- As a citizen of this country I'm writing to you to correct
some gross violations within the department that you supposedly oversea.
I'm doing this openly in order to share my observations with the public
that has grown weary of the policies of this administration, and the previous
one, regarding the massive security arrangements of the US that have become
intolerable to live with. Your Department today oversees the world largest
security and torture apparatus since the Inquisition: Yet in fact the US
Department of Justice long ago exceeded everything that was done during
the active life of the Inquisition (1478-1968) to an unimaginable degree.

- Currently the United States has over 500 secret prisons
scattered all over the planet-these are places where you send hundreds
of thousands of people to be routinely tortured, sometimes maimed and often
killed-and all of it was designed to be kept ultra-secret, from the public
that is paying for all of it.

- This has set the tone for the US Department of Justice
inside the USA. The most pressing concern is with the personnel that administer
your prisons both here and abroad: In particular there is a lack of standards
among the uniformed-thugs that are used to 'guard' these prisoners. From
the myriad of U-tube videos that have flooded the country the public can
not help but notice that a very high percentage of these bestial beings
seem to be vastly overweight. If these people had to run three consecutive
city blocks most of them would suffer a mild heart attack; yet they are
paid handsomely to do what they do to those detainees, that are technically
under their boots, for every minute of every day-year in and year out.

- There was a time when law enforcement officers had to
meet a set of minimum standards for weight and intelligence and they had
to be able to maintain an attitude that was neither surly nor insulting.
The successful applicant had to be able to understand the language and
hold a decent respect for those that they came into professional contact
with; along with a working-understanding of the laws that govern this country.
Most of those that are employed by the DOJ today cannot meet these standards.
Have a look at Torture Inc., America's Brutal Prisons: Then call a press
conference and tell America exactly why this is necessary-I dare you to
do this openly before an audience that is not been pre-screened or scanned:
Maybe interactive television is the only way, except that again the sold-out
media could censor all the really difficult questions and leave you with
those platitudes you would no doubt like to plant in the public mind. This
is in part the reason why I'm writing to you personally. (2)

- No officer should be wearing a uniform if he or she weighs
more than 220 pounds; and their physical condition ought to be such that
their general appearance and attitude is not revolting to the average human
being. But the main problem seems to be with their attitude towards those
they are personally responsible for "handling." In particular
it seems that too many of those "officers" in TSA today seem
to be closet-perverts that get their kicks from fondling the genitals of
those, of any age from infants all the way to aging seniors, who might
be trying to board a plane.

- This practice when inflicted on children actually violates
US law and amounts to child abuse. In the case of male agents fondling
the breasts and genitals of women passengers, just to board a plane or
for that matter groping the testicals of men is equally offensive; and
violates the constitutional protections against unreasonable search or
seizure. These practices mention nothing at all about circumstances wherein
phony wars are used, as a lame excuse, for these illegal and insulting
acts against the public.

- The fact that apparently no one has asked you about this
at least not on camera begs this question: How will foreign travelers feel
when they are confronted with this outrageous and deviate behavior, by
your uniformed American Gestapo, for a cause they know is false and has
been since its inception immediately following the still uninvestigated
acts of 911?

- There is also of course the additional outrage of the
full body scanner that creates a totally nude image, both front and back,
of everyone being put through that device which just happens to leave each
victim with an unwanted dose of radiation? To what end is any of this being
done. There used to be something in the law that required "just cause"
to invade another person's space or body-so what exactly is your justification
General Holder? (3)

- And have you ever looked into the sweetheart deal that
was struck with the creator-manufacturer of these scanners - who just happens
to be the one inside the government who is requiring their use? Or is this
just another conflict of interest at the public's expense, and since it's
one of yours that is reaping all the profits, I'd guess he doesn't need
to be investigated-right?

- And don't even bother muttering about national security-because
that is a provable lie on so many fronts that it is patently ridiculous.
Especially when it comes from the new millennium's most infamous master
of torture, rape and murder, under your false-flag of keeping this country
safe from who knows what-but certainly NOT from this police state of which
you are and have been a key participant-since you appointment to that position
under this Obamanation that now presides over the Fall of the American
Empire.

- What happened to Obama's promise to close Guantanamo?
That was to be immediate; then it was to have happened right after the
first of this year and now as we near the end of this year-where
is the promised closure Eric? (4)

- How is it that America continues to talk about being
free when we currently lead the world with the number of those we have
behind bars? Especially when most of those in prison in the US today, are
there for purely political non-violent reasons rather than for serious
crimes? And what exactly do you say to all those who are clamoring for
'justice for so many of those very public thieves, murderers and con-artists,
from both the government and private industry, that have been given get-out-of-jail
free cards over the last ten years?

- In fact; given your record of covering up the records
of these blatant criminals-why aren't you under investigation and sitting
in a holding cell awaiting trial for complicity in the massive numbers
of crimes that your department not only administrates, but sanctions, regardless
of the many laws and constitutional provisions that supposedly prevent
these things from becoming law in this country today?

- You're actually a general, with a government issue uniform:
If you are to be charged with these crimes will you be courts martialed
or tried in open court? It seems that both you and your owners have a great
deal to answer for General Holder-what do you think? I'm asking for a Special
Counsel that could actually be believable in his or her findings.
