The time has finally come when the United States Government has absolutely lost its actual constitutional structure. The ‘presidency’ no longer just administers the laws: The dictator now writes the laws and decides what is legal and what is not. Instead of having a government that is legal or constitutionally directed—we have a dictatorship where an imposter has declared himself the tyrant King of the Universe: And where - RESISTANCE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

One of his latest scribblings is yet another obscenity. This one goes with his continuing expansions into gun-grab-legislation that he has absolutely no authority to venture into; because to write such drivel in attempting to chip away at the second amendment, is to commit a federal crime against the U.S. Constitution. And for a resident in the Oval Office to do so is an impeachable offense.

And IGNORANCE of the LAW is still no excuse!

“A little-discussed executive order from President Obama giving foreign cops new police powers in the United States by exempting them from such drudgery as compliance with the Freedom of Information Act is raising alarm among commentators who say INTERPOL already had most of the same privileges as diplomats”

…the issue is Obama’s expansion of President Ronald Reagan’s order from 1983 that originally granted those diplomatic privileges.

Reagan’s order carried certain exemptions requiring that INTERPOL operations be subject to several U.S. laws such as the Freedom of Information Act. Obama, however, removed those restrictions in his Dec. 16 amendment to Executive Order 12425.

That means, van der Galien wrote today, “this foreign law enforcement organization can operate free of an important safeguard against government and abuse.”

“‘Property and assets,’ including the organization’s records, cannot be searched or seized. Their physical locations are now immune from U.S. legal or investigative authorities,” he wrote.

Obama’s order said he was removing the Reagan limitations on INTERPOL:

“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words “except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act” and the semicolon that immediately precedes them,” he wrote.

At the ThreatsWatch.org website, authors Steve Schippert and Clyde Middleton gave their interpretation of the result.

“In light of what we know and can observe, it is our logical conclusion that President Obama’s Executive Order amending President Ronald Reagans’ 1983 EO 12425 and placing INTERPOL above the United States Constitution and beyond the legal reach of our own top law enforcement is a precursor to more damaging moves,” (1)

The administration had described the memo as an internal "work product" that does not have to be shared with Congress. Lawmakers accused the administration of a lack of transparency and likened its handling of the issue to the refusal of the George W. Bush administration to provide access to legal memos justifying the use of harsh interrogation torture methods against terrorism suspects.

Obama to give white paper on targeted killings to Congress 06 Feb 2013 The Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday morning will receive a classified document that seeks to justify the administration's policy of targeting Americans overseas via drone attacks, chairwoman Dianne Feinstein said late Wednesday. "I am pleased that the president has agreed to provide the Intelligence Committee with access to the OLC (Office of Legal Counsel) opinion regarding the use of lethal force in counterterrorism operations," the California Democrat said in a statement. The announcement came shortly after an administration official said that President Barack Obama had yielded to demands that he turn over to Congress the classified Justice Department legal advice that seeks to justify the policy.

City in Virginia Becomes First to Pass Anti-Drone Legislation 05 Feb 2013 Charlottesville, Va., has become the first city in the United States to formally pass an anti-drone resolution. The resolution, passed Monday, "calls on the United States Congress and the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia to adopt legislation prohibiting information obtained from the domestic use of drones from being introduced into a Federal or State court," and "pledges to abstain from similar uses with city-owned, leased, or borrowed drones." The measure also endorses a proposed two-year moratorium on drones in Virginia.

This is something I spelled out when called for jury-duty here and was immediately dismissed from that court-duty date.

The decision the CRIMINAL-FIVE made was not within their right to-act. That decision was supposed to have been made, or not-made, by the United States Congress. Because they kept silent, that entire congress which existed back in 2000 must face criminal-charges now for their actions on 12, 12, 2000. That piece of treason brought on everything else that this nation has undergone from that day to this.” (3)

The last time I looked this country was still not officially listed as a DICTATORSHIP—yet somewhere along the way that has apparently already-happened. Whether or not this is “official policy” or just obscenity gone wild with arrogant-self-indulgence, on the part of the man-with-three-names: However IF THESE CRIMES ARE NOT STOPPED OR EVEN CHALLENGED, then these policies are in danger of becoming the defacto-law of the land that used to be called the United States of America.

It is not “just our guns” that these bastards want: It’s all of us in body, mind and spirit that they want to exterminate. Unless we go after them at every level of their power-grab, then we will end up in their camps as the slaves they have created for just that purpose.

There is no room left to live here. Either this criminal-government entirely goes, or the people must unconditionally-surrender to this Nazi-State without end…
