Concentration Camps
Where's Your State Homeland Security's
Civilian Concentration Camp? Where
Will You Be Incarcerated?

By Mark Lowry

Will YOU go quietly when they come for you?  Will you fight uselessly after it is  already too late?

Or will you stand up now, and overthrow  (via peacefull means) a corrupt and evil  government of the elites, for the elites,  and by the elites?

There is a lot of buzz on the internet about Bushite Coup civilian concentration or internment camps. It is apparent, elaborate plans have been in place for some time for handling domestic crises and need to be able to incarcerate or "house" massive civilian populations in the time of "national emergencies." Internet reports raise what appear to be valid concerns for loss of individual freedoms under existing legislation and executive orders particularly those written by George W. Bush Baby allegedly to provide for greater American security in the "terrorist" war.

Existing legislation permits suspension of constitutional rights, arrests and detention of American Citizens. The legislation also provides the budget to provide for: private mercenary armies to enforce marshal law, adequate space to house at least 400,000 and maybe millions, use of prison inmate populations on work details, and defined concentration camp locations in numerous states.

· George W Bush Baby and Alberto Gonzales "If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about." (Bush and Gonzales to Patriot Act critics).

Original plans were drafted to accommodate an invasion of illegal alien invaders, as many as those 400,000 they reported space needed for. We now have some where in the neighborhood of 30 million illegal alien invaders and none are being put in the internment camps the government says were defined to house.

Since the camps are not being used to house illegal alien invaders, or terrorists who breach our borders with impunity, it is only reasonable to assume the Bushite Coup Co-Conspirators plan to use defined concentration camps to house another population. That other population is us the American Citizens who oppose the Bushite Coup take over of our government.

· Attorney General Alberto Gonzales: testified habeas corpus -- the right to go to federal court and challenge one's imprisonment -- is not protected by the Constitution. "The Constitution doesn't say every individual in the United States or every citizen is hereby granted or assured the right of habeas,'' Gonzales told Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Pa., during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Jan. 17, 2007.

The latest civilian concentration camp plans include procedures for civilian inmate work forces to be used by the military under memorandums of understanding for specific military tasks. What those tasks may be, seem to be obscured in government documents but leave the objectives more open ended to accomplish what ever the imperial presidency may choose, particularly in times of great crises. They may be used to build or help, maintain the concentration camps.

Recent legislation and administrative orders have given the imperial presidency a blank check to do as it will without regard to individual freedoms or constitutional guarantees all in the name of the better good for safety of America in the fight against terrorism. That defined blank check leaves representative government and democracy trampled in its wake. It permits the Imperial Presidency to abolish our national sovereignty at will.

· John Elwood, George W Bush Baby Deputy Assistant Attorney General under Alberto Gonzales "The president has to comply with Federal Law only if the Supreme Court has ruled." (He can choose to not comply if he interprets the law differently than it is written until the Supreme Court Tells Him to Comply.) House judiciary committee hearings 2007

Four years ago, Representative Jim McDermott California expressed his concerns about MARTIAL LAW CONCERNS in an address to the House of Representatives - March 11, 2003. http://www.house.gov/mcdermott/sp030311.shtml

"FEMA, whose main role is disaster response, is also responsible for handling U.S. domestic unrest

From 1982 to 1984, Colonel Oliver North assisted FEMA in drafting its civil defense preparations. Details of those plans emerged during the 1987 Iran-Contra scandal. They included executive orders providing for suspension of the Constitution, the imposition of martial law, internment camps, and the turning over of government to the President and FEMA

At the time of the Reagan initiatives, the then-Attorney General, William French Smith, a Republican, wrote to the National Security Adviser, Robert McFarlane: 'I believe that the role assigned to the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the revised executive order exceeds its proper function as a coordinating agency for emergency preparedness. This department and others have repeatedly raised serious policy and legal objections to an emergency czar role for FEMA.'

Criticism of the Bush administration's response to September 11 echoes Mr. Smith's warning. On June 7 of last year, the former Presidential counsel, John Dean, spoke of America sliding into a, quote, ``constitutional dictatorship,'' close quote, and martial law.

The reason I raise this issue is that I come from a State where in 1941 under executive order by the President, 9661, we rounded up all the Japanese Americans in this country and put them in concentration camps. We have set in place the mechanism to do that again and we must not, we cannot sacrifice the Constitution in this rush to war that we are doing in Iraq."

FEMA has under the Bushite Coup been absorbed into the Homeland Security Department under the leadership of Mr. Michael Chertoff. Homeland Department expertise was demonstrated in the Katrina Hurricane disaster. It showed its inability to round up a bunch of pets left behind in the floods much less human beings.

The Bushite Coup took necessary measures to bypass incompetence of government bureaucracy. They entered into multiple civilian contracts with Halliburton and their subsidiaries Brown and Root and Blackwater USA to assure effective implementation of the Concentration camp plans. Blackwater USA has over 100,000 troops in Iraq now being billed at about $1000 per day for each mercenary.

These high paid mercenaries are now in reserve to implement provisions of marshal law in those times the imperial presidency defines the necessity to do so. Potential terrorists are any of us, and we can be declared so at anytime.

There is an ongoing debate in the senate to provide greater oversight for these mercenary armies and define responsibility for those corporations that employee them. One idea presented by several senators was to bring them under the Uniform Military Code of Justice, but relationships between civilians and the actual mercenary combatants is so complicated that individuals not engaged in hostilities may be included.

This new army has replaced our American War machine with out adequate government oversight and control. It is much more expensive than the standard military and lacks the loyalty of volunteer warriors loyal to the American Constitution and government. It provides the president an enormous amount of power to do as he will with the private army without our ability to stop him.

· George W. Bush Baby-"Stop throwing the Constitution in my face, its just a Goddamn piece of paper!" Nov. 2005, Dec. 2006 Capital Hill Blue. com.

"Both the contract and the budget allocation are in partial fulfillment of an ambitious 10-year Homeland Security strategic plan, code-named ENDGAME, authorized in 2003. According to a 49-page Homeland Security document on the plan, ENDGAME expands "a mission first articulated in the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798." Its goal is the capability to "remove all removable aliens," including "illegal economic migrants, aliens who have committed criminal acts, asylum-seekers (required to be retained by law) or potential terrorists." http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=vie

Given the contract to enforce existing standing orders with efficiency of a private mercenary army, the prospect of using policies in place to incarcerate American civilians in concentration camps looms more ominously over our heads. The Military Commissions Act of 2006 provided legislation for President Bush Baby to define unlawful enemy combatants as not only aliens, but also U.S. citizens.

Several sites define concentration camp locations but the one I found to be most interesting is the following: FEMA Concentration Camps: Locations and Executive Orders posted by Friends of Liberty (undated) 3sep04

http://www.mindfully.org/Reform/2004/FEMA-Concentration-Camps3sep04.htm

These sites provide a lot of detail about existing legislation and particularly that legislation implemented during the Clinton and Bush Baby administrations. It might serve as a useful resource for you to find our where you may be detained in an "emergency" declared by the president. It appears all is needed for your detention is your name on a list signed by Alberto Gonzales and President George W Bush Baby.

· George W. Bush Baby (once the secret agenda for the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement was exposed) reported to the effect: "Sure we are working on improved security and prosperity for America with its neighbors but there is nothing to all that 'one world government stuff' put out by those conspiracy wackos."

· Daniel Ellsburg "When the President starts lying he begins to need evidence to back up his lies because in this democracy he is questioned on his statements. It then percolates down through the bureaucracy that you are helping the Boss if you come up with evidence that is supportive of our public position and you are distinctly unhelpful if you commit to paper statements that might leak to the wrong people.

The effect of that is to poison the flow of information to the President himself and to create a situation where a President can be almost, to use a metaphor, psychotically divorced from the realities in which he is acting...." Daniel Ellsburg to the US Senate on Foreign Relations, May 13, 1970

Sleep well tonight and don't worry about all those silly "wacko" conspiracy nuts. Keep your mind trained on those "weapons of mass destruction" in Iraq, yeah that's what's gonna getcha, not those old concentration camp things.

George W Bush Baby could end the illegal alien invasion immediately with resources and budgets on hand by implementing emergency provisions of existing legislation and executive orders, but he refuses to do so. Interesting isn't it?

· George W. Bush Baby in Mexico march 2007 "Mr. President [Calderón], my pledge to you and your government - but, more importantly, the people of Mexico - is I will work as hard as I possibly can to pass comprehensive immigration reform."

May God Bless and protect us all. The American government is definitely not going to.
