- Put into other words, this article could also be titled
'Is Memorial day to be another 9-11 in America?' It is why this newsletter
issue is being written early. In this article you will learn: that the
war on terror-ism is a sham, we have met the enemy and they is U.S.; that
a specific terrorist threat has been reported, ignored, and covered up;
that the FBI does not investigate terrorist tips because removing fear
would reduce their control over us; that we citizens are left alone to
face the evils of terrorism, evils wrought by our government; that the
only way to combat terror is by speaking out loudly and repeatedly, and
going to war ourselves.

- On the weekend of March 29, 2003, a Middle Eastern man
sat in his car surveilling a gas station, his eyes observing every detail
of the attendant's interaction with customers. He scanned the area and
noted the heavy traffic in front of the station, especially the long
line of cars stuck waiting for the traffic light, two abreast. Statistically
one of the busiest intersection in the State, the line of cars backs up
for two blocks at peak traffic times. He noted the busses as they passed,
several every hour, in all four directions. Three of the buses serve the
Counties largest and busiest shopping centers, where there is also a college
and huge hospital complex - all just a mile or so away, and as a result,
these buses were typically full of shoppers, students, and medical- related
passengers.

- All of these things, he seemed to be taking note of,
literally; he was indeed writing down frequent notes about something.
If these facts interested him, there were more of equal worth: Across
the street was a hotel and a Taco Bell, pizza parlor, and a strip mall.
Next to the station was a bank, a restaurant, and a key cellular communications
tower. The other side of the intersection from the station had a McDonalds,
another bank, and a convenience store on one corner, and yet another gas
station, hotel, and restaurant on the other, as well as a US Post Office.
The intersection was a major arterial where two State highways joined
with an Interstate Freeway, which itself ran behind the station; the station
was atop a shallow hill, and down the hill just a short distance away
was a shopping mall on one side and a major megaretail outlet on the
other. The gas station itself had only a few years earlier set regional
records for gallons pumped.

- If this man was a terrorist, he could imagine any number
of attack scenarios and their resulting destruction and carnage. At peak
traffic times, the number of people within one block of the gas station
was likely several thousand. An explosion, especially if large enough
to rupture the main underground fuel tanks (roughly 50,000 gallons), would
likely result in a river of fire flowing down the street towards the two
shopping areas.

- The blast and fireball itself, of course, would do tremendous
harm to the cars in the street, any passing buses, and likely, the nearby
buildings - at least one motel, and perhaps the bank and one of the restaurants.
Damage to a bank would be a bonus to terrorists who have already demonstrated
on 9-11 that they like to hit American financial underpinnings. And, with
luck, they could bring down the cell phone tower, too. And all of it within
a half- block of one of the area's busiest freeways, where tens of thousands
of cars pass every hour, more in peak times.

- Al Qaeda is known to have considered gas stations as
its targets, with specific industry warnings to that effect having been
announced publicly. This particular gas station belongs to an international
oil giant which might be of special interest to any terrorist who happens
to hate George Bush (pick one). It turns out that this particular oil
company owes its original leadership and ownership history to both the
Bush and Rockefeller families.

- Clearly, Bush is on the terrorist's A list, and it does
not take much thought to figure that Rockefeller is probably on the same
page, if not near the top. Brand recognition is not just a marketing
consideration, but also, a strategic matter for terrorists.

- If that ownership trail were not enough, the brand is
also partnered with British Petroleum, and with Aramco, the Saudi Royal
Family's oil company. In essence, this brand of gas represents everything
an al-Qaeda terrorist had been taught to hate. All these things were likely
being considered carefully, and written down, while the man in the car
sat, hours on end. Drinking bottled water and occasionally looking at
undetermined reading materials, his eyes and his ink pen were quite busy.
But he was being surveilled, too.

- Yours truly was on the case. Not because of any great
sleuthing or investigative effort, but by virtue of self defense and duty.
You see, I was acting Manager for this particular gas station at the
time. It was extremely unusual for anyone to sit for hours and observe
us, and I took note. I also took action.
-
- Usually, only thoughtful robbers, competitors, or perhaps
corporate busy bodies evaluating performance would do these things. As
such, it was not entirely a rare event, and thus, we were not overly
concerned. Yet, even these 'justified' snoops would not take so many notes,
nor would they spend as much time. Nor, would they normally be Middle
Eastern. I had by now notified FBI by phone. They seemed interested and
took all the particulars, including vehicle description and license plate
number. I had by now actually obtained the fingerprints of the individual
by retrieving an empty pack of cigarettes he had discarded. I literally
scooped it up right under his nose while 'policing' the area of other
refuse, a duty I would normally leave to staff.

- By chance, the following Monday evening, I noted a vehicle
matching the suspect's as it drove by the station after dark. I could
not verify the plates or occupants (there were two) in the darkness or
at that distance, but I was able to see where it went; to a health club
just a block down the street.

- The car then returned back towards the station with only
the driver. It then turned into an adult store parking lot which was
situated behind the motel across from the station. He was there for only
about thirty minutes. When I got off work I went first to the adult store
and the clerk there agreed that a customer matching the description of
the suspect had been there in that time frame. I then went to the health
club and was a bit shocked to find another Middle Eastern person.

- My shock was from the fact that I recognized him as someone
else seen at the station. That might not be unusual, except that this
person was there only once, and had stood out in my mind at the time
as acting strangely - and for having a somewhat unusual hairstyle, perhaps
especially unusual for a Middle Eastern type. It was a kind of 1950's
wavy style (a kind of West Side Story look) with lots of moose to make
it shiny bright, despite its jet black nature.

- And there was something about his eyes, and his attitude.
Decidedly private, avoiding eye contact, and avoiding use of more than
one or two word sentences:

- "Fill."
-
- "Regular fill?" I asked.
-
- "Yes."
-
-
- No 'please' or 'thank you.' No response to 'Hello, how
are you, today?' A shaken (no) head when asked 'Would you like me to clean
your windows?" He paid with a twenty which had been crisply folded
into fourths and then drove off without waiting for his change. The folds
would later become significant when I learned that a $20 could be folded
to reveal both the Pentagon and the WTC towers in flames.

- That same evening, by comparing our first terrorist suspect
with FBI photos on the Internet, I discovered that indeed, one particular
terrorist known to have been operating in our (Portland) area, looked
very much like the man in the car. In fact, by using PhotoShop to modify
the hair style to match that of our suspect, the similarity was quite
pronounced. (Images for this article provided on the CD-R e-book versions.)

- He was an al-Qaeda suspect considered dangerous and known

- So much of a match was it, that another employee was
able to state he had seen the man watching the station the day before,
which had been my day off. Naturally, this heightened my suspicions further,
as corporate and competitor snoops never watch more than one day.

- But even more remarkably, the second suspect from the
health club looked even more like another terrorist <http://www.fbi.gov/
terrorinfo/ adnan.htm>, once the hair was modified in PhotoShop. This
one was named Adnan G. El Shukri Jumah, a.k.a. Abu Arif; Ja'far al-Tayar;
Jaffar al-Tayyar; Jafar Tayar; and Jaafar al-Tayyar.

- So now, I had two fairly strong visual matches to two
individuals who fit the terrorist profile: Middle East persons who appear
to be conducting surveillance of a gas station; who though Islamic (if
terrorists) were quite fond of a mix of pornography and health clubs.
I consider this telling: Recall that virtually all of the 9-11 terrorists
were engaged in these same activities, though quite clearly, any Islamic
fundamentalist about to Martyr himself for his religion would not be caught
dead committing sins of the flesh as part of the preparation to die. No.
That is a particularly Western thinking.

- As stated, the FBI was contacted early in this matter,
by telephone. The person on the phone seemed quite interested, but that
was as far as it got. No one ever called back. No one visited to get the
fingerprints. But that was before I knew the suspect fit the description
of a known terrorist, and that there was another suspect who also fit
the description of a suspected terrorist involved with the first suspect,
or that both suspects fit the behavioral profile of 9-11 terrorists.

- When I figured all that out, I decided escalation of
the matter was in order, given FBI's silence. It was then that I used
PhotoShop to modify the hair of the two FBI images and produced startling
matches to the men we had seen. When a third member of my staff recognized
the first suspect based on the resulting artwork, it seemed clear to me
that I was on to something. That is when I called the FBI a second time,
and then emailed them with the artwork and a complete list of events as
thus described herein. But that was still as far as things went. No one
called back. No one visited. Apparently, no one at FBI actually follows
up on terrorist tips, no matter how good they might be (you be the judge
if this seems a good tip, or not).

- But of course, that fits in with everything NOILWAR!
has been saying, as best expressed by the Timeline for Treason: government
complicity in 9-11 abounds; the FBI, CIA, and military have not only
failed to stop terrorists, they have aided and abetted them, trained and
housed them, given them visas and money, and protected them from investigation
- while at the same time persecuting anyone in the US or foreign intelligence
communities who threatened to expose them.

- One might think this was a slightly better than average
lead as far as quality goes: three people agreeing that the suspects matched
known terrorists; the suspects were doing things suspiciously like terrorist
planning; the suspects were associated and both were engaged in activities
found in common with other terrorists. I had obtained finger prints; I
was able to offer a fourth eye witness and video tape resource at the
adult store; I was able to offer multiple witnesses at the health club;
I was able to offer access through the health club and book store to possible
signatures, charge card information, and address and phone number of at
least one and possibly both suspects. But FBI was not interested. No one
called. No one visited. One wonders what kind of lead they would follow?

- Later that weeks, things escalated once more, initiated
by the other side, this time. Someone in a small civilian airplane (later
identified as a Cessna 172 RG) was doing a little flying in the area.
Their flying skills were quite questionable: their course corrections
were frequent and erratic, a series of overcorrections; their air speed
was very near stall speed; their altitude was about 150 feet - well below
minimum allowed FAA altitudes for airplanes over a crowded city. In fact,
they were well below the height of six nearby radio towers and several
hilltops. They were approximately as high as the cell phone tower, to
which they came within 200 feet of as they neared our station.

- These things alone got them noticed, but what really
got my attention was their flight course, which was a series of circles
in an somewhat tear drop pattern, the long side of which was essentially
aimed at my station. Now, the only corrective course adjustments were
while coming towards the station, not while going away - suggesting that
they were trying (unsuccessfully) to line up on the station. Four tries,
and they finally got it right. They were headed directly for us. At about
500 foot distance, the tail went up, both flaps went down, and so did
the nose.

- But just as quickly, the plane leveled out after loosing
less than twenty feet or so. Had the plane continued to dive, it would
not have struck the gas station, but would instead have clipped a power
pole, as the effort was too early by about five seconds if trying to
target the station. The course still was not right: though the flight
path was true and finally dead on target, the angle of flight would not
well avoid power and light poles, or our massive sign uprights which were
a good 40 foot high.

- As it reached the station on this final pass, the plane
pulled away and flew off in the distance. Its actions had been so questionable
that even customers were asking what the hell was up, and were anxious
to leave the property - with no comments on my part regarding the history
or significance of prior events. Their's was a spontaneous reaction to
this plane.
-
- If all of this was not unnerving enough, the plane was
so close as to be able to see with absolute clarity that it had absolutely
no tail number or identification of any kind. Indeed, it appeared these
had been deliberately whited out (arted image). This is a violation of
FAA regulations, too.
-
- I immediately called the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration)
and reported these observations, and referenced the FBI report earlier
made and the Middle East man engaged in surveillance. The FAA authority
expressed concern especially at the altitude and the lack of markings.
We agreed that if the pilot could be tracked down and he turned out to
be Middle Eastern, that FBI would be notified. He also promised to call
me back with any findings either way.

- He had not called back when, some ten or twenty minutes
later, the plane appeared to return. This time, it was at a higher altitude
(perhaps trying to figure out how to overfly the poles with a steeper
attack angle.) That altitude made a positive ID difficult, but the aircraft
shape was the same, and the color was the same. Again, multiple teardrop
circles with a general aiming towards the station - each time turning
away after reaching a point representing a logical dive position. He flew
off once more, due North, and then returned again some fifteen minutes
later at an even higher altitude. After more circles, he left and returned
yet one more time, this time a little lower, at about the same altitude
as the prior run.

- These repeated returns after a fifteen minute delay suggested
someone was repeatedly flying a course, as if trying to become familiar
with it. A novice pilot might need such visual 'training' in order to
prepare for a single-minded mission. All these thoughts all the plane's
activities, as individual elements and as a sum total, were troubling.
I called FAA once more, but was unable to get through. I called later
from my home once more to identify the aircraft model type (172RG) from
images on the Web. I was only able to leave a message. No one called back.
No one visited.
- I might have been less concerned, except that within
an hour or so of these flights, one of my employees reported getting an
odd phone call.

- Someone with an accent (not Hispanic, not oriental, not
European) called and asked some curious things:
-
- "Do you sell diesel fuel?"
-
- The answer was "No, I'm sorry, we do not have diesel."
-
- The next question was "What are your hours? When
do you close?"
-
- Well, excuse me, but I'm wondering why someone who can't
buy what they want would want to know when they couldn't get it?
-

- It was almost as if someone had figured out that they
were not a good enough pilot to use a small plane, and that they were
going to have to drive a truck into the station. Well, apparently their
first choice was a diesel truck. Now, they will just have to rent a gas
powered truck. Ryder's are all the rage with terrorist,s anyway, you know.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that the other leading rental
truck outfit is a corporation held by prominent members of the military
industrial complex, and Ryder isn't. It is just that yellow is a favorite
terrorist color. Oops, both of the brands use yellow! I guess we need
a new theory to explain the preference - unless you like the conspiracy
theory already implied.

- Now in the absence of anyone calling back, other events
instead transpired. For one, the next weekend, the airplane seemed to
have returned for a second day of menacing our station. This time, however,
whomever flew it was a confident and skilled pilot. The plane came at
the station from a different direction and much faster; at cruise speed,
again at about 150 feet high. But just before reaching the station, it
pulled a high-G U-turn smoothly and sharply. It returned about five minutes
later and repeated the maneuver with precision (identical positioning
and course. turn point, and arc radius).

- The only reason I say 'seemed to have returned' is that
at the speed flown, we had no advance warning of its approach until we
heard the buzz of its engines as it entered the turn. Looking up, we
saw only the plane's bottom. Same color, same make and model, but we were
unable to see the sides to see if there were numbers or different markings.
To me, it seemed that whomever owned the plane was annoyed that the FAA
had investigated and was 'punishing' us and trying to get us to make another
report. Why that might be would become clear, later. Either that, or they
were showing the 'trainee' how to do it better.

- A few days hence, my employees noted another event, another
kind of escalation, perhaps. A series of repeat occurrences, actually.
Osama bin Laden had apparently moved into the hotel across the street
from the station! He would open his drapes and stand fully visible in
the large window. His long unkempt gray beard, a white or orange turban,
and gray and white robes were all the spitting image of bin Laden. Of
course it was not bin Laden, just someone who looked remarkably like him,
though perhaps a bit younger. Clearly, he was some sort of Islamic cleric.
What worried my crew was that whenever we looked up at him, he seemed
to step back into the darkness of the room away from the window. It was
as if he was watching us, and did not wish to be seen doing so.

- He was there for several weeks, actually. Every day,
he could be seen taking a walk away from the hotel towards the shopping
areas, but he was never seen returning. He simply reappeared in the window
in mid or late day. The notion that he might have been a decision maker
there to approve any attack plan did not escape our minds. Then, on the
weekend of March 10, a third aircraft menacing event transpired. I mention
this in the same paragraph as the summary of our bin Laden look alike
only because that after this event, we never saw bin Laden, again.

- This plane was entirely different. It appeared to be
a small single engine Beechcraft A36 or B36 similar to the included image.
The color scheme was white with two-tone gold-brown accents using a different
scheme than the one shown. Because it, too, flew quite fast and low, the
details of the paint scheme remain unclear in my mind and I've not attempted
to reproduce it, here. What was unusual about this event was the bizarre
course the plane took, all at high speed.

- I first noticed the plane because of an identical high
speed bank maneuver as described above, though it came from a different
direction than the earlier passes and thus, turned over a different area
(over the hotel.) It may interest the reader to note that all turns made
by all three aircraft in each and every maneuver were to the pilot's left,
except for one turn which will be described, shortly. I watched the plane
fly back briefly the way it had come, then bank left to fly around a hill
which was higher than its altitude. It then climbed slowly as it flew
beyond a second hill, and banked left once more. It leveled out flying
across the horizon due West.

- I predicted that if it was our friend, it would bank
at a given point. It did turn, but instead of a slow banking circle, it
did a sharp U-turn and doubled directly back to the East. My sigh of
relief was short lived, because after all but departing mind's concern,
it made a second tight turn to head due south, directly at us once more
- effectively the turn I had predicted, just late and more dramatic. That
maneuver had put it on a course almost directly aligned with us and the
high radio towers. It was only slightly east of the towers by a few hundred
feet and perhaps 300 feet above them (about twice their height). As it
approached, it slowly descended back to the low 150 foot range, having
passed the radio towers at their height. It overflew (buzzed) the station
at high speed (there was a tail number but it was unreadable at the angle)
and then slowly ascended to about 1,500 feet (proper altitude.)

- It then banked into a very slow turn back towards its
point of origin. By its arrival and departure courses, I deduced it had
likely come from the Troutdale Airport. A visit to that airport revealed
a number of aircraft there which were quite similar, but no positive ID
could be made, as the aircraft were locked away behind a fence at a distance.
All of these mysterious events had taken place to create an atmosphere
of alarm. But thus far, we had had no response from FBI or FAA. Then,
all of a sudden, something even more strange and unexpected happened.
The entire intelligence community responded, as if a flood. But it was
how they responded which raised even more interesting questions.

- They did not contact me or my crew, all witnesses in
the matter. They did not contact anyone at the adult store or the health
club. They did not show pictures sent them to anyone. In fact, the actions
apparently did not stem from my FBI outreach, at all. Rather, it appears
that my reports on these concerns to my corporate security department
had caused them to contact the FBI in Houston, where the corporate offices
are located.

- Now it appears that FBI there may not have done the logical
thing, which was to contact the Portland office. Instead, it appears they
contacted my regional supervisor and asked for details. They asked many
questions which had already been answered in my reports to FBI, such as
'What was the tail number?' It just did not make sense.
-
- In fact, not only the FBI, but the CIA, and the FAA contacted
my boss. Excuse me, but this makes even less sense. FBI would not bring
in CIA without good cause. CIA has no authority in the matter, but only
provides (on a good day) intelligence to FBI, and seeks the same in return
(on an unusually good day). In the absence of an FBI investigation and
positive findings, the tip offered by me represented mere conjecture yet
to be proven useful.

- Involving CIA before establishing it useful made no sense.
Further, by the questions FBI, CIA, and FAA asked, it is clear they did
not have access to my report to FBI or FAA. Why did they not check with
their own local offices? Why did they ask my supervisor, and not me and
my fellow eye witnesses? The first rule of investigative process is go
to the source - don't rely on second hand information, and for the same
reason that hearsay is not admissible in court.

- But there was a more serious oddity. Apparently, after
asking their questions, they informed my superior that they already had
all the answers as to what really took place. They said that all helicopters
had been grounded that day, and local TV stations had been forced to rent
airplanes to cover traffic issues. They said there had been two traffic
accidents blocking freeway traffic in our area and the aircraft in question
had been flying low to cover that event. It was mere coincidence and innocent
circumstance. That is what they said. However, there are some problems
with this story. It is a pure fabrication. I ask why they would do that?
And, I illustrate, reminding the reader that FBI/CIA and FAA had only
known about the first two flights, not any of the others, which had not
been reported as the earlier reports were clearly being ignored:

- One problem is, that the accidents in question had been
earlier in the day by several hours. It is possible the traffic was still
backed up and 'newsworthy' when the airplane was in the area, but we
were no longer getting that kind of 'news' from customers buying gas.
We generally are the first to know when there is a nearby problem on the
freeway. If not by customer comment, then by first responders with sirens
screaming past the station to get onto the freeway. So the timing of the
known accidents did not seem to mesh with FBI's claim.

- Further, when a plane is used, the cameraman must use
the copilot's seat and shoot out the window on that side. The plane would
ideally circle the subject matter (event) of interest banking slightly
towards it, circling about it in as smooth a loop as possible for longer
video recording opportunities. Or, it would fly parallel to the action
along a freeway, to show the long line of cars. The plane in question
did not circle the freeway where the accidents were known to have happened
and did not bank towards the copilot's side for camera work. They instead
circled over other areas and banked to the pilot's side. Any cameraman
would have been limited to shooting only while the plane was flying straight
and level; the long line of the teardrop pattern. However, this was not
parallel to the freeway, nor was it near the accidents. Something was
not right with this story.

- My employees and I had much earlier decided on our own
that perhaps just such an accident might reasonably have accounted for
the plane's presence and behavior, despite details which made it seem
unlikely. I believe I even stated as much when I called the FAA. But
knowing this, we all took care to watch the news carefully that evening.
We each watched as many stations as we could. No one saw any such news
coverage, not even a mention. Attempts to verify the 'news' story by checking
with local stations produced interesting results, as we shall shortly
see.

- Likely, it was the same cover story fed the FAA by someone
on behalf of FBI or CIA, and likely, FAA had contacted the plane's owners,
who in response, knowing the cover story had already been decided upon,
attempted to 'fake us out' and get us to call in yet another report the
next weekend. Perhaps they were trying to get me to live up to my namesake
as 'Professional Paranoid', in order to discredit me with FAA and my employers.
Though I did not take that bait, to a degree, my employers were already
skeptical, led into thinking by the cover story that I had overreacted
to 'normal' events. The discrediting tactic would create a 'cry wolf'
effect; a plausible excuse for FBI's willfully ignoring our complaints.
Thus in the end, if something bad actually happened, we, the victims,
would be blamed, not the FBI. But there are a few facts yet to be told.

- The cover story was that all helicopters were grounded,
and that for that reason, TV news coverage of the traffic accidents required
use of fixed wing aircraft. I've already explained why that seems a fishy
story. Now, here is the proof I am right:

- I contacted ALL TV stations in the area. Each of them
said essentially the same thing, some using the same phrases I write
here: 'If all helicopters were grounded, we would be among the first to
know and that in itself would have been news, and we would have followed
up on it." "If our helicopters were grounded, we simply wouldn't
fly. We never use fixed wing aircraft, because they are not suited to
our needs."

- In essence, no TV coverage of the traffic accidents had
been undertaken, at all. Only a few radio stations have traffic coverage,
and they rely on caller advisories and other resources, leaving the expense
of flying to the TV stations. They covered no accidents that day because
they chose not to, and not one of their helicopters were not grounded.
The FBI, CIA, and FBI lied, leaving
- us with a few key questions unanswered. What are they
covering up? Who are they protecting? Why hang us out to dry? Who benefits?
-
- And one last thing, as I put the finishing touches on
this saga of mysteries yet another Islamic visitor to the station. This
one seemed rather Egyptian, based on stereotypes. He walked onto the
property and entered the store, and purchased a soda pop. I helped him,
and tried to be friendly and asked the usual sales questions. No answers
other than negative nods. He wouldn't look me in the eye but for the briefest
of glances.
- All this aroused my interest, but not as much as when
he pulled out a fist of unkempt wadded bills, easily over $1,000. This
did not match his transportation or clothing style. He was dressed just
one notch above a homeless person: very worn clothes and outer jacket
which were otherwise quite clean. His shoes, however, were brand new;
the kind of boots a soldier would wear.

- So I elected to watch him as he left the property, walking
towards the superstore past the bank. He carried the bottle at his side,
only opening it and taking a single sip after traveling two-thirds the
distance. I don't know about anyone else, but I usually buy a soft drink
because I'm thirsty, or because I intend to drink it. He entered the superstore
and remained for about ten minutes. When he returned and walked past our
store some fifteen minutes later, he had nothing in his hands but the
still-full soda bottle. There was no bulge in his coat pocket, so if he
bought anything, it was a simple, small item which could fit in his pocket
unobserved. So his visit to that store was itself somewhat a minor mystery,
except that it offers a good view of the station.

- He walked onward, and I observed. As when he had left
our station for the superstore, he never glanced back once - which was
perhaps the only thing he did which made him less suspicious in my mind.
I watched him walk four blocks until out of site. Assuming, since his
arrival was from the same direction, that he was returning to his point
of origin, he passed two location where he could have purchased his soda
or even any unseen item from the superstore.

- So, why did he choose my store for the soda, where it
would be more expensive? Why didn't he drink from it? Why walk so far
to pay more? Beyond the point where he was just vanishing out of sight
was a very small cluster of homes and apartments, followed by a large
industrial and commercial area and massive freeway interchange. On the
other side of that was even more commercial and industrial property before
once again encountering residential area.

- That he would go beyond the nearby homes made little
sense, unless he was on a break from his workplace. But given the time
of day, it would have to have been a break, not a lunch, and he had already
spent some thirty minutes - too long to be a break. Given this was a
Sunday, there were very few firms in the area which were even open or
operating, even with modest work crews.

- But there was also one specific firm within the industrial
complex which had already earned a particular interest from me, especially
if this was where he was headed. Such a place might have sent him on
this particular trip with no concern over the time required. It was a
suspected CIA proprietary, one working in bioimplant devices of the type
written of in my book, MC Realities; a "neuroscience device which
allows communications directly to the brain," apparently using voice
to skull technology (that is how the proprietary describes it).

- To the intelligence community and among mind control
researchers and victims, such devices are more popularly called 'the Voice
of God which cannot be disobeyed.' It is the perfect control tool for
religious zealots, allowing such an implant to convince the victim to
become a martyr and strap on a bomb 'in the service of God.' Such implants
can be installed without the victim's knowledge, and it has long been
my belief that this is the source of suicide bombers, not political despera-tion
mixed with twisted ideological or religious fervor. Well, perhaps a bit
of the later, artificially induced via the implant.

- Evidence for this being the case is found in my book,
where I reference an eyewitness account illustrating that early experimentation
in the technology specifically required military researchers to select
unwitting Islamic students for their tests. Why Islamics, we might ask?
Why, indeed. Ask next who benefits from terrorism?

- It is never the terrorist or their cause, for the backlash
of horrific acts of murderous terrorism against innocents to include
women and children serves to strengthen the resolve of those whom they
attack. Such attacks drive renewed nationalism and allow the governments
involved to become more powerful, more police-state like, without protest.
And no one is the wiser, if such attacks are by covert design by that
government, who in turn quickly blames some outside terrorist group. To
me, all of 9-11 smells of this same order: an American Reichestag Fire.
Only I call it Northwoods.

- I decided I just had to know where this wealthy 'beggar'
type was going. I got into my car and followed his path until I spotted
him some two blocks ahead, and I pulled over and watched him continue
on for another few blocks. I then pulled forward again, and watched once
more. And again. So for nearly nine more blocks he walked, almost to the
edge of the freeway.

- At no time did he look back. At no time did he take a
drink from his soda, still listless at his side, and by now, only slightly
cool in the warm day. It was as if it was a prop he had been ordered
to purchase, and having obeyed this one, simple instruction, he had no
thought of his own as to what to actually do with it. Perhaps at one point
he had actually been instructed to 'take a drink' as he left and he blindly
followed that instruction to the letter: a single solitary sip.

- I was in the street and approaching the point where I
next wished to pull over. It was the closest I had come to him in these
advances of my position, a matter forced by absence of driveways or opportunities
to pull over. Now, as it happens, my car is a bit loud due to a leak in
the exhaust gasket. Not as loud as a motorcycle or a truck, or even a
muscle car, but louder than it is supposed to be for a family car - I
was now close enough that he might hear. Apparently, he did, and he stopped,
then turned to look.

- I was not unprepared. My turn signal was on and so, I
should not have looked too suspicious - but what was suspicious was that
he turned at the sound. That, and what he did next together implied that
he recognized my car by its sound - a matter which has serious implications
with respect to the subject of this article. In like manner, it implied
he was worried about being followed, and took actions to conceal his destination.
He changed directions and walked across the street and sat down at the
bus stop. I pulled out of sight and waited for five minutes.

- When I pulled back to a viewpoint, I caught him standing
and starting to walk accross the street again - but he then faltered,
turned and looked at me once more, and then began standing as if impatiently
waiting for the bus. I did not buy that - since he had already walked
past four bus stops for that line, and had been walking on the wrong side
of the street. This man was clearly not waiting for a bus. He was waiting
for me to think he was, and to leave.

- I had little choice but to do so. He was now only one
block away from the mind control front. I drove next there but found no
evidence of anyone's presence, though there is a parking area out of
view and access for all but employees. I was forced to abandon the effort
with more questions raised, than answered. At the very least, it seemed
clear to me that the man's visit to my store had little to do with thirst.
His bottle of pop was still virtually untouched, hanging at his side.

- Finally, yesterday, the very day that news stories are
awash with stories on the elevation of the terrorism alert to Orange and
how we citizens need to be alert for anything suspicious - to specifically
include reporting anyone who seems to be conducting surveillance (been
there, done that) this happened:

- A plane very much like the first repeatedly overflew
our station at 2,500 feet. It appeared to be the same plane, flying over
from various directions at about twenty minute intervals. This is not
normal. We might normally see one plane fly over any of these given paths
in a given day. This one repeatedly flew the same courses. And, it was
during the same time frame as each of the other 'harassment' flights.
The thing that bothers me most about these over flights, however, is that
they were once more at the stall speed of the aircraft, the perfect speed
from which to commence a high, steep dive.

- So if it turns out that I am dead anytime soon as a result
of a terrorist event, I have likely been murdered by an explosion at my
gas station. My murderers are known terrorists, as named herein. But
my murderers are conspiratorial. Among the members of the conspiracy to
murder are also Charles Mathews III and Laurie J. Bennett (we know each
other by sight, but she does not know that until reading this - which
I'm sure she has), the Special Agents in charge of the FBI office here
in Portland, and those agents under them who refused to override orders
not to investigate my tips. There are other Federal agents involved that
I cannot name, but their names are clearly recorded with my employer.

- 1045 My personal 'Fuse' (Deepthroat) has since advised
that the
- man in question was likely an assassin scouting my work
place for pre planning my murder, probably disguised as a robbery. He
said that by causing unwanted FBI/FAA interest, an interest likely reported
by CIA partners to the terrorists, they felt I needed to be silenced if
any attacks were to be successfully carried out. They would be afraid
I would go public, given my background. Indeed, he says, I literally beat
them to the punch by doing just that publishing this article, both
establishing a roadblock to the terrorism (government would have no excuse
they had not been warned), and eliminating both the need for my murder
(too-late syndrome) and making any such murder dangerous, as local investigation
might lead to a terrorism tie in. Perhaps the pen is mightier than the
sword?

- Of course, anyone who has read the NOILWAR! pages knows
how kindly I speak of FBI and how kind they (Laurie, et al) have been
to me and other civilian investigators of Flight 800. One might even
deduce they would have a motive for my murder (self defense, of sorts,
given that the pen IS mightier than their magnifying glasses, tape recorders,
and guns perverted to serve political agenda, rather than the truth and
justice.) And, as a bonus, they save $5M in reward money if they ignore
my tip.

- And since FBI works with the Department of Justice, then
my murderers also include Attorney General John Ashcroft and FBI Director
John Mueller, and those under these men who have ordered the various Field
offices not to investigate terrorism.

- And since both of these organizations are creations of
and report to the Office of the President, then my murderers include George
Walker Bush, and Vice President Cheney. I'm going out on a bit of a limb,
here, but this crowd looks rather a lot like a conspiracy at work, to
me. Complicit in the Crime are the entire Bush White House Staff, a collective
of persons with a long list of ties to Daddy Bush, the oil industry, the
military industrial complex, and the biomedical industry - all of whom
profit by terrorism and the convenient wars they have spawned under the
sales pitch which was 9-11.

- Never mind that the 9-11 pilots trained at military and
CIA facili- ties, just accept what government tells you: that Osama bin
Laden, alone, was responsible for orchestrating 9-11.

- Never mind that Osama met cordially with the CIA Station
Chief in the American Hospital of Dubai just a few weeks prior to 9-11
(at a time when he was 'wanted dead or alive' by the Clinton and Bush
administrations), just believe what media tells you: that the war of
terrorism is patriotic and moral, and we will (just like Clinton and Bush
I, promised to do, but failed) get bin Laden.

- Never mind that media has resisted telling the full truth
about the pre planned nature of these wars, and their ties to oil as found
in elsewhere in the world press, which is why France and other nations
do not want to ally themselves with Bush, just believe what Fox tells
you: their coverage is fair and balanced.

- Never mind that two of the top Osama bin Laden 'Generals'
were actually CIA/Military double agents working for us, and that it was
they who formed and financed bin Laden's al-Qaeda, planned an helped
execute terrorist acts against the United States, and repeatedly failed
to take ANY actions which would have in ANY way diminished bin Laden's
ability to conduct terrorism, just believe what George Bush tells you:
the wars in the Middle East are NOT about oil, they are about terrorism
and weapons of mass destruction.

- Never mind that these war plans espoused by Bush cronies
from Daddy's White House (and earlier) were spawned by NWO types long
connected to the Bush dynasty - a dynasty going all the way back to fascist/Nazi
interests in WWII (and earlier), just believe what the escalating pollsters
report: that 127% of all Americans support the President and his (insert
current war, here.)

- Never mind about Operation Northwoods just happening
to match, proposed terrorist event to actual event, event after event,
the sum total of terrorism we have been subjected to since the creation
of Osama - or that the Pentagon was planning for a civilian air crash
months in advance of the event, just believe what your newspaper told
you: 9-11 was unexpected terrorism and no one had imagined such attacks
were even possible.
- Never mind that the purpose of terrorism is to allow
a party to gain power of control over a government and its people - which
is exactly what the draconian response by the Federal government has
achieved since 9-11, and believe instead that the loss of rights and freedoms
experienced by even just one citizen in the name of 'preventing terrorism'
is a good thing, that the ends justify the means.

- Never mind that the real benefactor of 9-11 was the military
industrial complex (especially the arms, biomed, and oil industries),
the emerging police state, and Fascist New World Order power players,
just believe the talk about Jihad - a holy war between Christians and
Jews against the Muslims.

- Never mind that the God of Islam and the God of the Jews
and the God of the Christians is the same, the one and only God of Abraham,
just believe that smart bombs and TLAMS kill only the bad guy.

- Welcome to the NWO. You are invited to my funeral to
celebrate its arrival. Or is it your nation's funeral? Only you can decide
and force the appropriate response by your actions. Perhaps becoming a
NOILWARRIOR! is a good place to start?

- Note: More recently (mid November, 2003), a certain helicopter
with a nose mounted FLEER/camera system flew perfect circles around the
station at about 300 feet altitude and at a distance of about 1,000 feet.
with the camera pointed at the station the whole time. I have identified
this helicopter but withhold its identity for strategic reasons. A third
time, the helicopter flew less precisely about the station at a much lower
altitude. In this event, the pilot flew sideways with the nose pointed
at the station for a distance. One of my employees gave the 'finger' and
the pilot pivoted directly towards him and came forward to hover 'at him'
- leaving only when the employee was forced to help a customer and break
the 'stare down.' There were multiple passengers visible.

- Within a few days, yet another plane menaced the station
in the most spectacular maneuvers to date. They were all very high speed
banks with a kind of 'combat' maneuver involving actual dives directly
at the station. They were all exactly the same, four in a row, each involving
a straight dive out of the bank towards the station breaking off just
as the plane approached what might be called a 'point of no return.' Many
customers exited their vehicles and prepared to run at the sight. I say
these were Fed pilots illustrating how it 'could be done' based on the
helo video analysis.

- This plane started its maneuvers at about 200 feet, rose
to about 300 feet, and ended them at a height less than twenty feet above
the inter-section's power poles. Again, no markings of any kind on the
plane, which came to within 100 feet of the station at the low altitudes,
affording an excellent look. Rivets could be made out where 'filled in'
with grime. Since then, I have taken new employment, but those who remain
working there still watch the skies and keep me posted. I pray for them,
and others like them, praying that I am wrong about what this all means.
Meanwhile, a half dozen pilots are watching to locate these planes and
identify owners.

- Of course, we know that Bush has since come forward and
assured us all that Homeland Security and the FBI were hard at work and
he told us the ten things they had done to combat terrorism effectively
under his mandate, to include 'Gas Station Tasking'. No more was said
about it, not even to explain what it meant. Now you know what he was
talking about: he was talking about taking credit for preventing terrorism
that I was combating. He was talking about taking credit for something
I did. He was talking about withholding the $5M reward for citizen reports
that prevent terrorism or result in terrorists being captured. Thanks
a lot, Mr. President!
