to be considered. I'll examine those questions in a moment. You quoted

accuse someone. This discussion concerns the age of the molested boy, and
whether or not he is qualified to bring a charge against an adult. The
rabbis decided anyone who had reached puberty ("he who is able to
engage in sexual intercourse") could bring a charge (throw guilt).
Pre-pubescence creates a complication (it's sometimes hard to know whether
a child has imagined something, or is reacting to leading questions, or
is telling the truth). An adult would have to enter the charge on behalf
of a pre-pubescent child. And the rabbis decided that a boy of nine years
could be allowed to testify in court, but a younger boy could not, (an
adult would share the witness stand with him, or speak in his place). The
molestation of a nine-year-old (or older) was different from the molestation
of an eight-year-old (or younger), in the sense that a line had to be drawn
between "old enough to take the stand" and "too young to
fully understand the ramifications". In this sense their discussion
seems logical.

to make your sacrifices on, as ordered by Moses? No? Why do you accuse
the rabbis of being against Mosaic Laws when it is you who are delinquent?

all the Mosaic Laws, right? So why is this law from Leviticus about homosexuality
so important to you? It occurs only twice in the Old Testament, in a few
sentences, while many other laws, like the Sabbath day rules, are repeated
over and over. You don't even celebrate the Sabbath on the day your god
ordained, the day when Jesus would have observed it - and you don't do
any of the things your god ordered you to do on that day, like having the
priests lay out cakes on a table in a tent. In one passage, you are told
not to work at all on the Sabbath, you are not even to light your stove,
and you are to kill anyone who breaks this rule (Exodus 35:1-3)! DO YOU
OBEY IT? Do you turn on your stove on the Sabbath? Have you killed anyone
for doing that? The Old Testament also says that witches and wizards and
mediums are to be killed. When was the last time you murdered a gypsy fortune-teller,
Mr. Pike? Never? Then you are against the Bible, because it orders this
MANY more times than it condemns homosexuals. Leviticus also orders you
not to cut the locks on your temples or trim your beard (Lev 19:27). Where's
your unkempt beard and locks, Pike?

- Jesus said that divorce was against God's Laws. Why are
you not attacking divorced people as Satan's minions? Let's remember that
your "Saint" Paul said it is best for a man to never touch a
woman (1Corinthians 7:1). Isn't that interesting? So the Vatican is righter
than you, in the Pauline sense. They don't marry. Paul also said that women
should never speak in places where people pray. If they have religious
questions they are to wait until they get home, and quietly ask their husbands
about it (1Corinthians 14:33-35). He also said that women should be quiet
and submissive and keep their heads covered - that no woman should be permitted
to have any authority over any man - and that women should not be permitted
to teach (1Timothy 2:8-15). So tell your wife to cover up and shut up,
and stop including her in pictures and films that you make! And why is
your niece writing for your website? Do something about all those female
ministers, for Christ's sake! I realize you don't understand the Old Testament,
but the New Testament's words are nice and simple. Why don't you follow
them?
