- Before the Last-Global-War Britannia ruled the waves,
and by extension the whole wide world. The Brits treated their "subjects"
with that particular form of disdain which comes from assumed superiority
over those they have enslaved. The British Empire was real but it was the
Queen's money then, and it still is today. After the war the British Empire
was forced to abolished itself, by withdrawing their troops from nations
all over the planet: but they kept their direct money connections solidly
in-place. France had similar problems as evidenced in Vietnam, North Africa
and elsewhere. The old imperial-colonial powers began to live in days that
were definitely numbered.

- The Hubris that was France, the ostentation that stained
England and the shame that so many old-world colonial nations came to know,
after that war became fodder for American "opportunity," and
we pounced on it. Every morsel of those wounded global moments
were targeted as we began to tear away huge pieces of the prize that
we almost could not believe that we held; in our grubby and freshly bloodied
hands.

- All of this "became flesh & blood" so to
speak with the entrance of the men in the gray-flannel suits: The Corporatocracy
of economic hit-men, and global privatization came together to target
the sovereignty of the Old World Order, in order to clear the global-board
for this rebranding of The New World Order. A side-effect which the public
began to see then was "The Ugly American," with his arrogance
and contempt for anything that was not yet American. That was our day in
the sun, or more accurately our turn to briefly own the merry-go-round
on which we came to see ourselves as the new rulers of enterprise and the
world.

- This self-deluding charade was all built on nothing more
than a brief interlude of lies that served to disarm real-caution and enable
human-greed to override the kind of small-business-expertise that America
had actually developed during the long slow rise of American Business acumen
that, at the peak of WWII, had reached its Zenith.

- Ironically we, in America, came to this point at the
same time as we perfected our own (particualarly treasonable) forms of
War-Profiteering: This practice paved the way for all the New World Order
criminal-overrides of law and private conscience, along with our own creation
of the total destruction of justice at every level; in favor of injustice
and criminal advantage as USI began to shift everything into their newly
affirmed and privatized-complex of treason, torture, and murder that has
brought us all to this point in time.

- Now it's our turn to become the butt of so much glee
that the USA can no longer "afford" to keep anything that was
initially stolen: First from the native population in a war that killed
59 million people; but we went on from outright slavery (another 400 year
war) and the genocide of the natives; to attempt of capture the whole of
Latin America and by extension-thru-the-Cold War; most of the rest of the
planet as well. Hubris and Greed, are very unforgiving crimes against global-society,
and it is now our turn to pay.

The parent company of the New York Stock Exchange is in advanced talks
to be acquired by the owner of the Frankfurt stock exchange in a deal that
would create a behemoth financial-market operator valued at about $25 billion.

Germany's Deutsche Boerse would put the Big Board's trading floor, which
became a flag-draped patriotic symbol in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist

- If I were a writer, this subject might well consume thousands
of pages in a huge book about this entire subject. But I,m only a note-taker,
an observer of the footnotes to history. What I know is that this bloody
and contradictory saga, that is so casually called American History,, could
easily be the foundation for the current failures of humanity to break
the chains that have enslaved billions of people around the world today.
This continuing crime will continue unabated unless people everywhere finally
began to rise and resist these Patterns of Perversity that are entering
their final hours now.

- About fifty years ago I began to work on ways to try
to use images to illuminate the reoccurring images that I kept tripping
over at almost every turn, in that pre-computer era. Eventually I moved
from drawing what I saw to painting sketches for this work, that seemed
to need to be created.

- In the meantime we must begin to talk about what we can
all now see without much help from the dregs of Journalism around the world,
that continues to lie about everything that happens anywhere it's really
up to us now to participate or die trying to change these "Patterns
of Perversity." Virtually everything is riding on this newly visible
challenge.
