- That's the pic from the story. Oh, they're SO HAPPY!
That's because they haven't gotten their INSURANCE BILL yet. I was talking
with my brother in Florida this morning and he told me that yesterday he
asked his HR person (he's a security guard at a huge horse farm in Florida)
how the new law is going to affect his insurance. They told him, "Bob,
it's going to go WAY up."

her little boy, they're smiling now because they haven't yet seen their
paycheck after the new rates go into affect.
