What we have been fighting for in the USA, for all of the twenty-first century, has been about the need for “LIFE” to be able to triumph over mere “EXISTENCE”.

Hundreds of thousands of criminal-acts have been created on virtually every level of this society - since even before 911. These crimes have finally reached their common breaking-point. The illegal-infringement on the second amendment and the GUN-GRAB have revealed the illegalities behind every government-act, to this point—because the Gun-Grab consolidates everything that has already happened to the public, to awaken all of us from our collective slumber.

The GUN-GRAB depends upon passage of the UN’s illegal version of the arms treaty that would disarm Americans-first in order to firmly place the New World Order in charge of this nation: As well as all the other nations they have already conquered.

Here’s some of what is happening to end the UN’s false-flag-preemptive-attack upon every man, woman and child in the United States..

“In an interview with The New American in advance of Thursday’s ill-fated final plenary session of the conference at UN headquarters deliberating the Arms Trade Treaty, a member of the U.S. delegation said the they were prepared to vote in favor of adoption of the gun grab.

They never got the chance, however, as Iran, Syria, and North Korea objected to the treaty, declaring it to be too favorable to the interests of the United States.

That point is debatable.

As I reported from the conference, the text of the treaty mandates several infringements on the right of people to keep and bear arms as protected by the Second Amendment to the Constitution.

For example, the Preamble of the Arms Trade Treaty points to the United Nations Charter as the source of guiding principles upon which the agreement is based. Citizens of the United States, however, recognize God as the source of all rights they enjoy. Not even the Constitution claims to be the giver of rights; it is merely the protector of them.

The ultimate American statement on the issue of the provenance of rights was written by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”

The UN would see the Declaration of Independence replaced by the Declaration of Human Rights and would have the Creator replaced with government as the source of rights.

Take, for example, the principle of the ATT declaring the “inherent right of all States to individual or collective self-defense [sic] as recognized in Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations.”

States have no “right of self-defense.” In fact, states have no rights at all. Men have rights and they may cede a portion of the protection of those rights to government. This is a provisional grant, revocable at the will of the people.

Ironically, moreover, it is in defense of tyranny of the government that individuals typically need to collectively exercise their natural right of self-defense.

Should those who govern ever exceed the boundaries drawn by the people around their power, the people retain the right — the natural right — of self-defense.

Furthermore, no document — not even the Constitution — grants rights. Rights are given by God and societies may draft constitutions in order to protect those rights from assault by government.

Again, the words of Thomas Jefferson pronounced in the Declaration of Independence establish the American position:

We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed, by their CREATOR, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. [Emphasis in original]

Regardless of the promises of its advocates, the Arms Trade Treaty violates not only the Second Amendment, but also the American concept of the source of rights and the right of the people to defend themselves against the “long train of abuses” of any government.

President Obama will not be deterred, however. Not by the Declaration of Independence, not by the Second Amendment, and not by the failure of the ATT conference to adopt the treaty by consensus.

Peter Woolcott, president of the conference and ambassador from Australia, ordered the treaty sent to the Secretary General of the United Nations for presentation to the General Assembly for its approval.

The Obama administration is determined to make that happen.” (1)

k) - Obama and his barbarians are still demanding the total-disarmament of all Americans regardless of the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence and the will of the people of the United States. It is this refusal to allow Americans to have any real protection from his illegal-government that has spawned the following actions which Obamanation now plans to implement.

“Colorado, and apparently Texas (next) are being targeted with an attempt to set up a federal authority framework that will enable Secret Service agents (not just those guarding the president), and others of the U.S. Secret Service including uniformed division officers, physical security technicians and specialists, and other ‘special officers’, to arrest and remove an elected sheriff for refusing to enforce the law (or anyone breaking the law).”

If Obama does this he is violating the US Laws that Sheriff’s are legally bound by law to enforce. No branch of the federal government can legally be forced to arrest any law-enforcement officer who is defending the lawful protections of US citizens as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

Most of the sheriffs have made their choice as sworn officers of the law. Americans have yet to hear from U.S. Marshalls. Marshalls can arrest anyone in the government including the president if that becomes necessary. Obamanation has openly declared war on both the Constitution and the people of the USA, (according to this news release).

Secret Service officers are few in number. To be enrolled in this nationwide illegal-tasking by the Dictator, their numbers would have to be expanded. Obama needs their numbers to grow literally overnight, which means he will just promote Blackwater operatives into the Secret-Service as “SS pretenders”. That would be another criminal-misuse of “Law-Enforcement” in service to this treason.

“The bills being introduced defines law as including any rule, regulation, executive order, court order, statute or constitutional provision.

Why are they doing this? Here’s why… It would establish federal authority police powers in a State, enabling an enforcement arm reporting directly to the president (Secret Service).

It would enable the president / executive branch to theoretically override the actions and preventative measures that are now being taken by many States throughout the country who are trying to preserve 2nd Amendment gun rights and who are prohibiting the enforcement of unconstitutional law passed by Congress or pushed by executive order.”

Obamanation is unaware that the Federal-government is NOT supreme in this nation. The States are sovereign entities that invited the FEDS in to administer this nation. As such, the states can Dis-invite the FEDS at any time—this is such a time!

“As some of you may know, a growing list of sheriffs (more than 340 so far) across the country have expressed that they will not enforce a Washington mandate that clearly violates the Second Amendment.

Many State laws to preserve gun rights are gaining momentum. States include Montana, Ohio, Kentucky, Idaho, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Michigan, Utah, and New Mexico.

However, in Colorado, Senate Bill SB-13-013 has evidently just passed, and is now ready to be signed by the governor, giving police powers and arrest authority to the federal/executive branch of government (Secret Service) within the State. In Texas a similar bill has just been introduced in the State legislature.

The president and vice-president Biden have been actively pursuing state legislatures and pushing for passage of the bills. Obama is scheduled to visit Colorado in just a few days. “Colorado is a pawn for the Obama-Biden plan,” and then on to the next… at least those that won’t fall into line.

It is a full court press by the federal government to empower themselves even further by inserting themselves as police authority within the state, to eliminate opposition.” (2)

WHAT ABOUT OUR OUTLAWS?

Across the board from the treason of the Gun-Grabs to the Global-Bankers and their massive new thefts of the wealth of the entire planet: New-crimes are unfolding minute-by-minute that have never been dreamt of.

If we are to survive, as people, then we must deal with these problems immediately.

The U.S. has a government that is easily 87% illegal. All our “elections” since 2000 have been fraudulent. National and international crimes “happened” because the leadership of both parties were and ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE for all of it!

The Federal Reserve is a criminally-controlled enemy-agency of a foreign power and must be dissolved. This government must be politically-disemboweled if there are to be any “American-survivors” from the crimes that are about to be committed against everyone who lives here.

Given the long list of global crimes that Obamanation has committed - he has just added HIGH-TREASON to that list by threatening to arrest legally elected Sheriffs.

Obama has already killed all constitutional protections, except for the second amendment. No American today is officially entitled to any constitutional protections, according to Obama, and that alone is enough to charge him and his entire administration with treason. The Supreme Court broke the law when they appointed Bush to be Dictator on 12-12-2000 ­ so the court needs to be tried for treason as well.

These actions are needed because for so many decades now we have allowed the leadership to remain “above the law”. Don’t believe me! Do your own research. You must decide to act in your own best interest because this government is CRIMINAL in almost every degree. And in this case we shall not get another “chance” to end this total-nightmare legally!
