The Architecture Of Consequences
Jim Kirwan
1-17-7

When I was young I taught myself architecture and spent seven years designing and building everything from high-rise office buildings, to clinics and hospitals, nightclubs, and luxury homes. What I discovered about the intricacies of that profession concerned the most basic elements of construction. In politics the same laws of physics apply to those political structures that the new global criminal system is trying so desperately to complete. But all of this 'new construction' is being built on the oil drenched quick-sand of mega-lies that rests atop the marshes of history's long dead past.

What has always been missing from the plans of the New World Order are the CONSEQUENCES that must flow directly from each of the crimes they continue to commit. Reagan had his cheap vision of the USA as "That City on a Shining Hill." What he and his fellow Neo- Conn's forgot to mention is all the rot and garbage that lies buried very deep beneath Reagan's metaphorical city. The exterior of that 'vision' might have some appeal especially from a distance-but the 'vision' can only survive as long as the structural support for its very life is sound: yet NOTHING about that 'idea' is legal, is real, or is viable-as ALL of it was engendered by hubris and greed and a political arrogance on the grandest of scales imaginable.

One example is about to happen now in the Middle-east and its nothing short of a virtual-repeat of what happened under Nixon in Viet Nam. The Decider has decided to attack Iran and Syria in cross- border invasions, with joint Israeli and American air and missile- strikes. This will be no different from what Nixon did when he began bombing Cambodia and Laos in direct violation of international law, and to the horror of the rest of the world once his secret wars were discovered. For our involvement in a completely useless war in Indochina, we killed several million people, and lost something like 78,000 Americans in combat, only to flee in defeat before the determined Vietnamese people drove us out of Vietnam in 1975. Rummy was the Secretary of War then too-and it will be fitting that when we officially lose again, Rummy's policies will no doubt be to blame in Iraq as well as in Vietnam (1).

One of the reasons that these events seem to keep coming back to haunt the world is because those involved seemingly learned nothing at all from their very public mistakes. Reagan with his Iran-Contra scandals, his death squads, the drug dealing and the outright attempted subversion of so many of the countries in Central and South America: This too remains on the turntable because of those characters who were caught or charged, most having spent no time in prison, and many were pardoned only to return to power in the Decider's pack-of-jackals that he likes to call his government (2).

A few days ago Scooter Libby's trial began. This was the Vice President's Chief-of-Staff. The trial is a showpiece, but he will probably be convicted only to appeal and when he loses that appeal he'll be pardoned-just like so many before him. The Vice President will not be harmed even though Cheney has his own secret government that he operates from his secret locations-about which he will say absolutely nothing, citing presidential privilege.

Cheney has yet to answer for his meetings in the White House (the people's house) early in 2001 meetings wherein national energy policy was decided and is still secret. When word of an investigation into who his visitors were to the White House, which now has begun to get warm, the log-books of the Secret Service in the White House were seized to keep investigators from finding out who came to those meetings: All totally illegal of course, but in a nest of liars what's one more lie in the grand scheme of things! Cheney has designed his own official duties that have exploded into a classified smoke screen that continues to grow by the minute. Dick Cheney has become the most powerful person on the hill and the one that actually, on occasion, also controls the puppet who thinks he's president. Cheney has also been a war-profiteer in Iraq and Afghanistan, and his companies were also involved with events in Katrina's aftermath, more secret contract stuff-yet he has never been officially questioned by any of the brave men and women now running for president, in the congress or anywhere else. Why does congress show no interest whatever in knowing what Cheney has really been up to for the last six years?

Or there's this example of how the people have lost not only their freedom, but their control over the government we actually pay for, at any and all levels. Begin with the fact, not divulged officially, that the USA is and has been functioning as a nation under martial law since the end of World War II. That's what the gold-fringed US national flags are all about. Those US flags mean that wherever they are displayed those in-charge are serving not the constitutional government of the United States of America: but rather those who are the commanders of the State of Martial Law, in which this nation is currently stuck. This is what's behind the apparently bogus signing-statements that are perfectly commensurate with Martial Law and totally illegal under US constitutional law.
"When President Bush signed the new law, sponsored by Senator McCain, restricting the use of torture when interrogating detainees, he also issued a Presidential signing statement. That statement asserted that his power as Commander-in-Chief gives him the authority to bypass the very law he had just signed.

This news came fast on the heels of Bush's shocking admission that, since 2002, he has repeatedly authorized the National Security Agency to conduct electronic surveillance without a warrant, in flagrant violation of applicable federal law.

And before that, Bush declared he had the unilateral authority to ignore the Geneva Conventions and to indefinitely detain without due process both immigrants and citizens as enemy combatants.

All these declarations echo the refrain Bush has been asserting from the outset of his presidency. That refrain is simple: Presidential power must be unilateral, and unchecked.

But the most recent and blatant presidential intrusions on the law and Constitution supply the verse to that refrain. They not only claim unilateral executive power, but also supply the train of the President's thinking, the texture of his motivations, and the root of his intentions.

They make clear, for instance, that the phrase "unitary executive" is a code word for a doctrine that favors nearly unlimited executive power. Bush has used the doctrine in his signing statements to quietly expand presidential authority." (3)

Follow this up with the facts in the New National ID law, just passed by congress. If followed this would segregate the people of the USA into citizens with minimal rights and to those with no rights.
Like the military Draft, and the US tax codes before it-this program depends upon "VOLUNTARY compliance" by the states who must cough up the hundreds of billions this will cost, and or the citizens who will be disenfranchised from using anything that is attached to federal funds or feral federal controls. All Airlines controlled by the FAA, the trains of Amtrak, and all Federal offices, one might also suppose none of the Federal Courts would be open to those who refuse to obtain the unnecessary and invasive National ID card. Also: Those receiving Social Security checks will probably be denied their checks as well, despite lifelong participation in that program. This could happened if they refuse to be stamped numbered and herded into cages as part of their continuing price for compliance with this useless police-state program.

Think about what this national ID status says to the average American citizen. Remember that the government does not own you it's the other way round. The citizens employ the government and we pay their salaries. Now these people who are supposed to protect and serve the citizens of this land are telling their employers (us) that they shall decide who they will choose to serve and who they will not-because under the unchallengeable rules of the Decider "they can!" Not only is this illegal and criminal under the Constitution but it's a personal OUTRAGE that must be challenged at each and every step in the process. Write the governor's ask them where they'll get the money to pay for this insanity-and make them spell it out for you in specific detail. Ask them where state's rights end and federal rights to direct the states begin!
"What about the states? Many have already expressed concerns that they simply don't have the money to implement this insidious and phony tool to "fight the war on terrorism." The National Governors Association, National Conference of State Legislatures and the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators indicated in a recent report that the costs of reissuing drivers licenses to conform to this national identification within the recommended time, the on-site verification procedures and other requirements will run the states approximately ONE BILLION DOLLARS on the front end and roughly TEN POINT ONE BILLION DOLLARS over the next five years. Anyone who isn't walking around in a self imposed coma understands that these draconian laws coming out of Congress usually end up costing ten times what they estimate."

"This national id will do nothing to "fight the war on terrorism." It is already a disaster in progress because the technology to be used isn't ready and the bogus Department of Homeland Security has proven to be another government nightmare; see here. You do not have to accept this drivers license. You CAN refuse. The states CAN and must refuse to comply, but they will not unless there is enough heat to melt the entire Yukon. The state houses MUST hear from you now. Not next week or next month. Action is the order of the day. Taking a stand is the order of the day. No more talking about it."

The FEDS may use this opportunity to avoid paying those the vast sums involved in those Social Security payments that will not go to those who opted out - while they will be driving so many more retirees's into penury. Will this will mean more money for the troops in the-War-on-Terra? (4)

Many people feel that whatever government does in their cozy little secret schemes is the right thing to do, whether it's AIPAC and it's unquenchable desire to direct all American policies to the continuing furtherance of Israel in all her devious dealings-or whether it's just to prop up another set of corporate interests currently feeding at the trough of government subsidies. There are also the Bankers, and the every other mega-corporate interest from the extortion minded Insurance companies to the Wall Street insiders searching to suck up everything left unattended. But do Americans give a damn-I tend to agree with "the You Tube Conspiracy".

"It is all very entertaining in a sick sort of way. The whole group, this whole generation has been sucked into a whirlwind of sidestepping, head fakes, low interest home loans, credit cards, cell phones, high speed Internet and they have been YouTubed into a discredited, discombobulated, minor disturbance on a Saturday night that went away all on its own accord because they had to get up early the next day to walk the dog, both of them, and then go to work.

I'm sorry kids, but it is over. You never had a chance of course. You twerps have been so strung out on 2 Liter Pepsi, pizza, and Ecstasy and some of you on Oxycontin so long you never had any chance of organizing any real insurgency. John Brown found out, slaves do not revolt. And wage-slaves do not revolt either. It has just been one of those little-tifts-kind of insurgencies that has not a chance in the world of gaining any traction, or even any chance of identifying the problems at the root of a cause worth fighting anyway." (5)

However the architecture of Criminal Control over the world really is crumbling. 'Real Consequences' are beginning to near the far horizon, and soon we shall either Stop the War or pay the hideous price of the failure that shall no doubt be ours-should we not have the testosterone to stop the puppet in the Tarnished House of perverted power. The Question is how many more intrusions will you tolerate, and what will it take to send you over the edge when it comes to these attacks upon Americans by the same people that want to keep us safely tucked away in cages where we shall be temporally safe, but NEVER free!
