Part One

While the title header is accurate, the general content is propaganda and a lie! The U.S. Ambassador Goldberg was meeting with Fascist Bolivian crooks, many of whom were part of the Hugo`Banzer` administration of the 70's. Banzer once said, "if anyone goes out after 9pm they better have wheels on their backs!" Banzar himself was a NAZI , and protected Klaus Barbie, known as the "Butcher of Lyon" during WWII. Barbie escaped Europe after wars end though "Operation Paperclip" in which G.H.W. Bush was heavily and directly involved. In fact I was told by my best friend down here that it was well known that Bush & Banzer were close friends. 

Well, these days, Banzer's head of security is the power in the Bolivian Province (or Department as they are called down here, of Pondo and was, apparently, involved in a murderous attack on hundreds of Bolivian Indians headed for an important meeting in that province/department. This attack occurred whilst en route to the meeting and Banzer's man, Ruben Costos, had machine gun wielding thugs attack them. The report here as of yesterday is that 14 Indians were killed along with two of Costo's people as the Indians retaliated in self defence. The actual number missing to date is around three hundred. The bodies of an Indian baby and an old man were later found in a savaged condition.

But previous to this disgraced former US Ambassador Philip Goldberg had been meeting with the established `Old landholders, notwithstanding the plight of local people, these `Landlords` just hold onto the land and do nothing with it. According to a contact, let's call him `Marco`, they mortgage the land to generate money in order to create companies involved with `other things`. . And Morales has passed a law requiring that the land be used or sold. 

Goldberg's main emphasis has been in trying to get the province of Santa Cruz to fight for independence from the rest of Bolivia! Why? Because the state of Santa Cruz has the largest Gas and Oil reserves, excepting one well north of La Paz that the Bush Oil Interest is running. Bush is still trying to deliver all the world's petroleum to the Illuminatti (Rockefellers and Rothschilds), and Goldberg would seem to fit the bill perfectly as the `puppet` to get the job done. 

Goldberg was the Ambassador to Serbia when it was picked apart and destroyed under Clinton. The CIA attacked Serbia with trained Albanian Moslems aided by the British. The result was a destroyed Serbia (I met a displaced young Serb in Munich in 2005 - he was a street musician and when I mentioned Belgrade he got so upset that he couldn't talk) and that Kosovo, the ancient and historical source of the Serbs, was stripped away from that small and independence loving nation by the U.S. and U.N. given `independence`, and handed to the Albanians on a platter. The background to this is complex and detailed, but basically Serbia had angered the NOW clique by refusing to use a Rothschild's Central Bank and had had the temerity to wish for independence! Iran' is presently attempting to do the same and so she now finds herself in the `gun sights`, of the` Internationalist Psychopaths` along with Russia. 

Ambassador Goldberg was caught and videotaped meeting in Santa Cruz with separatists by the Bolivian press. Furthermore there is no provision whatsoever for the separation of a `Department` from the rest of Bolivia in the Constitution. Plus Juan Evo Morales had recently been re-elected with a 67% majority and his chosen legislators had won about 95% of the congress seats! The thug-shooters were dependent upon Goldberg's organization and leadership, he had to go. Costos, the Banzer guy in Pondo actually took a plane flight to Miami, Fl. to get direct instructions from the U.S. State Dept.

A link can be made between Goldberg and mass murder in Ponto. That department's capitol is right on the border with Brazil and Costos just had to run across a bridge to get sanctuary. But he thought he was safe and came back and was immediately grabbed. The Zionists mean mass murder and that's that. I actually met the Russian Ambassador at a Gourmet food fest in South Lapaz. I was introduced when I went to the Russian table of food for a taste. 

Part Two

Bolivia is peaceful, all those clowns messing around in other department have screwed the pooch! They were a real clown show. Now they have no credibility anywhere. Morales has the public backing of the OAS and that goes fors all the Latin American Governments. The American Government looks like a pile of dogcrap. 

My closest friend here knows people who knew Evo when he was a kid and he was always organizing something, like sports teams, etc. So he may be a lot smarter than anyone wants to accept. But the death camps in the U.S. are ready and waiting to go. My relatives are not in a good situation and I am not too sympathetic toward them as some of my nearest and dearest were diehard Bush supporters last time we spoke.

They live out in the country and if they can grow enough food they might possibly get by. But they wouldn't listen to me and my brother - in - law was just plain pathological! I'm not sure I will survive beyond them or as long as them because I'm in cash and cash is going to dry up to nothing but I don't know of options. The dollar is, apparently going to drag all currencies down. Living in a country that imports food is a bad place to be at this time. The U.S imports food and with the dollar dying they're going to have mass starvation.

I thought of buying into Real Estate here because even if real estate goes down in value it should be able to earn something down the road. Rental bartered for food, or something. That's where we're going. So what are the options? I sure don't know as you can't buy gold coins, etc., here. And if you go to some other country to buy some you can't leave THAT country with it. And most of the other countries in S. America are worse than Bolivia (which is self sufficient in food and fuel and, importantly, they don't spray chemtrails so far. At least) Some, not many, drift over from Argentina (now that's a very bad place along with Brazil). 

The U.S. is saturated with deadly chemicals and polluted with cancer causing nano particle aluminium, titanium, barium, magnesium, manganese, etc. It's passive mass murder. Water is totally poisoned in most urban areas. The life expectancy there is way, way below that of Europe! 

Ecuador is supposed to be a good place, but I want to be at a high altitude because the `False Flag` that Cheney sets off might well be a global tsunami - caused either by Nukes or Scalar weapons. When I talked to the Russian Ambassador here he was well aware of Scalar weapons - he should be because the Russians invented them in the 60's from Tesla Science they retrieved from Yugoslavia which had a museum to it's famous son. 

The U.S. is the worse place to be now with England a real close second. No thanks. The problem lies in converting cash to metals or something tangible and getting it here. The situation is hard to plan for if you have to get out of where you are most familiar. 

Right now China has stopped dealing with American banks, Germany rightfully says the US is collapsing. I don't want my last name used as the Embassy here has used hitman on several occasions and I would prefer not to be pinpointed, at least not yet. If Rense wanted to speak to me or email me then that would be fine. It might be arranged to have my source speak also but he works all the time so that might be difficult, maybe Sunday nights. 

Also, talking about this with `Marco` last night, I suggested that the timing of this French movie, "The Case Of The NAZI" may have played a much bigger role in the Goldberg expulsion and the apparent desperation of the old line NAZI types to take the actions that appear to have blown up in their faces. Before this happened Morales won the election by 67% and has something like 90% of the congress. So what is his standing now? He must have much sympathy in places where it never existed before. Also, and I'm going to talk to Marco more about this, in that movie the man playing France's Mitterrand, said, "we can't extradite Klaus Barbie because the CIA controls all the South American Military and Barbie WORKS FOR THE CIA!"

This movie will certainly NEVER be seen in the U.S. nor Britain either. At the end of the film there are three quick white paragraphs on a black background and I certainly couldn't read them and neither could Marco who finally saw the movie just the other night at my urging.. But one statement was either the same as the quote above or maybe the part that said Barbie worked for the CIA. 

I will see Marco later this afternoon and be online again tomorrow to straighten this out. BUT, it would appear that "Operation Paperclip" also was deeply involved with South America and not just the U.S. and Barbie must have been an important operative. Its also clear in the movie that Barbie was involved with the drug trade and seemed to all know the key personalities. Not mentioned in the Movie was that Adolph Eichmann also lived in Bolivia in a a small town (previously mentioned. Bob

Talking again with Marco who was able to read the three paragraphs at the end of the movie, the last paragraph (3rd screen) said Klauss Barbie worked for the CIA. Then during the movie the person playing French President Mitterand says, "it will be difficult to extradite Barbie because all the military governments in S. America are controlled by the U.S. Government." 

The Bolivian Military Government got into drug dealing with the approval and active encouragement of the U.S. Government. The 70's dictator Banzer had no control program for drugs, indeed, he had a huge drug lab on his farm which did no farming.

Also, I am working on something which I have already touched on in previous articles but need to flesh out as I didn't write down everything Marco told me about the strange origin of Bolivia which is a young country (about 180 years old) compared to other S. Am. countries. But I need to get it down on paper from Marco first.
