Obama: “I Won, Deal With It!”

By Jim Kirwan

What has happened, as of today, is nothing short of the end of time for this generation and the beginning of an entirely new time that has no way to depict itself in the world of today.

Where we go from here will depend upon listening and acting on universal thought-forms which this disaster has unleashed onto this conflicted and violently distorted planet—upon which we as the population must decide on what to do, to upend the criminality that has taken over this place—to this point in time.

Obama on his Victory over the nation this morning!

A visibly frustrated President Obama delivered a blunt message to Republicans with whom he had feuded over the government shutdown and the debt ceiling over the past month on Tuesday: Elections matter. I won; you lost. Deal with it.”

Noticeably he did not address the public” Just his co-conspirators in their attempt to finish off the public once and for all.

That’s a paraphrase — obviously. Here’s what Obama actually said:

Obama’s argument comes down to this: He believes that the 2012 election — in which he was reelected easily and Democrats surprisingly picked up Senate seats and won a handful of House seats — was a clear signal that the American electorate prefers his vision for government to the one offered by Republicans. He views that mandate as a broad one — encompassing fiscal matters, health care, immigration and pretty much everything else.” (2)

This is bullshit! He’s dead wrong! Not only did ‘they’ (Obama plus the 535 club) not win anything, they set the nation back economically, physically and psychologically. Here’s some of the proof from China, for that statement.

By Xinhua writer Liu Chang

BEIJING, Oct. 13 (Xinhua) -- As U.S. politicians of both political parties are still shuffling back and forth between the White House and the Capitol Hill without striking a viable deal to bring normality to the body politic they brag about, it is perhaps a good time for the befuddled world to start considering building a de-Americanized world.

Emerging from the bloodshed of the Second World War as the world's most powerful nation, the United States has since then been trying to build a global empire by imposing a postwar world order, fueling recovery in Europe, and encouraging regime-change in nations that it deems hardly Washington-friendly.

With its seemingly unrivaled economic and military might, the United States has declared that it has vital national interests to protect in nearly every corner of the globe, and been habituated to meddling in the business of other countries and regions far away from its shores.

Meanwhile, the U.S. government has gone to all lengths to appear before the world as the one that claims the moral high ground, yet covertly doing things that are as audacious as torturing prisoners of war, slaying civilians in drone attacks, and spying on world leaders.

Under what is known as the Pax-Americana, we fail to see a world where the United States is helping to defuse violence and conflicts, reduce poor and displaced population, and bring about real, lasting peace.

Moreover, instead of honoring its duties as a responsible leading power, a self-serving Washington has abused its superpower status and introduced even more chaos into the world by shifting financial risks overseas, instigating regional tensions amid territorial disputes, and fighting unwarranted wars under the cover of outright lies…

To that end, several corner stones should be laid to underpin a de-Americanized world.” (3)

In Obama’s self-serving little speech he announced nothing that is new. His entire posture has always been about the same tired and totally failed ritual-speak that reflects the fact that he has no idea of what his duties actually were or are. Everything he said today is a lie.

There is no stability at all; we are in the depths of a Depression that has surpassed the 1929 Crash. There is no recovery; there is only unemployment, poverty and the total failure of everything he was supposedly selected to correct.

With yesterday’s arrogant display of politics as usual he confirms his plans for us all. In November there will be an alleged stoppage of EBT for those in need of a food supplements. There will also be deeper cuts for the Veterans, by way of their government issued checks. That has begun in Florida, quite possibly as a trial run to measure Veteran-resistance should the government try to withhold checks from veterans nationwide.

The government-wording in what might be coming, by way of cuts across the board, is misleading. That’s why I’m including what little is known about what has happened to date. The checks that are supposed to be issued to Veterans of our Wars represent only 3.8 million Veterans?

According to U.S. Social Security Administration, Office of Retirement and Disability Policy, 2010 UPDATE: The number of Veterans receiving Social Security Benefit approaches $9.3 million. Yet according to Social Security today, only 58 million people receive Social Security checks but in all cases the numbers have undergone severe reductions from what the numbers were just a few short years ago. I think that we’re being lied to again about both how many people are in those programs, as well as how much money is owed to both groups. This is an example of the deception that is clear and part of why they have failed to keep their records up-to-date.

Although the number of United States military veterans has decreased slightly over the last several years, the number of veterans receiving Social Security benefits still approaches 9.3 million, according to the March 2010 Current Population Survey (CPS). Of almost 44 million adults receiving Social Security benefits, more than 1 out of 5 has served in the military. Family members of veterans also receive benefits under the Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) program (Social Security). Veterans and their families together make up 35 percent of the adult Social Security beneficiary population. Policymakers are particularly concerned with the economic well-being of veterans and their family members, who may receive benefits through several government programs including special wage credits through Social Security, education assistance through the GI Bill, and compensation and pension payments through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).” (4)

Obama signed legislation on October 9, 2013 to cut Social Security, Medicare and Medical, benefits - in order to literally grab that money which this government owes to millions of people and to use it as his reward: In “part of Obama’s Grand Bargain” that this last “congressional fight” was really all about!

The legislation will instruct Congressional leaders to name negotiators to a group a new 'Super Dictatorship,' led by Sen. Patty Murray, D-Was., and Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., that will craft a larger budget deal [to quietly slash Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid] due in December. Right, and during a colossal White House Holiday Eve Bad News Dump, this new Super Dictatorship will announce Obama's deal to slash 'entitlements,' with nary a report or whimper from the lame-stream media. LRP”(5)

As if this issue is not already convoluted enough, here’s another take:

WASHINGTON (AP) — About 3.8 million veterans will not receive disability compensation next month if the partial government shutdown continues into late October, Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki told lawmakers Wednesday. Some 315,000 veterans and 202,000 surviving spouses and dependents will see pension payments stopped.

Shinseki spelled out some of the dire consequences of a longer-term shutdown in testimony before the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs. Short term, there's been a delay in processing claims by an average of about 1,400 per day since the shutdown began Oct. 1. That has stalled the department's efforts to reduce the backlog of disability claims pending for longer than 125 days.

In all, more than $6 billion in benefits to about 5 million veterans and their families would be halted with an extended shutdown.

In some areas, like health care, there have been few adverse effects. Health care services are funded a year in advance. In others, such as reducing the claims backlog, Shinseki noted that the backlog has increased by 2,000 since the shutdown began Oct. 1.

By comparison, the disability claims backlog had dropped about 31 percent during the six months preceding the shutdown, falling to 418,500.

Shinseki drew comparisons to the last shutdown in 1996, a time of sustained peace. The current shutdown occurs as the war in Afghanistan is in its 13th year and as hundreds of thousands have returned from Iraq. They are enrolling in VA care at higher rates than previous generations of veterans…

"They, along with the veterans of every preceding generation, will be harmed if the shutdown continues," Shinseki said.”

The House has passed legislation that would provide veterans disability, pension and other benefits if the shutdown is prolonged. But the White House has urged lawmakers not to take a piecemeal approach to continuing government services.

In Summation:

The bill passed by Congress late Wednesday reopening the federal government and temporarily lifting the debt ceiling establishes the modus operandi for a bipartisan deal to deepen cuts in social spending and initiate an historic attack on the core social programs dating from the New Deal and Great Society periods—Social Security and Medicare.

The outcome of the 16-day government shutdown and threat of a US default was entirely predictable, following the pattern set in previous artificially created budget and debt crises in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Once again, the most right-wing elements in the Republican Party took the initiative and set the tone for a shift further to the right by the entire political establishment.

Behind the appearance of partisan gridlock and mutual recrimination, the crisis provided the means for the Obama administration and the Democratic Party to move ahead with their own agenda of savage cuts in social programs upon which tens of millions of working people depend. To the extent there was a conflict, it was over means and tactics, not goals. At issue was how best to escalate the onslaught against the working class.” (7)

If Obama was serious about cleaning up the government he would have announced immediately the permanent slashing of at least 73% of all government workers. He should do this because that’s the actual amount of excessive government control over this population. A mere 17% of the existing government is all that is required to run this place: Everything over and above is sheer fraud and waste and is definitely no longer justifiable!
