 EVIL is as complex a state, as could
ever have been imagined that dates back to long before recorded history:
It is not something conjured up by any formal religion, to justify the
good that so many say they seek to do.

- Here it lurks beneath the opening flower of a Devil's
Claw in which INNOCENCE sits: Simply observing the wider-world that this
child has yet been to become a part of.

- Each of these complexities contains intangible aspects
of human life that tend to remain among the mysteries that each of us must
deal with for ourselves. Neither Evil nor Innocence will lend their attributes
easily, to the complexities of 'life' that's now moving at the speed of
light. We're running out of time almost as quickly as we have adopted so
many new ways to do virtually everything now: There simply is no time left
to contemplate whatever there is "out-there," that could help
us to save ourselves, or damn us for eternity.

- All this stuff is known full-well within the sewers of
US INC. That shadowed place where policies are drafted wholesale, for the
rest of us to cringe before in terror, before we silently agree to follow
them. Not a single day has passed since the beginning of December, (maybe
it was much earlier, but by December for certain), that we have not been
hit with at least one political phosphorous shell, with deadly repercussions.
But like the infamous tar-baby we have chosen not to make a sound. All
we do is wait for the next death-dealing blow, as if waiting is some kind
of defense, against the outright-rage that these attacks should cause within
every one of us...

- Since 5-5-2005 the government has been trying everything
it can and then some; to ram a National ID Card down our defenseless throats'.

- "With the open and unanimous consent of the Senate,
on 5-10-05: Liberty, the key to the whole idea ofAmerica, has been captured!
With the implementation of the REAL ID Card, and all its fascistic dictates:
we are becoming a nation in name only. This national ID card is NOT a proposal,
it has been passed and signed - and no evidence of a public voice was ever
heard from - because there was no discussion.
- This "card" was designed for Homeland Security
by the former East German STAZI chief, Marcus Wolfe, a master of manipulation
and intimidation and Primakov the former head of the KGB in the USSR.

- These two former spy chiefs are who really run our SECRET
National Interior Spy Service. Bush employed them specifically for what
they brought from their communist states - now they decide who lives and
who dies in America! These men have not changed, they are who they are,
and that's why Bush & the Bandits hired them for HOMELAND Security.
If these men appeared for work, in the uniforms of their former States,
the public would be outraged, and rightfully so! How is it that the radical
right continues to decry Communism, yet they have allowed Bush to employ
top communist counter-intelligence-officers to oversee every facet of our
lives? (1)

- That was in 2005 and it failed then because USI tried
to force the States to pay for it; and 'the States' balked. Most of them
were broke and about a third of the States were massively opposed; so the
'National ID Card was just kicked into the closet of dead-legislation,
until a more propitious time appeared: And that day turns out to have happened
yesterday. It's called:

 "The NO-WORK LIST"

- "TWIC is short for Transportation Worker Identification
Credential and SWAC stands for Secure Worker Access Consortium.
- TWIC "is a biometric credential that ensures only
vetted workers are eligible to enter a secure construction site, unescorted,"
Ironworkers Local 361 in Ozone Park, New York, explains. "Before issuing
a TWIC, TSA must conduct a security threat assessment on the TWIC applicant.
An applicant who, as a result of the assessment, is determined to not pose
a security threat, will be issued a TWIC card."

- [DARKNESS enters here as that indefinable something,
the mysterious presence that always remains incomplete. In reality she
does not have to be dangerous; but in terms of this issue she is absolutely
DEADLY].

- In other words, construction workers in New York will
need permission from the TSA and DHS in order to practice their profession
and earn a living. It was much the same in the former Soviet Union and
authoritarian states such as China where the government determines all
aspects of an individual's life and where even the mildly rebellious are
severely punished.

- SWAC is even more draconian. It is "a large-scale
collaborative effort among public and private authorities, facility owners,
contractors, and labor organizations who are partnering to prevent terrorist
activity by creating a trusted contractor community. Over 500 organizations,
including the Port Authority of NY and NJ, which manages and maintains
the bridges, tunnels, bus terminals, airports, PATH, and seaports that
are essential to the bi-state region's trade and transportation capabilities,
have joined this effort," according to the union website.

- SWAC also requires a background investigation by the
government, so if construction, port workers, longshoremen, and truck drivers
are involved in political activity frowned upon by the feds for instance,
9/11 truth, considered dangerous and subversive by the State Department
it is likely they will have to find another line of work.

- A SWAC PDF specifically mentions "treason"
in an exhaustive list of crimes and misdeeds that will result in the federal
government denying a person the right to earn a living.

- The TWIC Disclosure and Certification form states the
following: "I acknowledge that if TSA or other law enforcement agencies
determine that I pose an imminent threat to national security or transportation
security, my employer may be notified."

- The TSA no-fly list contains thousands of names, including
journalists and political activists. If the government determines you hold
the wrong political beliefs, according to the TWIC document, your employer
will be told and you may lose your job and the ability to provide for your
family.
- The TWIC application also mentions "treason"
and "sedition" as a criteria to put an end to an individual's
employment.

- Sedition is defined as overt conduct, such as speech
and organization, that is deemed by officialdom to tend toward insurrection
against the establishment. The Sedition Act of 1918 forbids the use of
"disloyal, profane, scurrilous, or abusive language" about the
United States government, its flag, or its armed forces. The Sedition Act
was updated on October 26, 2001, when Congress signed the USAPatriot Act
into law. In the mid 70s, the Church Committee discovered that the government
had carried out an aggressive campaign for decades to neutralize
as FBI director Hoover characterized it political activity the establishment
considered a threat to its monopoly on power.
- As noted above, TWIC plans to force an expensive biometric
ID on workers. This idea is hardly new. In 2002, the Electronic Privacy
Information Center sued the Department of Homeland Security in order to
get details on then director Tom Ridge's plan to introduce a biometric
national ID card. Ridge and the government have stated repeatdly that "national
security requirements would ultimately make such cards a reality."

sun back to earth. When the moon is full, the night appears to take on
several aspects of the day-light world, just with deeper shadows. But this
program when seen in full daylight is not just a new & improved version
of the National ID Card-rather this No-Work List constitutes a massive
new invasion of all those things that were supposed to be kept personal
and inviolate; especially in this "information-age" that is anything
but neutral, when it comes to information use and abuse].

- Earlier this year, Democrats pushed the idea making a
biometric national ID card mandatory for all Americans. "Everyone
would have to produce the card to get a job, or keep a job," the UPI
reported on May 9. "On a five-year timetable the biometric cards would
replace Social Security cards and would be used to prove eligibility for
employment. Card scanners would be issued to all U.S. employers. The cards
would at least have the capability of being linked to a central data system."
- TWIC and SWAC represent an incremental effort by the
national security state to introduce biometric ID as a prerequisite for
employment. In the months ahead, we can expect more intrusions by the government
on our rights as spelled out by the Declaration of Independence.

- "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all
men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit
of Happiness," that document states.
- Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness, however,
according to the government, will soon be predicated on a national biometric
ID card and inclusion of our most private information in sprawling databases."

 This does indeed mean the end of Life, Liberty and the
pursuit of anything outside what the new slave-state determines you or
I can be "PERMITTED to have." (2)

- This so-called "government" was not elected-it
was self-appointed and it is long past time for us to tell them that they
DO NOT HAVE THE POWER TO DO THIS PROGRAM. We built this country and the
economy that US Incorporated has stolen. We are the ones that made it work
and gave ourselves the healthy and growing companies which these Barbarians
have stolen, just to trash them and sell off the component parts: Just
to make more money off the corpse, much as they did when the stole Eastern
Airlines to sell off the planes, fire all the people, and then take the
requisite deductions for their brilliant corporate-coup.

- No one needs "to please" these assholes that
have never worked a day in their filthy lives. What we need to do is to
refuse to accept their artificial terms that have no place in any free
society; especially NOT "in times of war." When wars are declared
(and these wars were never actually declared): The job of the people is
to question everything that their government does under the color of 'false
patriotism,' which can hide trillions of illicit transactions under the
flags of fallen bodies. If we do not begin to not just challenge but 'refuse
to take their "rules" as anything but wish-lists; that in reality
do not carry the weight of law in any configuration which this nation has
ever even considered to be legal. Please, Never-Forget:

legislation, its un-American activities, bear in mind that just because
congress said it, doesn't make it so. Consider this opinion of the Supreme

- The general misconception is that any statute passed
by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the
land. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land,
and any statue, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for
both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail.
This is succinctly stated as follows:

- The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute,
though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly
void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates
from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision
so branding it.

- An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as
inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question
that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been
enacted.

- Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principals
follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office,
bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies
no acts performed under it . . . A void act cannot be legally consistent
with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any
existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental
law of the land, it is superseded thereby. No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional
law and no courts are bound to enforce it." (3)

- I don't know anyone that has asked to Dance with this
Evil that has taken over our lives: But now that it's here-and becoming
very ugly-isn't it way past time to begin to treat them just like they
treat us in those TSA Lines of Public humiliation and shame! All of 'them'
live somewhere: Maybe it's time we began to pay some informational courtesy
calls on them: just to 'explain more clearly' what we think of them?
