Executing the Office
By Jim Kirwan
1-2-10

Since taking office Obamanation has lied about everything that he has been involved with, whether directly or indirectly. But while listening to a recap of the events of 2009 I heard him actually say something that was and still is entirely true. He spoke the words in his oath to office (jumbled as they were) because the oath was as flawed as his delivery, which he should have memorized, given his total lack of qualifications. But he did say:

"I, Barack Hussein Obama do solemnly swear, that
I will execute the office of the President to the United States. . .
to the best of my ability"

Obama has done this with great expediency, with no quarter given to the people of this country or the world, in his savage and very public murder of his office: Not-to-mention the barbarity of his naked lust for war which he has embraced, as he continues to direct so many criminally-instigated wars against Islam around the middle-east and beyond.

In light of Obama's near total failure in every aspect of law, of public conscience, of economics, of public health; coupled with the destruction of any remaining shred of the reputation of this country in the world, along with his maintenance of the criminal-associations that he and his entire administration have sworn an oath to protect and defend above and beyond their official oaths as US office-holders: To the rogue unfinished state of Israel. All of this comes from a man with no verifiable past and no credible reason to even be in that office that he currently occupies, in the first place.

For these crimes and for high treason against the United States in a time of war: The entire Obama administration should be removed from office before its first year ends. This is how the people of the world could begin to take back their place in this world-that billions of people around this planet have earned with their lives, their uncompensated labor and their dreams so long denied. There is no way back to anything without accountability for the crimes that brought these people into office in the first place. LIES cannot ever be the basis for anything that is expected to last beyond a few blood-soaked years. Reagan reshaped FEMA to turn it from the National Emergency 'protection' Agency into the National Terrorist Protection Agency that shields the people who wrote the Patriot Act back in 1973, when Rummy and Cheney served in the Ford Administration along with their advisor Henry A. Kissinger, the international war criminal.

It has always been our responsibility to act when the public trust has been misused or destroyed just to grant a few more illegal-billions to the elites among us at the expense of this nation and the rest of the world. We can no longer tolerate what our troops are so actively doing to millions of people worldwide: the troops must be brought home immediately to defend this population against our own treasonous government.

"A message repeatedly making the rounds on the Internet shows a picture of an American airman, John Gebhardt, holding an injured Iraqi child on his lap and the accompanying text explains about his sympathetic provision of comfort to her and others. [1] In addition, the reason that it is all the rage, especially amongst neoconservatives, is that the senders can, in their minds, use the depiction to "prove" that U.S. military personnel undeniably have magnanimous intentions. Subsequently, the message indirectly substantiates their position that U.S. armed forces are overseas fighting wars solely to improve the lives of foreigners and protect American freedoms at home.

Yes, it is touching to see a kindly man reassure a youngster, but the scene and its description in no way verify anything altruistic about American motives in the Middle East. Indeed, both could serve to remind that the wounded child would not have been hurt with which to begin had U.S. warmongers not chosen Iraq as a site for a comprehensive invasion, one that should never have been initiated in the first place. Concurrently, I could conjure up the way that Americans would regard the foreign attackers were they forced to prostitute their children to mercenaries, ones like the Blackwater's warriors paid by the invading forces' government, in order to provide food for their families. [3] Similarly, I could imagine the way that U.S. citizens would think about citizens of the invading country, so 'cozy' in their own lives, while their own homes, jobs sites, electricity plants, water supplies, schools, hospitals, transportation routes and other critical parts of their lives were blown up and contaminated with toxins, such as depleted uranium delivered from assorted types of projectiles.

Of course, government leaders can convincingly state anything that they want as justification for offensive raids into foreign lands. They can mention the need to destroy weapons of mass destruction (that will never be found) through the use of one's own weapons of mass destruction, the desire to bring democracy to backwards peoples, the obligation to protect far-away populations from dangerous terrorists, the Orwellian wish to bring peace through war or any number of other outlandish excuses.

Yet propagandistic talks, regardless of whether they are sincerely stated or even believed, can never undercut the facts as spelled out by Admiral Gene LaRocque: "I hate it when they say, 'He gave his life for his country.' Nobody gives their life for anything. We steal the lives of these kids. We take it away from them. They don't die for the honor and glory of their country. We kill them." [4] Yes, we kill them in the bid to gain geopolitical control of energy stores and pipeline corridors that deliver the supplies, and we slaughter again and again ever more innocent civilians in the process."" In brief if we are ever to comprehend how much damage our SILENCE has done to everyone else around the world, then we only need to reverse the circumstances to understand why those we attack react as they do.

There are two kinds of SILENCE here. The silence that we enforce by failing to communicate with others what we might really think about what is being done with our money in the name of unlimited and everlasting wars; coupled with that silence of the spirit whereby we excuse ourselves from knowing by blocking out reality and failing utterly to question anything that this so-called nation has been doing during all of the first decade of the no-longer-new millennium.

The problems that we now must collectively face are problems that we allowed to be created for a wide variety of so-called reasons that have only contributed to the impending failures of this nation. These problems will not vanish by themselves; as none of these traitors-at-the-top will ever willing relinquish power without a fight. And when the population of a nation prefers to remain seated in the bleachers and just watch the carnage unfolding: There can be no hope at all for any real change in the trajectory or the outcomes that wait for us at the end of this beginning of the Second Decade in the public Denial of Tyranny on a scale never before seen in the modern age. Here's the crime that began the global financial meltdown.

"Henry Paulson, one of the chief architects of the bailout and the man who committed financial terrorism by threatening the Congress with martial law and food riots if they didn't pass the initial TARP package, brazenly pocketed $200 million in Goldman Sachs profits tax free while handing out billions in ill-gotten gains to his Bankster buddies, all this after he pulled a bait and switch by changing the entire focus of the bailout from buying up toxic debt to giving money directly to financial institutions.

Following the election of Barack Obama in November 2008, the new President's actions made it abundantly clear that he would pick up where the Bush administration left off, increasing the looting exponentially to a figure well over $24 trillion by the latest estimates, which don't even account for the last 6 months." [Prior to this crime, budget deficits were always measured in billions; but those days are gone forever now].

We've been at war in Iraq for nineteen years, without interruption and we're still losing that war. In fact we've lost every war since WWII, with the possible exception of the walkover against 300 Cuban workers in Grenada, by 7,000 US Marines, during Reagan's watch. We know nothing about military tactics or strategy and we are absolutely wedded to repeating every military-mistake we've made since 1945: if the goal of using the military (or the thousands of times more expensive private-mercenary forces) was ever intended to achieve anything remotely resembling a victory. Yet the public seems to believe that we have been attacked, or about to be attacked most recently by Yemen; a nation whose armed forces consists of a few hundred Toyota trucks with machine guns mounted on them.

We've been launching cruise missiles at Yemen, the poorest of all nations in Africa, for supposedly militarily strategic reasons at a cost of $70 billion so far. If we had given that money, very publicly, to that country to improve everything and eliminate the corruption; we would not only have gained an ally, but we would have spared ourselves the hundreds of thousands more that will soon hate us forever; because we will have murdered so many more civilians for no reason whatsoever.

We need to place blame where it belongs and remove the elites from office. We need to confiscate everything they own under the RICO Act, (*) and leave them with nothing but the clothes on their backs; as everything they have done to us has been done illegally and therefore everything they have must be considered as fruit-of-the-poisoned-tree. Only then can this society begin this overdue return to a path that might lead somewhere other than to the new FEMA prison-camps, to homelessness, or to death by starvation and neglect. This cannot be done by hiring someone else to do it: it must be done by those most severely affected by the crimes that these elites have been creating for at least the last thousand years.

If we fail to do this, then the fate of the Palestinians under the iron-fisted rule of the Zionists in Israel shall become our fate as a people, in whatever is left of this place that was once a Republic. (2)
