at the airport regarding the Naked cancer-causing full-body scanners -

- Notice of potential criminal and civil lawsuit against
you and co-violators! I am a non-corporate man and absolute biological
property of the Creator standing in the Kingdom of Heaven. I don't not
consent to any violation of any of my divine rights nor do I volunteer
to accept your authority or jurisdiction merely by the act of buying an
airline ticket and walking to the plane. I do not waive any of my rights
and freedoms.

- I hold all public officials to their Constitutional prohibitions
and limitation regardless of deceptions to solicit my waiver of rights.
The agreement to buy an airline ticket is nonassumpsit. I do not consent
to any hidden contracts or secret liens, in particular any contractual
consent for U.S. agents to commit crimes against me in my natural capacity
or in any perceived corporate capacities. Do not tell me to turn off any
audio recording device that I may use to document a potential crime, and
hope that there will not be lawful consequences for you.

- I have the right to protect my life, liberty and pursuit
of happiness. I am documenting a potential violation of my divine rights
of birth. I hereby declare that I am a neutral non-combatant with respect
to the united States, I have no intention to cause injury to anyone. I
am a man of peace and I simply want to travel freely and safely as it is
my right guaranteed to me by the constitution and bill of rights, to my
destination.

- I am a very frequent flyer and I have never caused any
harm to anybody during my travels and do not intend to cause harm to anybody
in the future during my travels. Do not try to harass me into the submitting
to assault by carcinogenic radiation. Any such attempt is deemed assault,
battery and even attempted murder as the case may require, necessitation
that I resort to the considerable lawful remedies at my disposal.

- By way of disclosure, TSA employees in proximity to the
radiation emitter have an increased risk of cancer and other illness regularly
or close or long enough will cause cancer, sterility and other illnesses.
As one of the world's leading authorities in cancer treatment, this is
a serious warning I am issuing. I do not consent to being touched by you
in any manner. Inappropriate touching of my body is deemed sexual assault.
All related parties will be held liable.

- Causing me physical pain or injury is deemed an actionable
crime. I have the divine right to travel, and you are prohibited by the
Constitution from impairing that right. If I am held without cause, I will
charge false arrest, wrongful detention, kidnapping and any and all other
applicable criminal and civil charges. You will be held personally responsible
for any financial damage that I may suffer by impairing my right to travel.

- As a highly-compensated professional, missing a flight
will cause substantial injury. This NOTICE is intended to provide fair
disclosure of my rights and my intention to enforce them. I will not brook
impairment of travel, due process, liberty or freedom, nor unreasonable
searches. Since I may feel threatened for my life by invasive searches
and radiation exposure, I will use all lawful means to protect myself and
to hold violators personally responsible.

There is a doctrine of law that no one can grant authority to commit a
crime against another. Please consult the Constitution for further information
as to the limits of your authority. I do not grant consent or jurisdiction
to the United States Federal corporation. Nothing I do or say can be interpreted
as the contrary.
