light was about 10 feet off the ground, it began ejecting smaller balls of light from within itself. Each smaller ball of light was about the size of a softball and was a soft luminous orange color. I saw perhaps a total of seven of these smaller spheres and each looked identical to the others. One by one, each made a swift and methodic, arcing movement to the ground, where each winked out, upon contact with the lawn. Then, lastly, the white sphere touched down and winked out, as well. This entire maneuver occurred within a span of roughly 15 seconds. I heard no noise nor did these lights appear to illuminate their surroundings.

I can't recall of anything else being out of the ordinary that night, other than my rather strange lack of interest in these lights. The moment that they winked out and vanished I forgot all about them, even though, they had touched down about 75 feet away from me. It didn't occur to me to question what I was seeing, nor to look around me. It was only while writing about another white sphere sighting, that I then recalled seeing this one.

In my drawing, I've placed one of these smaller orange spheres beside the white sphere. And although I've rendered these translucent flames as being blue, their color varied between pink and violet, as well. Though this sighting occurred nearly two decades ago, I feel that I've done a fairly good job at capturing a likeness.

Thunder Bay, Ontario A Large Hovering Object With Pinkish Lights
Date: Summer of 1998
Time: Approx: 4:30 a.m.
Message: In 1998 (Thunder Bay, Ontario), I witnessed something I could not explain.

Early one summer morning, I was helping my mother deliver her mailbox flyers (by car) along Broadway Avenue about 4:30 am. As we pulled off onto Highland Court, to my right there was a row of pine trees behind the houses. Directly behind this row of pine trees, was a long driveway and large front yard (used a garden). Something caught my eye. Above the trees, through light fog, was a rather large object with pinkish lights illuminating through the mist. It was slowly hovering upwards and silently above the tops of the trees. As passenger, I had my window rolled down to place flyers into mail boxes and I heard nothing. Shocked, I glanced over at my mother to say, \"What was that\", and when I looked back...it was gone.

This was a residential area and I could not explain what I had just seen. I never reported this to anyone, for fear I would sound crazy. But my mother knew by my reaction, that I had obviously seen something that spooked me. My mother quit her route shortly after.
Thank you to the witness for their report.

South Of Sioux Lookout, Ontario A Horseshoe Shape Of White Lights
Date:  August 2005
Time: 10:06 p.m.
I had a sighting in August of 2005 similar to this report below:
Dec. 23, 10:06 p.m. - Three people travelling in a vehicle observed a circular object with three flashing red and white lights flying along the right side of Highway 72, 10 kilometers south of Sioux Lookout. When they got closer, the object suddenly took a 90-degree turn left and "flew over the highway and right over us."
It was around the same area too, there was a horseshoe shape of white lights in the sky about 200 feet up or so that remained stationary. I pulled over and rolled down my window thinking it would be a helicopter but there was no sound at all, it was just hovering there. I rushed back into town to get a friend so I could show them but by the time I got back it was gone.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Raytown, Missouri Hovering Triangle Shots Off Beam Of Light
Date: March 10, 2006
Time: Between 9:00 and 9:30 p.m.
I just stumbled across this website: UFOINFO with a report of a possible UFO sighting in the North Kansas City, Missouri area in June of 2005. I know you said to contact you here if someone saw the sighting from June 2005, which I didn't, but I had an experience with what sounds like to be with a similar object on March 10, 2006. It makes me feel so relieved that there has been something similar like this to of happened to someone else
It started when I was driving home between 9:00pm and 9:30pm on March 10th. I was leaving Raytown, Missouri. I was on East 66th Street at a yield sign (which I completely stopped my car) and I looked up into the sky at an unusual object that immediately caught my attention. My first thoughts were "What the heck is that?" because it did not look like a plane at the distance I was at. It was an object with two lights at the time. One red, one blue. I turned left onto Harris Street to get closer to this object, watching it most of the time. I went speeding down and turned right on 63rd Street to get even closer to the object. At this point, I was very close to the object and diagonal from underneath it. This was when I realized it was a triangular craft with three lights, instead of just the two. One red, one blue, and one white. It was moving extremely slow and it was unusually low. It was about even with a tall tree top. All of a sudden it picked up speed. I turned left onto Woodson Rd. and then right onto 61st Street (still in Raytown, Missouri).
The object was moving at a medium, steady speed and I was still diagonally underneath it. I came to a dead end area, but when you turned right, which I did to follow this craft, it had an exit point. It literally stopped, and was hovering over a backyard of one particular house that was sitting over to the left side of the street, still sitting very low and about 4-5 feet above the roof top of this house and a tall tree. There was no sound coming from this triangular craft. At this point in time, there was a car behind me moving very slow. I pulled onto a side street to turn my car at a facing direction with the craft. It shot a beam of white light into the backyard that it was hovering over.
To me, it looked dimmed from the side. The light was coming from the underneath side of the object. I glanced away for not even a second and the beam of white light was literally in front or even on my car. I don't know where it was positioned, but when I looked up and it was incredibly blinding. For me, it was worse than looking at the sun. I had to immediately look away and then I looked back up when the light was gone in a matter of seconds and it circled around twice really fast and took off in the opposite direction it was originally traveling. Out of nowhere, it all of a sudden disappeared in the matter or a couple quick seconds or two blinks of an eye. It was no longer in the sky from a distance. That's when I started crying because I had no idea what I had just experienced and where the craft was at, as it was no longer in the sky. I knew it was not a typical plane. I made a phone call to a relative telling them what had happened to me and my relative insisted that I saw a stealth bomber. As soon as I went home that evening, I got online to find a picture of a stealth bomber. This was not a stealth bomber. It was a solid triangular shaped object with three constant lights on each corner (red, blue, and white) from underneath and another area for a light where the beam came out of underneath.
The next day, I couldn't get the event out of my head. My curiosity was running like crazy. I took a relative to the same area and to see the same house the object was hovering over around 4:00 pm that day. I don't know if this was just by a very strange coincidence or what, but there was a couple in the backyard cleaning up a lot of tree brush. I do not know if the tree brush was there prior to this event or not as I was only focused on what was in the sky. I heard no tree brush fall, or any other sounds from the craft. I didn't want to stop and ask the couple because I knew they would probably think I was a nut case.
Sitting on the corner of 63rd Street and Woodson is a plaza of a grocery store, a bar, and a few other small stores. I know I could not be the only one to see this triangular object. It was literally across the street from the plaza at a very low level.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

North Judson, Indiana A Row Of Six Orange Balls Of Light
HBCC UFO Research Note: This is the third report that has come in on the orange lights.
Date: March 21, 2006
Time: 9:20 and 9:40 p.m.
Location of Sighting: South sky.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 12
Shape of objects: Round orange balls.
Full Description of event/sighting: My son and I had just got home around 9:00 pm, he wanted to work on his car in the garage out back and I told him it was to cold for me and I was going to bed. About 20 minutes later he came in the house and was calling me. He sounded scared, and I thought something happened to his car and jumped up. He said you have to see this and was going out the front door. I followed him outside and he was pointing to the south, he said there were two bright orange balls, and then two more lit up and two more for a total of 6. Then they all shut of together. I stayed out for about 10 minutes and went in to get some warmer close on. Went back out to the garage to talk to him about the lights. we talked for a few minutes and then went out to the yard heading for the house and he yells, there they are.
Looking to the south there was a row of orange balls (6) all lit up together, it was hard to tell but they seemed very far away and about 30 degrees up, way brighter than a star, Then 6 more lit up and they were closer (brighter) at a slight angle to us in a straight line about 40-45 degrees up. They stayed lit for 8 to 10 seconds and then turned off at the same time. It didn't seem like they were moving. Not sure what we saw but I never seen anything like it before. We stayed out another 15 minutes or so and didn't see anything else. Wednesday the 22, I worked 12 hours and got home about 9:15, driving down our street heading south, just before getting to the house I'm sure I saw them again, only a few this time. I ran up to the house and yelled at my son and we stayed outside until about 10:00 without seeing anything else.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Lafayette, Indiana (Tippecanoe County) Bright Lights Stacked Up On Each Other
HBCC UFO Research Note: Again we have another witness from Lafayette, Indiana (Tippecanoe County) who observed a strange event, the night before, on March 21, 2006 there were three separate reports that came in on a similar experience.
Date: March 22, 2006
Time: Approximately 9:15 p.m.
Message: On Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at approximately 9:15pm, I was out in my yard walking my dog and in the northeastern sky I saw what seemed like a tracer bullet race across the sky and stop, this event happened 6 more times. The round bright lights ended up stacked on top of each other (the only way I can explain it is to say if you stacked 3 number 8s on top of each other, then took away 1/2 of an 8, you'd have the seven circles) that I saw in the sky that night. They blinked off once, then came on again, then blinked off and were gone. These lights were bright, brighter than any star, when they first were moving (like tracers) they were quicker than anything I've ever seen in the sky, definitely not a helicopter nor an airplane. My husband and I live 10 or so miles from Lafayette, Indiana (Tippecanoe County) out in the country, where there are no street lights.

Lake O' The Pines, Texas Daylight Disc Filmed
Date: March 26, 2006
Time: 4:02 p.m.
Hi Brian, I've never made a report to your site before, though I've had a few sightings since June 2005 when I first began actively looking for unexplained aerial phenomena. I live at Lake O' The Pines, Texas which is in the northeastern part of the state, and I go out several times a week in hopes of seeing something and/or capturing it with my digital camera.
This afternoon (March 26, 2006) at 4:02 P.M. I took a series of pictures of some clouds in the sky just outside of my home, and in three of these a disc showed up when I reviewed the pictures afterward. I have a Canon Powershot S2 IS with a 1.5X teleconverter lens, and these pictures were taken at 5Mp and 18X optical zoom. I would prefer to actually see the object that I'm taking pictures of, but since they're usually too distant for my eyes or the LCD viewfinder to pick up, I'll take what I can get LOL. These are some of the best to date that I've taken, and the fact that the structure of this daylight disc is clearly visible really made my day.

Attached are the three original, unedited pictures from my camera as well as three that are cropped down to size with 6X enlarged insets enhanced with "autocontrast" for clarity. Thanks.

Coquitlam, British Columbia Red Lights In Triangular Formation
Date: March 27, 2006
Time: 4:45 a.m.
Was reading about the red lights seen over Vancouver recently. I woke up just after 4:00 a.m. two days ago. Decided to watch for a while and see if I could see anything. At first all I saw were the various red lights on buildings and the TV towers on the mountains. At approx: 04:45 I saw what I first thought was a plane flying westbound over Coquitlam at approx: 2000 ft.
After looking at it for a few seconds, I realized it had three non blinking red lights laid out in the familiar triangular pattern along with several white strobe lights flashing from various locations. I watched it as it flew by, but was unable to determine just what it was. As it flew over Burnaby mountain three large white lights came on, located just inside of each of the red
lights. At first I thought, landing lights but quickly realized the lights were all facing down and I don't think a plane would have landing lights at the rear. One in front and two at the rear. I lost sight of it just after it passed Burnaby Mountain. I checked the YVR arrival times but there was nothing listed between the hours of about 01:15 and 06:00.
Thank you to the witness for this report.

Kokomo, Indiana More Witnesses - Amber Orange Lights
HBCC UFO Research Note: Yet another witness to some really strange sighting over the Kokomo, Indiana area.
Date: March 29, 2006
Time: 9:19 - 9:38 p.m.
Location of Sighting: West north west of South Central Kokomo.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1-3
Shape of objects: Bright light points.
Full Description of event/sighting: Bright points of amber, orange light. It starts as one and then seems to separate like an accordion and then disappear. This last for 4-5 seconds. I saw five of these occur tonight starting west of my location in Kokomo, with subsequent sighting moving slowly north, one time two sets of three lights were sighted simultaneously. I had separate witness tonight (sister-in-law) who saw one appearance. The sighting started at about 9:19 and lasted until 9:38, I stayed out till 10:00 and did not observe any more. There were clear skies tonight, but during initial sighting there was high cloud cover and lights were under ceiling. I cannot tell how far away, and how high. No commercial flights around when lights sighted/ no sounds emanating.
Thank you very much to this witness for their report.

Surrey, British Columbia Bright Yellow Flashes
Date: Last two weeks of March 2006
As you know I've spent much of the last two weeks just staring out the window. During the last two weeks I've been noticing, bright yellow flashes at all hours of the day and night, these have been occurring daily. At first I was only catching them out of the corner of my eye, so didn't think much of them. But then I saw several while I was looking straight at them and noticed that following the flash they would streak off to either side at about the speed of a lightning bolt. Then three days ago just after the six o'clock News, I saw a large yellow ball appear just under the overcast over by the Port Mann Bridge, it flew east beneath the clouds for about half a mile and then just vanished. According to the weather report the ceiling was 3600 ft. It did not appear to have come through the clouds, just appeared then disappeared. Last yellow flash was last night.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

North Vancouver - Strange Objects Filmed
I was looking in a drawer and found a couple of photo's of the Seymour, Grouse Mountain area. In the one photo I noticed what appeared to be metallic disk shaped object at about 8,000 feet over Indian Arm. I scanned it into my
computer but to my surprise I could hardly even see the object in the photo, instead there is a much larger triangular shaped object just below and to the left of the object I was looking for, there are also several other objects including something that looks like a cross above and a little to the left of the triangular thing. If you look closely you can just make out the shadowy outline of the object I can see in the photo.
Its just above and to the right of the triangular object. I then scanned in the second photo and found the same triangular object over closer to Seymour Mountain the photos were apparently taken back in January 2003 and from the lighting I would say one was taken early in the morning and the second in the afternoon. I thought maybe I had dirt on the glass of my scanner and that was the object in question but after cleaning the glass and wiping off the photos the object is still there, also seem to have picked up a couple of what looks like small hairs. I looked at the photos through a magnifying glass but cannot see the objects. Just the original one that caught my attention in the first place. Funny that the scanner does not pick it up as it is easily seen with the eye.
