- Full Description of event/sighting: When I was a Freshman
in High School Here in Gooding I remember this sighting made front page
headlines in our local paper and also made headlines in the Twin Falls
Times News. I'm unsure what the exact date was but I was reminded about
it because I got our local paper this week and in "The Early Files"
from 20 years ago in the September 30, 1976 edition. Was the article
about a Mr. Elmer McCormick, age 26, was going to work at 4:00 am and a
huge bright light came from above and landed in the road ahead of him and
made his car stall. I can't remember all of the details but it was quite
interesting. He watched the light or lights for sometime and then
they took off and his car started and away he went. Where this occurred
is almost exactly 2 miles directly East of my house. We neither saw nor
heard of anything that night. I am going to try and look up in the
Archives of The Times News when I get a chance. Maybe I can find

- Reno, Nevada A Black Disc Shaped Saucer

- Full Description of event/sighting: In the summer of
1979 while walking to my favorite video arcade in Reno, Nevada I came across
an intersection near the Sundowner Casino where people were running out
of bars and casinos screaming and pointing to the sky. At the time
I was only 16 years old and had, had previous experiences on our Silver
Springs Ranch with alien object sightings. On our ranch several small
yellow light balls used to hover around the ranch and project a widening
beam from the object to the destination which this time happened to be
my property fence line. So when I saw all those people running scared
screaming into the streets as a blonde haired lady that I had never
seen before or ever again grabbed my arm and pointed up to the sky shouting
look, do something!

- I felt calm and assured that there was not any need for
alarm or distress as on that ranch a year earlier I remembered how calm
a feeling it was to watch something in awe and to know that it was not
from this planet. (I came to this decision years later.) It did not attempt
to hurt us (my family) or animals as in the movies but rather it reared
away from us slowly as we approached it while dimming its light. So
as the lady screamed, do something, I assured her to relax as there was
nothing to fear. This however was something I had never seen before on
our little ranch in Silver Springs Nevada. This was a large black
disc shaped saucer, flat with light spinning around it. The odd thing
is the light would change directions back and forth with no apparent rhythm. A
few minutes later as what I would describe as fifty people began to gather
in the streets. The saucer had lost interest in downtown Reno.

- Oh make a note that the saucer was actually trying to
blend in, like camouflage with the lights flashing on the "Sundowner
Casino" in downtown Reno. It was almost hard to notice at first. So
anyway the object had apparently become bored with the people I assume
and began to back away slowly at a 45 degree angle up to the sky. Get
ready for this though, the way this spacecraft left the area blew my mind. It
actually splashed up into the sky like as if when you were a kid and threw
a rock into a pond. I tell my friends that it bent the sky and left
into another dimension. That day I will remember all the rest of my
life and I swear to God and all that is holy that it is the truth and unfabricated
or unembellished. The lady that held my arm did so for some time,
she looked into my eyes as she screamed "do something".

- All I can remember saying to her is that it was alright
and not to worry. I have searched up and down the internet trying
to find those people that have seen this with me but I have had no luck.
I was hoping to hear from you or anyone you knew that had heard about it?
Oh and the balls on my ranch never returned. I made a sculpture of the
human skull in ceramics class and used to hold it up to the sky as the
balls of light would pass by overhead. Until this day I don't really
know why I did that, maybe so they would know that these were human skulls
which were ours.

- Lewisville Texas A Red And Orange Unidentified Flying

- Message: On Saturday the 23rd, 2006 in Lewisville Texas,
I and my family saw a fireball flying in the sky. The Fireball was
red and orange without an increasing trail from what I could see. The
Fireball was flying diagonal in a west to east direction. As the Fireball
got higher, it turned white. This sighting occurred about 7:40 p.m.

- The following day, Sunday around 7:00pm, my family saw
it again. However, I was not with them this time. From what
I was told by my wife, the Fireball was red and orange again, and turned
white again. I have no idea what this thing was. Seeing that
the entity was traveling in a west to east direction, and made a turn,
I doubt it was a meteor.

- Full Description of event/sighting: I just happened to
look outside my back window and saw this object zip through the sky. It
happened very fast. I couldn't make out any details except to say
that it was rounded and left a trail like a thick, yellow-orange line that
made a west to east trajectory. Then took a sudden, but rather zig-zagged
dive below the horizon. I've seen meteors, fire flies, airplanes,
satellites and even the space shuttle and this looked like none of
those. My only guess is that it was some kind of fireball. I
stayed up that night checking the news reports expecting to hear something
about "That weird light everyone is calling about." But
no such thing happened. My on-line friend saw something similar a
few nights later in Texas. To date neither of us have a good explanation
for what we saw.

before it disappeared. It was round and it seemed to be changing colors
around the outer rim. It would go from yellow to orange and back again.

- Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, This report
is made for my granddaughter,who was taking her pet dog for his morning
walk. As she walked to the bottom of the driveway and stopped briefly,
she suddenly saw this orb at her feet. Her dog, a basset, did not show
any signs of seeing the orb, but went on doing his "sniffing"
routine around bushes, etc. She stated that the orb was translucent, but
seemed to be filled with white smoke. As soon as she got a good look at
it, it took-off at great speed down the street and was gone. She also stated
that she was not afraid, but very curious about this strange event. I might
add that this young woman is very intelligent and steady and would definitely
not make up stories as some young people do.

- Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian if you were
looking out and up you may have seen this as it was heading roughly in
your direction.

- The sky over the lower mainland is clear at the moment
and the temperature feels like it is dropping fast. I was just sitting
here at my desk absentmindedly scanning the sky and looking at all the
lights when at bright white fireball or meteorite suddenly appeared in
the sky lighting up all the immediate area. For a second I thought due
to its appearance it might be fireworks as it had a long white tail of
fire behind it and was traveling slowly compared to most meteorites though
still much faster then satellites or planes. The object itself appeared
to be oval in shape and glowed white hot with a sort of white halo all
around it. It appeared to burn out approx:. 20 degrees above the horizon.
I probably had it in view for two to three seconds.

- Brian it was absolutely beautiful, I just hope you were
looking up at that time. My camera broke last week and who knows when I
will be able to get it fixed. Went to change the tape and the tape refused
to go back in. I pulled the tape and looked inside and saw several parts
sliding around inside jamming the mechanism. Said parts are now in an envelope
until such time as I can get it repaired.

- HBCC UFO Research received a telephone call on Sunday,
September 30, 2006 from a gentleman who resides in Ucluelet on Vancouver
Island here in British Columbia. The man went on to explain that he has
been observing, with a friend at times a strange ball of light which seems
to appear and hang around a while, then disappears. The sightings of the
strange object has taken place over the summer and continuing off and on.

- The fellow explained that he works the graveyard shift
and on his days off he likes to go outside and observe the night sky, as
he enjoys stargazing. The man told me the area is dark, no bright city
lights to block out the night sky, which gives him a wonderful view of
everything above.

- He went on and told me he was looking towards one
of the local mountains which has a radar tower (dome) on it. Next
to this mountain is another and he has been watching a bright round object
for a period of time over the summer. Now I should point out, that whatever
the fellow is watching, is there sometimes, and on other nights not
visible at all. The man thought it may have been a bright star low on the
horizon and just over top the mountain. But it appears that this is not
the case.

- I should also point out that the witness, during daylight
hours took a good look at the mountain where he had been seeing this bright
object. He states there was nothing there, such as a tower with lights,
or anything else that would account for this unusual light. Also an important
to mention is that this bright object does appear in different parts of
the sky. Also it moves certainly faster than watching a planet or the stars,
which can be observed by the witness holding up his hand to gauge the objects
speed. A blinking or strobing red and green lights could be viewed
on this object as well at the top of it. On another day watching this
light, a blinking or strobing red and green lights could be seen going
around the ball shaped object. The object would also stay in the area for
a good period of time.

- I was told he checked out numerous ideas, from the Space
Station to planets to stars and nothing seemed to fit. So the two witnesses
to this are baffled as to what this might be.

- Full Description of event/sighting: It was a light grayish,
almost grayish-blue and fairly dim in brightness. It moved quite quickly
across the sky and the shape never changed, nor the color. It was
pretty big and there was no noise. It almost looked like mist, but with
a definite shape of a wide boomerang with pointed edges. It moved at a
slight angle for some distance and as it passed by stars they were blacked
out. There were no clouds in the sky at all as it was very clear. We
lost sight of it as it moved closer to the light of the
moon. The moon was very bright last night.

- Houston, British Columbia Beam Of Light (Northern Lights)

- HBCC UFO Research Note: Telephone calls started coming
into me here at home over an unusual sighting that was taking place directly
over Houston, British Columbia. Actually 4 calls came in. Between telephone
calls I had gone outside to see, or hope to see what folks were reporting,
and there it was, shinning brightly in the clear night sky.

- Directly above the home was a beam of bright light running
from the northwest across the sky towards the southeast. If I held up my
fist at arms length the beam of light would have been slightly wider than
my closed fist. The beam of light also had a slight arc to it and was a
pale green in color.

- I figured out pretty quickly what it was, which was the
northern lights. But must admit, I could see why people thought it looked
really unusual. Also looking to the north, towards the horizon of
the mountain, there was a mist (sort of speak) of the same thing, a very
light mist of very pale green which again was the northern lights.

- But the beam that ran from horizon to horizon was the
same width straight across the sky pretty much and extremely bright. The
beam stayed in the same position for 20 to 30 minutes. Still the northern
lights.

- Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, On Saturday
evening I decided to hook my camera up with my new DVD recorder. Even though
the camera no longer records due to the broken parts the Video part still
works. Anyway I let it run from 18:00 to 24:00. At approx: 20:30 I had
just gotten up to make myself a cup of coffee when I saw a bright flash
come from a small gap in the heavy overcast. I first thought it might have
been lightning, but when I played the disk back later I saw what looked
like the Star Ship Enterprise sliding threw the sky between two layers
of clouds. When I viewed it one frame at a time it revealed itself to be
three bright white globes in a vertical triangle with a fourth white globe
next to the lower left hand corner globe. When I froze frame it and examined
it more closely, I could see numerous grey colored globes clustered about
the white ones.They were roughly laid out like the little diagram above,
the round letters being the white globes and the X:s the grey globes. All
the globes appeared to be touching and the object must have been quite
big as the camera was set on wide angle and the object shows up plainly.
It was also moving about the speed of a commercial airliner as it only
took 4 or 5 frames to cross the gap in the clouds. Direction of travel
most likely ESE.

- Clinton, Iowa Missing Time And Strange Noise

- Message: I've experienced a series of events this passed
weekend when I went to my in laws farm house in Clinton IA. It was not
a sighting, but my wife was missing from our bed when I woke up in the
middle of night, and when I went to look for her and came back to the room
she was back. It freaked me out, I could not go back to sleep after that,
I said where did you go? She said I am sleeping. Then the second
night, Sunday I was afraid for what happened the night before, My
wife and I could not fall to sleep. We would hear steps around the
house and outside the bedroom door. I got up and checked, but there
was nothing. I felt like someone was walking on the roof and out side
our bedroom, so about 3:00am in the morning I decided to just rest, but
keep alert.

- A few minutes after that I barely closed my eyes when
I felt this high frequency noise, so I opened eyes and the noise was still
there. I waited a couple of seconds to see if it will go away, but it kept
on going. I was able to turn my head and look up when I realized that it
was the only thing I could move. I then knew what was happening and immediately
I got scared. I said I have to get out if this situation, so I tried to
move and I at the same time called my wife's name. She was not fully
a sleep yet, she answered my call right away and I said do you hear that,
she said what, then it all stopped.
- The noise went away so did the force that was holding
me down. I broke down in tears that night. Then I got up to see if there
was something out there, but I was afraid what I could see the dogs where
not even barking at this point which was very unusual.
- I have been very disturbed after that and I can't
find a logical explanation for what happened.
- But if they where trying to take me, they failed.
I am not the sleep walker type, but one thing I know my wife was missing
the night before and every time I think about it I freaks out. I am not
the type that gets scared easily. I grew up in the New York City and I
seen the worst. I don't get scared easy but this really scared me. I won't
be afraid of my experience next time, I will just go with the
flow.

know what the weather balloons look like here. They use pure white ones.

- Full Description of event/sighting: Dear Friends, I am
a South Asian guy living with my elder brothers family close to the Westmead
Children's hospital in Westmead, NSW, Australia. We believe we saw a UFO
over the skies yesterday.

- We live on a top floor apartment of a 3 story building
and was watching the National Rugby League final. My brother saw this slow
moving horizontal flame (orange color) from our living room around 7:15
pm. He called me and others to watch the phenomenon. It was travelling
from South Easterly direction. There was no sound. The original size of
this flame was about 2 foot balls and resembles an oval shape. It continued
for 5 seconds then disappeared for a second or two then came back to last
another 2 seconds.

- Then the light (it was like burning) became the
size of a star with a red glow, with a slight flash which continued at
the same speed in a large circle like path. (speed was similar to a slow
moving plane). It came from the direction of Parramatta park.(http://maps.google.com/)
and parallel to Railway parade (Westmead Railway station). Then it went
around Westmead Hospital to form a large circle and stopped before disappearing.
But we kept watching for another 10 minutes expecting it to return. It
was last seen moving towards North Westerly direction at a very rapid
speed. (Perhaps 5-10 times faster than a passenger jet). All this was happened
during 15 minutes and sky was busy with some air traffic. There was one
Quantas jet and this object crosses it's path when it was moving towards
Westerly direction. The pilots of some of the planes must have seen something.
This thing lights up the sky. I am sure many might have seen the initial
flame at least.
