- I did the following after contacting SDG&E and talking
to Jim Turman who refused to do anything.

- 1] Started a Federal Lawsuit - In progress versus SDG&E
and CPUC

- 2] Contacted Allemand Electric and ordered at $85 each,
three GE Analogue Bidirectional 200 Amp meters
-
- 3] Contracted AMP Electric - San Diego County electrician
Arrmando to remove the offending NotSO Smart Meter - ectomy and place in
a couple of minutes the new analogue meter - White hard hat, leather gloves
and smile displayed for the videocamera - Armando returned several days
later to place a welded cage with One-Way screws that can only be removed
with a grinder

- 4] SDG&E tech named Tracey came to our home,
two weeks after the Sept 13th switch, ready to switch out our non-communicating
NotSO Smart meter. I proceeded to explain the CPUC fraud, wiretapping
Federal fraud and crimes and invasion of privacy and the scalar pollution
from the NotSO Smart Meter, equivalent to a Cell Tower Mast on our homes
or business and the proven cellular, genetic and disease inducing toxicity
of Electrosmog with communications every 2 to 15 seconds at over 2000 uWatts
per square meter and when placed on the lower power setting of over 200
micro Watts per square meter, my HF 35 C German frequency analyzer for
RF Toxic Radiation proved that the SDG&E

- 5] Michelle, my wife, notified SDG&E that Tracey,
the SDG&E tech picked up the Smart Meter and arranged for SDG&E
to read the analogue meter, but did not have permission to trespass or
remove the cage or change our new analogue meter. Michelle took times and
persons she contacted and any encouters with our electricians or SGD&E
technicians were videotaped and they were Mirandized of their complicity
in crimes and violation of privacy and placing us, their customers in harms
way of toxic radiation from their Mesh Network NotSO Smart Meters

- 6] Michelle also talked to Ken, head of the installation
department of SGD&E and of my progress in filing a Federal Lawsuit
against CPUC and SDG&E.. He told Michelle that he so reason why we
couldn't have an analogue meter, and said it was our right. He also said
that he had thousands of Smart Meters to install of homes and businesses.
Bidirectional Smart Meters were also scheduled for over 100 Solar Power
Installations, but stated that when we install our system he would personally
see that we retain our Bidirectional Analogue Meter.

- In progress... I placed last week a 20 KW Gererac power
propane emergency generator and will install solar with SDG&E bringing
billing from Tier 3 to Tier 1 levels and cutting over $600 per month via
BMC Solar in So Cal... They know we mean business and assured us that they
would never even suggest cutting power to a good customer like us.

- I have been told that you changed out your meter. I'd
like to hear about how you are handling that with SDG&E. Did you inform
them? What did they do and say about it? I'd like to work on offering this
idea to the many hundreds (thousands) who are suffering the most or who
feel they are at risk). I have a list of about 900 contacts. I'd like to
have my own plan be totally cohesive and then describe it to them (after
it is implemented), so it is turnkey for them. You could support with your
show.

- The idea, carried out by thousands, could spread, to
the point that opt-outs by the utilities could be preferable for them and
they'd scrap the whole dangerous idea. I will also need someone to work
through the threats that will come with, a volunteer atty. Would like to
duplicate EXACTLY what you have done.

one cost, for others to know. I want an entire written plan, that I will

If they do cut off electric, an affordable very basic solar plan as well,
to implement partially ahead of time, so as not to be without electricity.
